Beautiful views of False River from this 3 bed 2 bath property with private pier, close to New Roads. Home features covered carport, all furnished , including washer and dryer. Bedrooms include a king bed, double bed, 1 set of bunk beds and a single bed for a total of 7 to sleep. Bring your boat for fun on False river or just hang out there and swim, lay in the sun or catch fish off the pier ! lighted fishing pier can make night fishing awesome at times . Many of my guest have caught chest of fish . Bass , catfish , bream , crappie , Big strippers ,gar ect live in the lake . There is plenty to do or do nothing at all! Shopping and restaurants are close by as well as activities in new roads . TV in living room to watch movies. Kitchen has dishes, coffee pot, pots to cook , microwave and dishwasher . BBQ pit outside also. This is my fishing camp , not the Waldorf Historian , It was built around 1979 . It has been well maintained and we keep it clean for us and our guest . Little A-Frame cottage that sits right on False River. You can watch the waves from your living room or sit and relax with stunning views from the covered back deck. This cottage has the most amazing lake vibe. You walk down stairs to the dock where you can fish, swim or go boating. All in a great location. False river is a great place for water sports , fishing or relaxing. Fishing can be really good right off the dock during the day or at night !! This is cottage is an "A " frame design with the kitchen , living , bathroom and a bed room down stairs enjoying great views of the lake .the second floor has the master bed room and bath . This is an early 80's camp that is clean and well maintained , but it is camp and not a palace! However I love the place , the design and the décor and I spend a lot of time fishing and relaxing at what i think is the best darn view on the lake . good parking on private pad. There is a boat landing less than 1/4 mile down the road and your not far from New Roads where you'll find shopping and eateries . I have caught Bass, bream, crappie, catfish, gar, goo, striped bass and others off the docks. We welcome snow birds so be sure and let me know for extended winter stays!! This is an amazing winter cabin as well!! The A frame feel inside is amazingly cozy and charming. Cozy up with hot tea or coffee, read a book, fish, and look out over the lake.
