Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Yamaguchi, Giappone

Unbeatable location with many rooms ( or all rooms) and public spaces facing Tsunoshima Bridge. Our room faced the ocean directly with no obstruction. The bath was also quite decent and the outdoor bath is next to the sea. You can enjoy the sound of the waves while bathing in the hot spa. It should be quite spectacular during sunset. The spa was probably renovated within the last 10 years as it was in good condition. The room , however, felt old and the corridor was damp. The carpet in the room felt damp and the room felt stuffy. The AC worked well and we turned it on high. Our triple room as spacious but I felt itchy the whole night while sleeping- although the sheets looked clean ( I slept on the added bed). The other two beds looked slumped in the middle. Bathroom also looked quite old( from the 70’s)? My room was at the far end wing and there were lots of stairs to walk up and down from the front desk which was on the third floor. The staff will help to bring the luggages to your room ( also at check out - just call). Hotel restaurant serves dinner buffet . If you are not interested, the hotel also has a list of restaurants nearby with 10-30 minutes drive. We drove out to have yakitori in a small down, which was very local, but with friendly owner, good food- and super cheap price ( each yakitori was about ¥120-150 yen. Breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western offers, taste was average. Overall service was very good.

Hagi No Yado Tomoe is an amazing Ryokan. The exterior is nice and clean and once you head on inside, you enter a rare and elegant world. The facilities are wonderful and everything is created with exceptional precision. The staff are always patient, polite, extremely kind and respectful. They were also very accomodating towards our child. The room we had was amazing and both the dinner and breakfast were delicious and beautifully presented. The onsen was also clean and relaxing. Highly recommended for your next stay if you visit Hagi.

The hotel is located right on the side of the bay with views of strait Ganryujima Island and a short walk away from some great restaurants. The staff were really helpful, from parking, to reception and the breakfast team, all of them were genuinely friendly. The room was spotless and the onsen was amazing. I've really enjoyed my time in Shimonoseki and the Dormy Inn was a great base for this. Thank you.

La stanza può essere vista sul ponte chiuso, sulla vista del mare e sul tramonto, sulla piazza e un bicchiere di bevande con il sistema di cucina, 👍! Non ci si aspetta che il negozio, il caffè, il negozio di caramelle e così via siano molto simili. Il posto rurale del Giappone, la stanza è molto grande, buona e buona 👍😊

La posizione è ok, devi davvero guidare.La cena era molto deludente, mi aspettavo una migliore qualità ... La stanza globale è ok.

酒店的位置、環境、前台服務都很好。但是！ 孩子有帶耳機睡覺的習慣，第一天早上，按預訂時間吃過早餐並乘坐酒店9點接送汽車到達東萩站，下車後，突然發現iPhone耳機倉裏的兩衹耳機不在裏面，這才想起來，戴了一晚的耳機，在早上醒來時忘記收起來，落在了榻榻米的被褥裏，酒店的車已離開，我衹好在攜程預訂平台上通過客服通知酒店“不要收拾床鋪了”，同時，作為母親我還安慰孩子，“放心吧，服務員收拾房間時，看到耳機一定會擱到房間的小桌上的，全世界的酒店服務員都會這樣做的”。傍晚，結束一天的遊覽回到房間，然後找遍房間所有的地方，沒有耳機的影子！與前台工作人員溝通後也沒有任何結果，很無奈，繼續入住的前提下就這樣丟失了一副耳機。 回憶前一晚是由兩位南亞模樣和一位日本模樣的服務員鋪的床，當晚，又再次觀察由兩位日本模樣的服務員鋪床，全程觀察工作程序，照此程序，兩衹白色耳機再小，也是會看到的，可是，他們竟然看不見… 第二天早上，退費前離開房間時，我拍了睡過一宿的被褥，同樣的場景，如果有耳機遺落在上面也是顯而易見的，可是，他們的工作人員看不見… 酒店位置很好，如果選擇，一定保管好個人物品！

К сожалению, я провела здесь только одну ночь, но хотела бы остаться чуть больше, чтобы насладиться традиционным духом Японии. При регистрации вы можете выбрать юката, посетить сауну или караоке в отеле. На первом этаже есть магазин с сувенирами и продукцией. Хост был очень добр! Мы прибыли поздно ночью около 23:00, но нас дождались! Завтрак также был хорош и предлагал несколько вариантов блюд из яиц. Я очень благодарна за гостеприимство!

飯店建築物本身擁有三百年歷史、典雅精緻，設備是便利當代的，毫無違和感！ 經典的日式庭園，非常美麗，推薦值得好好欣賞！ 公共風呂有2間，早晚男女湯對換及家庭風呂也有2間，給注重隱私的人，很享受，非常棒！ 無可挑剔的服務！我們訂的是市景雙床房含早餐及晚餐。用餐有獨立房間，雖然我們不會日文，但我們的管家 佐賀先生非常專業，非常盡責的介紹並使我們理解，我們很感謝他！🙏🏻 我們在這裡入宿2個晚上，一切都很美好！很期待冬季能在來住宿😊！

Grande aria aperta privata all'interno della vostra piccola casa. Il servizio era impeccabile. Un po' lontano dalla stazione, ma camminabile, entro circa 20 minuti. Migliore guidare se possibile.
