I had a truly wonderful experience at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Salman, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable—his professionalism and warmth really stood out. I’d also like to appreciate the intern, Atiq (I believe that's his name), for his helpful attitude and eagerness to assist at all times. The facilities, food, and overall ambiance of the hotel were top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dhaka!

The room was very good, especially considering local standards — spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and good quality.
Service was, in many cases, truly excellent: particularly from the dining staff, entrance/security team, and the porters, who were all attentive and genuinely helpful.
However, at reception the experience was more mixed. Sometimes was good. At times the staff tried to appear friendly, but it felt somewhat forced, and on other occasions their attitude shifted suddenly to being a bit aloof. This inconsistency made the reception service less authentic compared to the rest of the team.
Overall, the hotel is well located, easy to find, with a very nice swimming pool, making it a solid choice for a stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 15 days. This hotel has two buildings, tower and residence. The tower is located near the circle, so it is noisy all the time. But the residence is located 5-minute drive from the circle, so it is quiet. We stayed at the residence. The staff were so kind, and attentive. Especially, our room #404's housekeeper named Nagrul was friendly and dilligent. So, we enjoyed staying there for 15 days. Definetelly, we will be back to this hotel in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.

Appreciated the inclusion of a bathtub, but overall room features felt rather basic for a premium category.On a positive note, it was nice that the team accommodated our request for breakfast timing—though it’s based on request, not standard. 1.) Below USD130 for a king deluxe room and room is big.
2.) comfort mattress
3.) key card access to floor
4.) rooftop swim pool and jacuzzi
5.) 24 hours gym is quite complete but lack of storage cabinet
6.) sauna and steam room is just 1 floor below gym and swimming pool
7.) restaurant ala-carte food is good
8.) buffet is good but need more variety towards Chinese/ SEA cuisine
9.) did not see any mosquito inside hotel but I got few bites in my room, no idea where to mosquitoes come from
10.) in room facilities is perfect
Cons:
1.) shower water pressure is not strong, but the shower at rooftop swimming pool is strong!
2.) suggest to adjust the lighting control for 1 touch off/ on all
3.) curtain is heavy, suggest to install a motorised curtain
4.) complimentary buffet breakfast every day same, suggest to provide more different variety at least put up a noodle station
5.) don’t have groceries store within nor nearby hotel premise
6.) a welcome fruits basket will be perfect for long stay guests
7.) a bar at rooftop swimming pool will be good
8.) bar at level 16 don’t know how to get in, a dark glass blocked the entrance.

The location was good and the hotel was quite clean. However, the service was not great. The security and the hotel manager were keep asking me room number every single time I returned to the hotel. I have a key and they should make their lift service key control rather than this type of epic manual check! For business and travel purposes ,I have been to over 20 countries so far and never experienced this type of repeated question regarding the room number which is a bit annoying. Maybe a Bangladeshi thing !

Silenzio, la salute è buona
L'hotel mandera'un pezzo di cioccolato, e mangiare prima di dormire la notte aiuterà a dormire.
La piscina è al piano superiore, non più di due piccoli piscina
La sala fitness non è abbastanza grande per essere usata.

Il giardino, la piscina e altre aree esterne sono ben mantenute, rendendo piacevole per un passo, e il campo da gioco è grande per i bambiniperfetto per i viaggiatori familiari. Il personale era amichevole e utile per tutta la mia permanenza, che apprezzo molto, ma alcuni dei servizi si sentono un po’ obsoleti, e c’è un odore notabile di fumo di sigarette nella stanza. La colazione era deliziosa con una buona varietà, ma ho visto un cazzo nella zona del colazione, che era deludente. In generale, capisco che questo hotel sia considerato un buon hotel secondo le norme del Bangladesh, ma dal punto di vista dei viaggiatori internazionali, non è perfetto.
