Hotel a 4 stelle in Columbia Britannica, Canada

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

The idea of viewing the tarmac at a hotel room is fascinating! The room (Deluxe King) is very spacious, beautiful and clean. I don't find the room noisy despite the location. I had my cat with me and cat litter, litter box and bowls were provided and prepared in advance. I love the brand and scent of the toiletries provided, le labo Rose 31.

In primo luogo, la ricevitrice era molto amichevole e aveva un sorriso grande sul suo viso durante l’ingresso e l’uscita (era la stessa donna), un lobby caldo e bello. In secondo luogo, la stanza era più piccola di quanto mi aspettavo, più piccola di quanto mostrasse il sito, ma era pulita. In terzo luogo, quando sono arrivato, è stato quasi impossibile trovare un parcheggio (cfr. foto 4) perché ci sono stati diversi hotel nella stessa zona. Ho dovuto aspettare in macchina per circa 20 minuti finché qualcuno finalmente lasciava, così potevo parcheggiare e controllare. Il parcheggio alberghiero è molto costoso per il parcheggio auto e per il valet. Ho visto anche due ragazzi lavorare nel parcheggio e sembravano davvero inamici, se mai filmassero un'altra serie di Conjuring, potrebbe essere un posto perfetto. Per essere equi, ho notato che diversi altri 4 hotel a Whistler hanno condizioni di parcheggio simili: buio, vecchio e sporco. Quinto, era un po’ freddo a notte e ho provato a regolare la temperatura della stanza, ma non ha funzionato. Se mi chiedessi se rimarrei lì, probabilmente NO. Il prezzo è ok per la stanza e la posizione è molto conveniente l’hotel dispone di una vecchia Spaghetti Factory e diversi bar, ristoranti e negozi sono a soli 5–10 minuti a piedi.

The property itself is a bit dated but very comfortable. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early morning after our cruise. We stayed in a large suite that featured a wonderful view of the docks. A huge highlight of our stay was being able to watch the FIFA World Cup final game right in the hotel theatre on July 19—it was an amazing setup and a great atmosphere! That being said, the room itself could use some maintenance. The coffee machine was defective, and every single door in the room was squeaking loudly—they seriously need to be greased with some WD-40. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with excellent service and great views, but a few quick fixes in the rooms would go a long way. In

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

The hotel location is close to the YVR airport, and provide free shuttles between hotel and the airport, no need to reserve for the shuttle, it's on first come first serve base, about 1 hour per shuttle if not rush hours, but 0.5 hour per shuttle in busy time, if you wish to go dt Vancouer, could take a shuttle to YVR airport and take train to city here, it's cheaper to get a day pass from the train station instead of single fare if you plan a day city trip with many rides, the day pass applies to city bus as well. : )

We are family of 4 stayed in Deluxe King Suite with Harbour View, very happy with the location of the hotel. The room is spacious, and they have Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle but they don’t provide any plates and spoons. We did groceries for breakfast and we needed spoons for yogurt and plates for fruits. There’re cherry blossoms trees and colorful chairs and many birds flying around just next to our hotel and we could see those beautiful view from our room. The parking garage is also spacious with easy access to the lobby. When we checked in, the reception staff told us that our booking was only for 2 adults and he wanted to charge us more for extra 2 kids but I showed him my booking is for 2 adults and 2 kids. He finally didn’t charge us more but they didn’t set up the sofa bed for our kids. And like others said, the sofa bed is not comfortable and too soft. We stayed with another friends (family of 3) and they gave us rooms in the same floor, and we hanged out everyday in our room especially when it rained whole day on the second day.
