Un hotel di lunga tradizione con una posizione eccellente. Vado a Central Park ogni giorno per fare jogging mattutino e passeggiare la sera. È molto comodo noleggiare un'auto nelle vicinanze. La metropolitana è alle porte. Il materasso è comodo come sempre, il che è fantastico. Il prezzo è conveniente e mi ci è voluto molto tempo per decidere. Alla fine abbiamo deciso di restare sette giorni. Se vuoi migliorare, puoi rinnovarlo. Al momento non influirà sul tuo soggiorno a breve termine. Se hai bisogno di un senso di esperienza, si consiglia di decorare alcuni piani dell'hotel per vedere quanto è accettabile.

This hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

Il tempo di attesa per il check-in e il check-out più lungo. Il costo del parcheggio più costi aggiuntivi ammontava a $ 135! Avevamo la camera king deluxe. La dimensione della stanza va bene. Era abbastanza pulito. L'asciugacapelli che avevamo non funzionava, niente pantofole in camera, niente borsa per la biancheria; per pulizie, non fanno il bucato. Quindi ci hanno dato invece un sacco della spazzatura. L'esperienza complessiva è stata piuttosto deludente, forse ci aspettavamo troppo dall'hotel Hyatt.

Posso dare il massimo dei voti per la posizione, ma tutto il resto è nella media. Nella camera senza vista c'è solo una tenda oscurante e nessuna tenda di garza. Nel prezzo non sono inclusi né frigorifero né asciugamani di carta, solo una macchina per il caffè e un asciugacapelli. I fazzoletti non mi sono stati dati fino alla terza notte. Gli asciugamani dell'hotel presenti nella vostra camera non garantiscono che verranno puliti ogni giorno. L'atteggiamento del cameriere è stato molto buono. Depositare i bagagli costa un dollaro, ma non c'è ricevuta di addebito. Non c'è la trapunta e l'aria condizionata è rumorosa e può solo riscaldare. Inoltre non viene fornita acqua minerale. L'hotel si trova a pochi passi da Times Square, dalla Fifth Avenue, da Rockefeller Plaza, dalle chiese e da altre attrazioni. Non ci sono preoccupazioni per cibo e bevande nella zona circostante, con comodi trasporti e supermercati. La notte è molto vivace.

Grande posizione....ma è quello che paghi. Il personale è stato benvenuto e amichevole, ci sono ombrelli da usare in pioggia e il personale di fronte concierge è felice e benvenuto. La posizione è conveniente - vicino a tutti i principali siti di NYC ma lontano abbastanza dal rumore e dalla bussola per poter dormire tranquilla durante la notte. La camera di lusso del re è disappunto al piano alto. Un po 'più costosa rispetto a una camera di re standard, la camera non ha una vista fantastica o anche un bagno che può ospitare qualcuno confortevolmente. Un sito web annuncia le camere di lusso re hanno un “bagno di spa”. Questo è un fatto non è vero e non è corretto. I pantaloncini sono molto carini e ci sono abbastanza asciugamani per 2 persone. Le mutandine sono troppo morbide e i mobili sono stanchi, alcuni pellicolari, anche indicando la necessità di un rifornimento. For the money, there's no breakfast either and if you want to extend your checkout after 11am, it's $100 for 1-3 hours. A bit rich, considering you're better off getting a lounge pass at the airport or simply go for a walk around this amazing city. Per compensare, c'è una cena fantastica a 50 metri dall'hotel che serve fantastico colazione, pranzo e cena. I prodotti della camera da bagno sono bellissimi - Balmain e c'è solo un bagno nella stanza, che mi sembrava strano, considerando che la prenotazione era per 2 persone. Rimanerei solo per la posizione, ma non pagherò ancora per la camera di lusso del re, perché non vale il denaro.

The room was clean. It was in a wing of the complex that was separate from the main building and we had to cross an outdoor garden to get there. The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.

Ho fatto la fila per più di 40 minuti al momento del check-in. Ho prenotato una camera doppia, ma quando ho fatto il check-in mi è stato detto che era al completo e non potevano essere forniti letti gemelli inaffidabile. Non so se non avrei avuto una stanza se non avessi accettato il trasferimento in quel momento? La hall dell'hotel è arredata in modo lussuoso, ma i pavimenti delle camere sono stati rinnovati da molto tempo e la gestione delle partizioni dell'ascensore viene eseguita molto rapidamente. Agli ospiti dell'hotel viene addebitato anche il deposito dei bagagli, che costa 5 USD a pezzo, il che è irragionevole.

La posizione è comoda per viaggiare, a 300 metri dalla metropolitana. La facciata è piccola e poco appariscente. Ci sono passato davanti più volte. C'è un grande supermercato di fronte nel seminterrato. L'hotel è vecchio e la stanza non è piccola. il rubinetto della doccia ha una grande quantità di acqua.

Best for Carnegie performer ! Location best for Carnegie hall , and no problem for food ! Hotel provide 24 hours drink ( hot and cold water ) . Breakfast is free , but only Egg is warm , Others food have : many kind of bread , cereal , banana ,orange . Yogurt, cookies . For evening have free wine , nuts, chips ,grape. For hotel surprise , when you open the lift can see the instrument wall paper , and also your room ! As a pianist , we request for piano theme . And .. it’s surprising me! I love it , simple but nice ! For location , it’s fantastic! Many Restaurent beside hotel. Including next door pizza , japan store , healthy wrap food ++ no problem for food lover ! Few market shop around too . Very good . Get any food you like ! Me and my daughter (8) love the curry chicken with rice at Ernest Klein market . It’s hot and just take how many you want. Quite good for Asians . For sure insure many food for you to pick, including fruits. Don’t ask me about price here ! Absolutely very expensive for Malaysian ! But very normal in US . Almost every single meal about USD 20 + . And tax here very high , a waiters told me to pay extra 20% by the bill . . And also empty hot dog about USD 10 beside the road stall . Everything here is just good , train station anywhere . From hotel maybe just need few second to reach ! For hotel, this is the best ! And don’t forget they provide umbrellas as well! Here sometime very hot and sometime raining !

L'hotel non è grande ma molto pulito e accogliente. Soprattutto la reception mi ha aiutato a chiamare un'auto per l'aeroporto. Era molto economica e conveniente. Ci tornerò la prossima volta e lo consiglierò a tutti.
