Hotel a 4 stelle in Distretto di Lisbona, Portogallo

spacious, aesthetic, and perfect for a solo trip, but a few things to note. The room itself is gorgeous. It has this modern boho/woody vibe with warm tones, sage walls, hints of gold, and lots of natural light from the balcony. Waking up here was honestly such a nice experience. The balcony is a big plus too, although the furniture is quite basic and could be upgraded. Layout-wise, everything made sense (especially the TV directly facing the bed — finally!). However, the TV connection was quite slow and frustrating, so I ended up just using my phone. Location is good if you don’t mind walking — around 20–30 minutes into central Lisbon. There are loads of cafés nearby though, which was super convenient. I highly recommend Fauna & Flora (Anjos) for brunch — really cute spot and great food. They take walk-ins :) Only thing I didn’t love was the PIN entry system. You have to type it multiple times (enter building, going up the lift, enter room) and it’s very visible, which made me a bit uneasy as a solo traveller. It's super easy though !! The mini fridge was also super minimally stocked, so don’t rely on it. On the plus side, tea/coffee facilities, toiletries, and plenty of towels are provided. The apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful — I barely heard anyone else, which made it feel like my own private space. Barely saw anyone, felt like I had the place to myself. Overall: a comfortable and stylish stay with great nearby cafés. A few small improvements would make it perfect, but I would definitely stay again.

I won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre. The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment. Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers). Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too. Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately. Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.

L'hotel è incredibile in tutti gli aspetti! È nel mezzo del terminale di crociera e dell'aeroporto. Il Metro è vicino, e 4 fermate per andare al centro della città. L'hotel è molto nuovo, spazioso e pulito. Il colazione è fantastico con un prezzo così basso di €8 (caffeina è di buona qualità e si può anche ordinare latte, cappuccino o mocha gratuitamente). Il personale dell'hotel e del ristorante sono tutti super amici. Il fulmine mostra alle 10 pm ogni giorno è molto bello.

La camera è molto bella e grande, la cucina è completa e la posizione è assolutamente fantastica. Non è difficile ottenere la chiave tramite il check-in self-service, ma è meglio scriverla chiaramente sulla pagina Ctrip. Inoltre Ctrip non ti fornisce la password per entrare, quindi devi contattare il gestire te stesso. Ho parcheggiato la macchina in un parcheggio dall'altra parte della strada e sono stato multato mentre trasportavo i bagagli al piano di sopra. Il motivo era che questo parcheggio era riservato ai residenti e costava 60 euro.

L'hotel non si trova in centro città, ma a dieci minuti a piedi c'è una stazione della metropolitana, il che rende facile raggiungere il centro storico. Essendo fuori città, prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto è molto comodo. La colazione dell'hotel è eccellente, con un'ampia varietà di opzioni e di buona qualità, oltre a un servizio eccezionale. SANA è una catena alberghiera portoghese, quindi la qualità e il servizio sono generalmente affidabili. L'hotel si trova proprio sulla rotta di volo, ma le camere sono ben insonorizzate, il che lo rende un luogo fantastico per osservare e fotografare gli aerei.

È un hotel molto adatto per portare bambini perché ci sono diverse console di gioco per farli giocare. È solo che c'è un po' di confusione nell'entrare nel parcheggio. Dopo aver preso il biglietto, non c'è molto da aspettare che la saracinesca si alzi per trovare un posto auto. È fuori dalla città di Lisbona, a 10-15 minuti a piedi c'è un supermercato molto grande.

The Masa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location and easily reached by the metro station about 10 minutes walk away. The room was exceptionally clean and the room had a mini bar, safe and was supplied with bath robes and disposable slippers. Also a litre bottle of water was a welcome addition. In regards to the breakfast. The first morning was perfect and the selection was very good. However the second morning I went earlier and it is best described as a chaotic mess. There was a large party of travellers who all descended the dining room at the same time and there was simply too many in at the same time. Maybe somone should have staggered the amount allowed in at once and allowed people to get their breakfast choice in a relaxed fashion rather than it resembling feeding time at the zoo! I stayed over the weekend the clocks went back and was reliably informed by reception staff that in Portugal the clocks went back on the Sunday night going into Monday which was proven to be completely inaccurate and could have caused problems for ongoing travel if they had been believed! It must be mentioned that the major disadvantage of this hotel is that it lies directly under the flight path of Lisbon Airport and from early morning there are plane after plane coming very frequently into land. Even with the windows closed it's still very noticeable. It's obviously not the hotels fault where it's situated, but if you want a peaceful stay then this hotel really isn't going to give you that. The spa and swimming pool I can not comment on as never used. Neither did I use the dining room for an evening meal. Despite the negative comments it is a lovely hotel simply spoiled by being under the flight path of the main airport.

Le donne delle pulizie sono molto gentili e i servizi sono abbastanza puliti. Gli spazi sono ben distribuiti e ogni appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Forse sarebbe opportuno che la persona che ti aiuta con il check-in virtuale dimostrasse un po' più di empatia. Dopo tutto è andato tutto bene, tornerei sicuramente.

Non mi piaceva: 1) la condivisione del bagno non è stata chiaramente indicata nell'elenco, né nella prenotazione. 2) il bagno dei bagni era troppo piccolo 3) il massimale sopra il lavaggio nella vasca da bagno dei portatili era troppo basso. 4) la porta della stanza non era chiusa e quindi doveva essere chiusa ogni volta

Considerazioni importanti per i viaggiatori: - Se prenotate una camera con colazione inclusa e avete un volo di prima mattina il giorno della partenza, valutate la possibilità di acquistare la colazione separatamente. L'hotel non offre rimborsi per le colazioni non utilizzate e, nel mio caso, non mi è stato rimborsato né è stata fornita alcuna forma di compensazione. Questa politica, sebbene di minore importanza per l'hotel, può lasciare un'impressione negativa, poiché un piccolo gesto di cortesia contribuirebbe notevolmente a migliorare la soddisfazione degli ospiti. - L'hotel non fornisce accappatoi, il che potrebbe risultare scomodo per gli ospiti abituati a utilizzarli dopo la doccia. - Le temperature notturne possono essere piuttosto basse, quindi è consigliabile accendere l'aria condizionata in anticipo per garantire un sonno confortevole. - Le camere sono compatte, il che rende questo hotel più adatto a chi viaggia da solo piuttosto che a coppie o famiglie. - Pur essendo classificato come struttura a quattro stelle, la scelta per la colazione è piuttosto semplice e limitata. Gli ospiti troveranno pasticcini, un piccolo assortimento di salumi e formaggi affettati (1-2 tipi per tipo), yogurt, condimenti, uova strapazzate, ciabatta, una modesta selezione di frutta a fette, succo di frutta e alcune bevande alcoliche. Vantaggi dell'hotel: - Caffè illimitato disponibile nella lounge, un piacevole bonus per gli ospiti. - L'hotel è situato in un quartiere vicino al centro città, offrendo un comodo accesso. Gli ospiti possono raggiungere il lungofiume e il centro storico con una breve passeggiata. - Al mio arrivo, la prima sera del check-in, ho ricevuto un kit di benvenuto che includeva l'accesso gratuito al minibar in camera.
