Hotel a 4 stelle in Lagos, Nigeria

Ambiente bellissimo, vicino alle attrazioni e situato in una posizione centrale. Sono stato scelto dall'aeroporto che era un servizio incluso meraviglioso, e anche il buffet alimentare inclusivo e lavanderia era davvero pensabile Vorrei solo che non fosse permesso fumare all'interno della reception dell'hotel.

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

L'hotel di Lagos è molto buono con l'esperienza. Il centro di Ekaja è situato e vicina all'aeroporto.La camera degli ospiti è ampia e pulita, il letto è comodo e il WiFi è stabile ad alta velocità.Il personale di servizio è attento e il gusto cinese è attento al popolo nazionale, con piscina, fitness completo, la prima scelta per il viaggio all'estero.

La camera da letto dell'hotel non è fino a 4 stelle standard. La stanza che mi è stata data era molto incomodata ci sono buchi all'interno del cassetto di coperchi, le coperte sono vecchie e scalpe sulla vostra pelle, il cuscino all'interno del dormitorio, la bagno ha bisogno di riparazione, ci sono cibo non buono, Non potevo nemmeno mangiare il pesce che era nero all'interno, che era il mio primo e ultimo cibo che ordinò . Vola nella sala da pranzo. Mi lamentavo al manager. Mi scusava e mi trasformò in un'altra stanza che era un po' meglio, ma non standard 4 stelle. Ci era una piscina per la vita notturna. Ci sono buoni dipendenti, ma l'hotel ha bisogno di una buona manutenzione

Vengo a fare un viaggio per una settimana, mi sento bene!E'un nuovo hotel aperto, la stanza è molto pulita, tutti i tipi di attrezzature sono anche completi e il divano è comodo.Il personale dell'hotel è anche molto bello, un po'di aiuto li trova, possono essere risolti bene, il servizio è molto disponibile!
