The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Sono ormai 3 anni che vado in vacanza lì. L'hotel mi piace molto: - personale amichevole - zona pulita - Ottima scelta di piatti nel ristorante - Feste musicali decenti È meglio prendere stanze con vista sulle montagne 😵💫

Excellent resort hotel, located in a perfect location on lara beach, you can feel the warmth and professionalism of the staff from the moment you enter. Most of the people who come here are white, including family travelers, team building, and people who meet in the elevator or on the beach are friendly and usually gives you a ”hello”. There are fewer Asian faces, and I guess Asians may all take ”life photos” in Cappadocia, haha. Some of the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, but they do not affect usability at all. Choosing a sea view room allows you to see the snow mountains, the ocean, and the sunset just standing at the balcony. The hotel's restaurant, bar, and café are also available almost all day long, and sometimes I don't even want to leave the hotel. Next time I visit Antalya, I will definitely stay here for a few more days!

On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything! Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor. +Mini club and disco open for kids everyday. - this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it... - noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!

Una sola parola: Incredibile! È la prima volta che soggiorno in un hotel all-inclusive e non me ne pento affatto. L'hotel è un po' distante dal centro città (città vecchia), ma il quartiere è molto bello e vivace, situato proprio di fronte al mare. Raggiungere il centro è facilissimo, grazie ai numerosi autobus nelle vicinanze. Fin dal nostro arrivo, il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, sia alla reception, sia in cucina, sia al personale delle pulizie. La camera era molto più bella di quanto apparisse nelle foto. Molto spaziosa, con una magnifica vista sulla spiaggia e sulle montagne. La pulizia era impeccabile. Il bar è aperto 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, con bevande illimitate (alcoliche e analcoliche) e c'è sempre cibo disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno (e della notte). Il buffet è ottimo, con un'ampia varietà di scelta, e cambia leggermente ogni giorno. Sono previste attività durante il giorno e intrattenimento serale. La temperatura della piscina interna potrebbe essere più alta, ma era comunque molto piacevole. La spa e l'hammam sono ben tenuti; era la prima volta che li provavo ed è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, direi la temperatura della camera. Di notte fa molto caldo. Un membro dello staff mi ha avvertito al mio arrivo che l'aria condizionata non funzionava, quindi ho dovuto tenere aperta la finestra del balcone, altrimenti era impossibile dormire. Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico. Consiglio questo hotel al 100%!

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Пишу, только что выехав из отеля . Номер 1418 в главном корпусе. Номер: большой, в ”графском” стиле. В реальности - уставший, очень пыльный, и самое главное - ужасный запах канализации в санузле. Объективно - номерной фонд требует генеральной уборки и ремонта. Отель: большая территория, оригинально-оформленная с большим количеством локаций для фото. Бары, рестораны, бассейны, в том числе с морской водой. Были удивлены, фотографировали, рассматривали. Много цветов, растительности, всяких фишечек. Видно, что сделано с душой. Пляж: у отеля собственный, мелкая галька. Море грязное с мусором. Мы не купались, заменили время на бассейн с морской водой. Еда: весьма посредственная, да, не остаться голодными, но без изысков. Достаточно неплохие коктейли в барах и по ассортименту и по вкусу. Есть мухи и комары. Во многих отелях их успешно травят и о них не вспоминаешь в отпуске вообще. Очень рядом остановка общественного транспорта, кафе, магазинчики - удобно. Итог: мы провели 3 дня - интересный опыт, памятные, красивые фото. Хотели бы вернуться? Только если также на 2-3 дня. Желаем отелю процветания и хороших гостей! Очень рекомендуем не пожалеть денег на генеральную уборку, замену ручек, душевых леек и тд.

Facilities all great, clean and maintained well - spa has a relaxed vibe and sauna/steam room worked perfectly - I suggest keeping it open till later however. Gym has top tier machines/equipment and is open 24/7. Cliff side swimming area was the highlight of our stay. We chose the ‘standard king room’, and although I see a lot of reviews saying the room size was small, I disagree - the room size was slightly small but similar to most basic room options from hotels I have stayed in. Smart TV, was very big - perfect for when it was too hot outside and needed a break. Room amenities such as shampoo, body soap, lotion, etc. felt high quality. Breakfast tasty, and 30euro might seem expensive but I do think it’s worth it for what they offer. What did bother me however, was being asked to pay for breakfast (twice) whilst still eating, on top of that, when I asked for the price before we ate, the staff didn’t seem to know what the price was - not professional at all. Pool towels have to be taken from downstairs in the spa and not by the pool which I thought was unusual and tedious. When we asked the pool-bar staff where to get towels, again, no idea and seemed clueless, we had to ask a different member of staff at the very bottom by the cliffside to get an answer. No bringing food/drink from outside - the hotel felt like you were being watched all the time, making sure you don’t break their ridiculous rule! I tried refilling my complementary bottle from the water dispenser downstairs, but I was told this was not allowed… seems like a way for you to instead pay for their glass bottled water. Never experience this from any hotel in my life. Overall, a hotel with exceptional facilities and amenities ruined by an unfriendly atmosphere and unusual hotel rules. Sadly, this made us feel unwelcome at times and I probably would not stay here again.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in hotel. La caffetteria della hall ha un'atmosfera incantevole e il cibo del Panorama Restaurant era assolutamente delizioso. È stata un'esperienza complessivamente confortevole e molto piacevole. Altamente consigliato!
