Hotel a 4 stelle in Arcipelago di Madeira, Portogallo

Molto bello hotel, accoglienza fantastica, così come la persona che si occupa del colazione molto simpatico, colazione completa e di buona qualità. Piscina riscaldata fantastica, così come hammam, sauna e jacuzzi !! Tutto era perfetto per un soggiorno ideale, ristoranti vicino o persino quello dell'hotel. E una camera ovviamente magnifica !!!

Hotel molto carino, personale gentile e disponibile, ottima vista, buon cibo, spa (sauna e bagno turco). Perfetto per qualche giorno di riposo. Unici due svantaggi erano il sapore del caffè a colazione (solo caffè solubile) e le pareti non molto spesse (si sentono un po' le stanze vicine). Parcheggio a pagamento (0,80 EUR/h, dalle 8:00 alle 19:00 - in strada, 10 EUR/giorno - garage nell'edificio di fronte all'hotel), ma è sempre possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente a circa 500 m dall'hotel , nella parte alta della città.

We really enjoyed our stay at Baia Azul. This hotel has everything! Gorgeous views from the lounge area, a lovely bar with entertainment at night, excellent service, lovely comfortable rooms, and a very nice pool area. We cannot fault it! The breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

Pobyt w hotelu byl cudownym doświadczeniem. Mieszkaliśmy w bloku C, przy samym oceanie, widoki obłędne. Hotel bardzo czysty. Zarówno śniadania, jak i obiadokolację, bardzo dobre. Szeroki wybór i bardzo dużo jedzenia, codziennie coś nowego. Każdemu polecę ten hotel, a jeżeli będę jeszcze raz na Maderze to zatrzymam się tam ponownie.

Я выбирала отель с видом на океан по доступной цене. В итоге, нашелся отель с очень просторными номерами, панорамным окном, кофе/чай, удобной ванной комнатой с биде, большим балконом. Единственные моменты: раздельная кровать для пары и слабоватый душ. Шум ночных волн на любителя:) Нам пришлось закрывать дверь на балкон, хотя и так было довольно шумно. Сервис очень дружелюбный.  Завтрак вкусный и свежий. Много выпечки, напитки, нарезки и горячее.  Не ожидала, что будет бесплатный трансфер до центра и обратно. Абсолютный плюс этого отеля, потому что находится он не в шаговой доступности от центра.  Виды, чистота возле отеля, свой пляж - это потрясающе.  Далее мы проживали в частном секторе и много что посмотрели на острове, но первые две ночи в Orca Praia остались в нашем сердечке💘 С уважением,  Елена из России

Doppelzimmer zur Einzelbelegung, das Zimmer ist eher unterer Standard, entspricht keinesfalls der Ausstattung eines 4 Sterne Hotels. Im Bad bei Ankunft eine immer größer werdende Pfütze unter dem Waschbecken bis hinter die Toilette. Der Schaden muss schon länger bekannt sein, da die entsprechenden Kalkflecken nicht entfernt worden sind. Wasserschadenflecken an der gesamten Decke im Bad, verfärbter Duschvorhang, im Bad ist keine einzige Steckdose (für elektrische Zahnbürste) vorhanden. Das Zimmer selbst ist nur bei geschlossener Balkon bewohnbar, da von 08:00-18:00 Uhr im gegenüberliegenden Hotel Presslufthammer und Bagger lautstark arbeiten, die sogar bei geschlossener Tür unüberhörbar sind. Balkonnutzung daher nur nach 18:00 Uhr möglich. Ein Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer ist nicht möglich, da das Hotel ausgebucht ist. Für meinen Reisepreis von 622,-€ bot man mir ein Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant (Wert 21,50€) am letzten Abend als Entschädigung an.

Un hotel in una posizione splendida, molto confortevole e pulito, con viste mozzafiato dalla camera e dal ristorante. Le possibilità di fare escursioni a piedi sono limitate a causa della ripidezza del terreno, ma c'è un bel sentiero che scende fino a Curral do Freitas (45-60 minuti). Il servizio è stato ottimo, ma il cibo vegetariano non era all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. Buona scelta a colazione, ma la colazione calda non viene tenuta al caldo. Bella vasca idromassaggio e una graziosa, seppur piccola, piscina coperta. Sicuramente merita una visita, ma potrebbe essere ancora migliore con una cucina più curata, dato che il ristorante più vicino è piuttosto distante. Autobus da Funchal (n. 81) a € 3,35, ma si consiglia di controllare attentamente gli orari.

Wonderful experience and the best hotel during our stay in Madeira. Perfect price and value proposition with a staff who are really customers oriented and friendly. Smaller hotel what is never overcrowded. Nice charming design elements. Very good breakfast with selection of local cheeses and meat. Real juice would be the only needed improvement and some pastel de Nata for the breakfast would add to the mandatory Portuguese experience. Otherwise 100% perfect stay. Excellent swimming pool with sea water. Yes. The rooms are somewhat dated but super clean and comfortable. I didn't came here to see golden chandeliers so l was super satistied! Excellent location and direct sea access. What more could one look for??

We stayed in the hotel with group of friends. The experience was really nice — rooms are clean and design are interesting and cozy. You will have breakfast in the other hotel next door and it’s delicious. Also you can use territory of other hotel — there are really nice lounge zone, pool and sea-view. We enjoyed. Only one thing was disturbing — if you want to sleep with open windows it can be really noisy. Because of the buses (going from early morning) and loud people (who were singing and screaming drunk). But if you close the window everything is perfect. Thanks

The suites are located on southern beach ***** of the island, accessible by 2 buses or a taxi from the ferry port. Staff was very friendly, although not always aware of things when we asked some questions, but they did endeavour to find out. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, and needs some work and the rooms could do with some fresh paint. But overall very nice and comfortable, clean large outdoor pool, plenty of send beds, and umbrellas and beds directly on the beach with lifeguard on duty. The breakfast was tasty too with plenty of options. Would stay again
