UUtente ospiteThis was the best location for Tangiers, right on the door step of the wonderful beach and Mall with just a short taxi ride to the Medina and Old Town. This was ideal for us as we took our mum who is elderly and found it a bonus that everything was quite close. In terms of service, that could be improved as one of the days we got back to our room which had not been cleaned or tidied at all. In terms of facilities, it would have been great if there was a spa in the hotel as we where there for a chillaxed holiday and that would have been the icing on the cake. The staff was friendly and anything we needed they tried their level best to deliver, one staff in particular who did this was Tahar, he was excellent.

MManuThe Hotel is Very well located, Just few steps from the Kasbah and the old town. It has lovely views from the rooms of the Rif mountains. The staff is very nice, they helped to relocate us in a different room, they speak various languages. Although I have to say they even though we saw the pictures of the Hotel online, the front desk lady, gave us the worst room, and the Hotel was almost empty due to low season. Being honest, this is NOT A 4 Star hotel. For many reasons, at best a 3 star and stretching it. The decoration and furniture are VERY OLD, the windows in our room where broken so they didn’t close well. The Bathroom mat had holes in it, and the closet doors didn’t close well too. Some of the hall decoration looked very sad and very used, also it lacked light in it. The breakfast was very poor in its variety, (no fruits, or vegetables, no yogurt or cereals). It’s not a bad place, but if you are looking for a 4 star accommodation or amenities, this is not the place for you. I don’t think it was a fair price for what they are offering.

GGustavo Adolfo Sánchez JiménezHotel ben ristrutturato, perché prima di essere gestito dalla catena Kenzi, era solo n 3* e un po' datato, si sta facendo una ristrutturazione importante, personale molto gentile, ottima colazione a buffet, gastronomia molto varia e molto buona, piscina molto pulita La camera veniva pulita quotidianamente e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati, un 10 per la pulizia, ritorneremo senza esitazione

The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the railway station, making it easy to explore Tangier and beyond. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a washing machine, microwave, and a full set of cups, cutlery, and other essentials, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located option in Tangier!”

FFamily of 3xVery nice and welcoming service: front desk, cleaning staff, kitchen/restaurant, boys. We reached the hotel at 11.00 due to early flight- service made an exception and served us breakfast ”off record” after its serving time- big thank you! Even if check in was at 15.00 we could have entered the room at 13.00-nicely arranged. The hotel is clean and friendly with good access to the beach and marina. Highly recommended for a stay and breakfast.
