Hotel a 5 stelle in Divisione di Dacca, Bangladesh

Hotel eccellente con personale e professionisti. Vorrei citare in modo specifico le persone seguenti: Saadman, professionista superiore Rizwan Maruf Tanjeem. La gente fa questo posto un posto buono che si può fidare e chiamare la famiglia. Molto consigliato!

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail. I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. One minor observation is that the barrier around the pool felt quite high.okay Special thanks to Ishteaque Mohammed, Executive Sales and Marketing. He assisted me before the booking process. I had many questions and concerns prior to confirming the reservation, and he provided clear, helpful information that made the booking decision easy and reassuring.

Hotel staff was very helpful and efficient. They did their best to help with early check in when I told I really need to get some sleep before my appointment and they managed to get me a room immediately. Also when my room has some leaking issues by the Duty Manager, Shawn immediately transferred me to another broom and extended my check out time Recommend this hotel highly.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel is surely the best one in Dhaka, in the last 7 years I tried many and this is has totally all the potential to become a top grade institution. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall decoration is beautiful. The staff is attentive, professional and smiling all the time (very important).  Spot on the front desk manager Mr. Galib, a real passionate and professional person who for sure will bring this establishment to success with his attitude and hard job.  I also appreciate Mr. Rubel from the main restaurant, nice and very kind. As a new institution there is still a lot to polish, the staff need to be trained more on the little details (like be more present in the restaurant to pour water and clear the tables quicker...), mosquito problems on the restaurant on pool side. Plus the menus ”a la carte” needs more selection and variety! Just little details but important to push this hotel on the top. All the potential is there, you will achieve!

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Vorrei ringraziare in particolar modo una ragazza nella sala colazione. Ha tenuto i soldi che abbiamo perso per sbaglio, ci ha trovati per confermarli a colazione il giorno dopo, e poi ci ha dato i soldi il giorno in cui siamo partiti. The hotel is very nice, surely in the top 5 of Dhaka, the staff is friendly and professional. Location extremely convent to reach the airport and the expo center. PRO: location, staff, breakfast and restaurant are pretty good, room is spacious and bathroom also nice  TO IMPROVE: room key stop working way to often, I think in my stay (8 nights) I've been to the front desk to get new keys at least 15 times.... facilities can be better, room need a little renovation to launch this hotel on a higher price point  

Was great location and service from the hotels. Clean bed toilets and most of all no mosquitoes. Will book again for sure.

Questa è la prima volta che ho visitato (Dhaka) Bangladesh 🇧🇩 per vacanze durante il nuovo anno cinese ***** 🧧  Vorrei ringraziare e ringraziare il personale della corona Plaza che ha preso cura del mio soggiorno e bisogno innanzi tutto vorrei ringraziare per il servizio che serve a partire dalla ricezione qui il nome della lista (MASUM) (RAIHAN) (SADIK) (ZIHAD) (IMTIAZ) e la custodia (RASHED) sempre prendono buona cura della mia stanza e la sicurezza (SHOHAN) sempre aiutami con l'Uber e il prezzo per prendersi cura e un altro guardia di sicurezza non lo prendo mai nome, ma anche aiutami con l'Uber una volta ultima persona su la parte del colazione (LIMON) che fa alla stazione delle uova mi avvicina sempre e cucina per me l'uovo Scramble che mi piace il più grazie a tutti nella squadra hanno fatto un buon lavoro

Servizi terribili che hanno fornito. Non vale la pena stare. Abbiamo un paio di coppie che sono appena sposati come abbiamo detto e continuano a dir loro, ma non ci forniscono nessuna torta di complimenti o niente per questo. Così anche un po'di servizio
