AATHANASIOS KARAGIORGISLa camera era ok, pulita e vicina al centro. Ma le foto della camera sull'app non corrispondevano alla realtà. Non era la stessa camera. La password del Wi-Fi che ci è stata fornita non era quella corretta. Inoltre, per usare la chiave dell'ascensore bisogna pagare. Non è illimitato. E queste informazioni non sono presenti sul sito né la reception ci ha fornito informazioni fin dall'inizio.

On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable.
The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair.
The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors.
The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure.
The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included.
There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant.
Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

AA MajdLa mia scelta di soggiorno a Batumi mi ha molto piacere. La posizione è eccellente e non si trova mai più a 100 metri dai centri di divertimento delle banche ristoranti Sea etc.
Il personale di Bellevue è semplicemente eccellente e, se avete bisogno di qualsiasi aiuto, si può ottenere la piena collaborazione.
Non posso aspettare di tornare indietro.

AAleksandrЭто не отель 4*. Это апартаменты в жилом комплексе. Номер нормальный с балконом, новый достаточно чистый. Есть мини кухня и стиральная машинка. Не было ни питьевой воды ни простейших вещей для кухни (соль, губка для посуды, моющее средство).
Расположение хорошее. рядом с морем, парк и молл в шаговой доступности. Аэропорт рядом
Завтраки скромные. Почему-то всё что должно быть горячим, холодное. Готовят заранее. Из вкусного -чай.
Это хороший 2* апарт-отель.

The service is convenient and well organized. We booked the room while already in the city, and the hotel confirmed the reservation immediately. We arrived about half an hour later, and the room was completely ready.
The pool and sauna are excellent — clean and everything works perfectly. There is also a good, well-equipped gym. We were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

UUtente ospiteIl posto è buono e classificato tutto quello che ti serve è da lavastoviglie, vestiti, tappeti e una piccola cucina. Il posto è pulito, ma Mo è la cosa migliore. La posizione è eccellente vicino a ristoranti e caffè e aree turistiche da camminare.
L’unico problema che ho incontrato era che dopo aver pulito l’appartamento, il mio giù scomparve e io chiesi ai separatori, dissero che Mo era lì per pulire, e perché il checkout era Pudry, gli ho dato un telefono digitale che mi avrebbe contattato se lo avessero. Francamente, significa che se hai rubato il secondo scopo, sei nervoso e sei dispiaciuto di insistere su due di loro, interagisco o no, ma purtroppo, non mi interessa mai e non lo attribuiscono alcuna importanza.
Se si prenota, siate attenti ai vostri scopi e non lasciate che nessuno vada a pulire.

AAndrey__We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent — right in the old city, with many highly rated cafes and restaurants nearby, including plenty of places serving local Georgian cuisine.
The room was comfortable, modern, and surprisingly quiet. The internet connection was also excellent — I measured over 200 Mbps at one point.
Breakfast was decent and quite similar to what we experienced in other hotels across Georgia. The staff were polite and welcoming.
Overall, this is a very good option for staying in Batumi, we would stay here again.

Но я жила в полулюксе, за другие номера не берусь говорить, у меня и вид был на миллион и терраса и ванна. Отличный завтрак, удобная кровать, халаты, тапочки, мне не хватило только крема для тела, так как я приехала вообще налегке, у меня ничего с собой не было, но это прямо если выискивать к чему бы придраться, а придраться не к чему. Спасибо, все было просто супер!
