Hotel a 4 stelle in Provincia di al-Sharqiyya, Arabia Saudita

بالنسبه للمقهى غير مريح المكان ولا توجد خصوصيه ولا هدوء الموقع بجانب البوابات والاماكن غير منسقه اللي داخل واللي خارج لازم يمر عليك ولاتوجد اي صاله للأطفال مثل العاب او سباحه واتمنى انه يكون المقهى محصور النزلاء الفندق فقط لأن بصراحه المكان صاير شبه مكان للتعارف واتمنى لكم التوفيق

La struttura è molto bella, vicino a Cenomi Mal, Lu Lu. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita.

La camera è grande, è dotata di caldo e pulito, l'unica carenza è che non ci sono porte nel momento in cui si trovano, il colazione è più stile, cibo fresco e servizio attento.

Very awesome stay. Front desk staff are excellent and know how to deal with customers. Room modern and clean. They try to provide you with all necessary requests and they go beyond. Special thanks to front desk staff Ms. Zahraa and Mr Yousef Alyousef.

Warm and welcoming stay. Staff were really pleasant and friendly. Furthermore, upon check in we received complementary breakfast for the duration of our stay from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was really good. Only issue was I had a problem with the hot water in my room which wasn't getting hot. Overall, a beautiful stay.

It was very good experience from check in to breakfast room. Staff were very polite and friendly and always with smiles on their faces.  Food was well displayed and there was good selections. Room and bed were very comfortable. Overall experience was very pleasant and I recommend Centro for  business travellers and holiday stays.

Il bagno era molto impuro, con tagli di capelli e di unghie indicanti la necessità di una pulizia profonda, e non aveva un ventilatore di scarico, e il mattone di preghiera aveva bisogno di lavare. Per quanto riguarda i servizi e i prezzi, essi erano grandi, come la dimensione della stanza e la cooperazione del personale, sia a ricezione che a lavoratori.

It's my worst hotel experience ever. They gave me a disability room, so all things were set up to be easy for a wheelchair person to reach, but it was not suitable for a regular person. The sink, the shelves, and the outlets were designed to be lower than standard, and also, the shower has no glass to prevent the water from spilling out of it, so when someone took a shower, that meant the bathroom floor would be full of water, and no one could use it until the water dried. I requested so many times to change the room, and I've gotten no response.

From check in to check out, the hotel staff whom I associated were very friendly. Services were efficient. The pool table was great game for the guests and the small coffee place with lots of space for private meetings was conducive.
