Ma parlerò più nel dettaglio della posizione. Innanzitutto, è a 30 minuti di auto dal molo di El Nido (una posizione strategica, dato che abbiamo intenzione di esplorare l'intero parco nazionale in barca). E sarebbe fantastico, ma la strada finisce semplicemente un chilometro prima dell'hotel. In secondo luogo, la spiaggia è bellissima e poco affollata (un vantaggio per la sua posizione isolata), ma è infestata dagli acari della sabbia. Per fortuna, siamo stati avvisati subito in hotel. Quindi, non si può andare senza repellente.
Vorrei sottolineare in particolare che le uova di tartaruga marina vengono schiuse all'interno dell'hotel e, quando arriva il momento, le piccole tartarughe vengono rilasciate in mare, ma non siamo stati abbastanza fortunati da assistere a questo evento. (Nessuno di questi piccoli dettagli ci avrebbe impedito di dargli 6 stelle!)

Our stay at Piece Lio was decent overall. The aesthetics matched the pictures online, and the studio was spacious with a lovely balcony view overlooking the rainforest. I really appreciated the Dyson hairdryer in the room, which made things much easier with long hair. The staff were friendly, polite, and kind, thank you guys!
Cons:
There were some small issues in the room, such as paint patches peeling off and small holes near the window shutters, which need attention, especially for a fairly new hotel.
The biggest disappointment was discovering that there is no gym or spa, even though both are listed in the hotel’s description. This may not be a big deal for everyone, but it was for us since we had planned our trip around maintaining our fitness and relaxation routine. Instead, guests are given access to facilities within the same hospitality group. The gym and spa are located offsite, about 15 minutes away in town. While the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from that location, the drive feels much longer than expected due to island roads. The gym is small with basic equipment, and the spa, called Rituals Health and Spa, felt old and in need of renovation.
Breakfast was average and not really to our liking. It was also inconvenient because most restaurants at Lio Beach do not open until around 10 a.m., leaving limited early morning options. We ended up eating at another nearby hotel restaurant, Molave, which was the only one open at that time. One of the staff members incorrectly told us there were other options available earlier, which suggests a need for better training and communication.
Another issue was with a pre-booked van ride to one of the beaches. We had confirmed it via WhatsApp, but when we went downstairs, the staff had no record of it. To their credit, they handled the situation professionally and offered us a free one-way ride to make up for the inconvenience.
Overall:
The staff were warm and helpful, but management needs to improve communication, training, and most importantly, the accuracy of the facilities listed online. It feels misleading to advertise a gym and spa that are not actually part of the hotel. The lack of an in-house restaurant was also inconvenient, especially when you want a quick meal without leaving the property.
If the hotel eventually adds its own spa and gym, it would be a much better experience. We did recommend it to friends for a short stay before their flight, but I would not suggest booking it if your priority is having fitness and spa facilities in one place. Overall, would return it they added the facilities!
P.S. there’s cats! I’m not a cats person so it was a little uncomfortable to have them downstairs in the lobby area .

Pros:
- The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful.
- Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊)
- AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy
- The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs
- Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much.
- How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :)
- Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out
Cons:
- Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...)
- Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion.
- Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own
- Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily.
- Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there.
- Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture.
- Pool was kinda dirty
- Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here.
- OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel.
Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅

JJustUsExploringWe stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort.
The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

LLilet EsleraMio marito e io siamo rimasti all'hotel per tre notti. La nostra esperienza di arrivo era molto accogliente. La stanza era pulita e il colazione era delizioso. Tuttavia, abbiamo trovato la piscina un po' sporca durante il nostro soggiorno, quindi non abbiamo provato.
In tutto il nostro soggiorno ci piacevamo e ci piacevamo davvero le vibrazioni della sera nel ristorante, le band vive sono davvero buoni cantanti.

Ambiente: si può dire che il rapporto prezzo è molto alto. La stanza è molto vicina al mare. Sono passati due minuti e c'è un porto dove si può vedere la scena globale. Ho anche portato un grande record di bellezza.
Servizio: le sorelle del servizio sono molto entusiasti, specialmente la sorella Cystal, vi presenterà i viaggi che possono fornire, e vi presenterà i viaggi privati dell'hotel. Puoi imbarcare per conto tuo. Anche se non includono le tasse sull'isola, si secca e si compra buoni pasti, Il fratello della barca può anche aiutarti a pranzo.

UUtente ospiteEra la nostra prima volta a El Nido e siamo stati contenti di aver scelto Huni Lio. Si tratta di un bellissimo resort fronte mare situato a circa 15-20 minuti dalla vivace piazza del paese. La camera familiare era molto spaziosa, il personale cordiale e disponibile e la colazione a buffet non ha deluso le aspettative. Soprattutto, tutta la nostra famiglia ha apprezzato la posizione e l'atmosfera di questo posto, insieme alla serie di ristoranti e bar sulla spiaggia di Lio.

AAngelicaWe had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation.
A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal.
The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

UUtente ospiteIl divertente leone è una delle migliori esperienze alberghiere che abbia mai avuto. Il servizio è stato ottimo, non potevo chiedere di più. Sono stati molto accomodanti e disponibili. Il personale ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti in ogni fase del percorso.
Il bar sul tetto con vasca idromassaggio era perfetto per iniziare o terminare la giornata con la vista tentacolare sul lago e sulle montagne. Uno dei migliori viaggi che abbia mai avuto. Questo hotel non è pretenzioso. La colazione era ottima con una buona varietà di cibi.
