Hotel a 3 stelle in Provincia di Kep, Cambogia

A lovely hotel with friendly staff and a lovely clean swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent for the price paid. Bit noisy during the day at present as they are having a new extension to the hotel being built. Food in the restaurant is good value and drinks were reasonably priced. Could do with having relaxing chairs in the bar area as it lacks a cosy place to enjoy a drink. We will definitely be staying again.

2nd time of staying at this hotel and a bit of a let down this time. Not sure if new management but everything is run on a very tight budget. The reviews look good but for a hotel that's been open since 2020 and it to have less than 10 reviews that speaks for itself. My last review was not there either so looks like previous ones have been wipped. Breakfast was included in the price, but choice was very poor. Its either noodles or eggs and toast. That's it. They don't have a fully stock bar to relax in after a long day like it boasts. They do not have any spirits and don't even have any beer. All they have is red wine, and they will only sell you it by the bottle. Staff are nice pool was nice and room was clean but its a good 2 star at best and certainly not worth the price charge. To the hotel, suggest you amend your write-up of the hotel as its now misleading on so many fronts. Sorry, it's not like me to give a negative review but you have a long way to go to be worthy of a better one.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

We were nicely welcomed and checked in very easily. The bungalow was quite roomy, a little hot but we had a mobile fan that was just enough. We were right in front of the swimming pool which was accessible even at night so we had one last dip to refresh before going to bed. The vegetation between the bungalows made for a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

L'hotel è situato a circa 3 km da Kep Beach, quindi è un po' lontano se si intende camminare, ma la stanza è stata molto piacevole in generale. La stanza disponeva di tutte le attrezzature necessarie e di un sacco di spazio di magazzinaggio, che rendevano il soggiorno conveniente. Il giorno di domenica mattina, il colazione è stato servito dalle 7:00 alle 10:00 in stile buffet, tra cui noodles, riso, pollo, pesce, uova fritte e cotte, melone d'acqua e caffè filtrato. C'è anche un tetto con una bella vista sul mare, che è stato un bel bonus. In generale, è stato un confortevole e piacevole luogo di soggiorno. 🌊🏨

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno, grazie in gran parte alla posizione perfetta dell'hotel e al servizio eccellente. Il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole e andava oltre e sopra per rendere la nostra visita comoda, anche per permetterci un check-out tardivo, che apprezziamo molto. L'hotel stesso era molto pulito, e ci piaceva la piscina brillante.Mentre non c'era un buffet per colazione, le opzioni fatte per ordinare erano deliziose, con una grande selezione di riso fritto, colazione inglese e pancake. Per la sua posizione e l'ospitalità, consigliamo molto questo hotel e sicuramente ritornerà.

Ho avuto solo una notte in questo hotel, quindi non posso dire troppo. La mia camera aveva una bella vista panoramica, il letto era comodo. La stanza era pulita. La porta al balcone era difficile da aprire, alcune bolle di luce dovevano essere sostituite. C'è un ascensore, ma è rotto il giorno in cui me ne andai. C'era anche una piscina dove si può raffreddare, ma sarebbe bello avere un caffè da lavoro per bere qualcosa da mangiare e da bere. I proprietari che non siamo molto amici (ma il loro inglese non era molto buono, quindi forse non potevamo capirci chiaramente l'uno con l'altro.) In qualche modo hanno organizzato il mio trasferimento.

The location is right in front of the ocean and within walking distance from the crab market. If you want to go swimming at the beach, you'll need to ride a car or motorcycle there. All the rooms there are private villas, and the room was spacious. The only thing that bothers me is the bathroom windows on the side. It's covered by bamboo sticks, so someone can easily see you taking a shower from the outside. Other than that, it's a great hotel to stay when visiting Kep.

Il manager dell'hotel era molto amichevole e mi ha chiesto di parlare quando sono arrivato. Gli altri membri del personale che ho parlato al bar erano carini e attenti. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per la spiaggia e i ristoranti vicino. Le camere hanno grandi porte in vetro per vedere il mare dalla vostra stanza facilmente. Il bar dell'hotel dispone di un sacco di bevande e un menu completo di cibo e snack. La stanza era pulita e grande - c'è una caldaia per fare tè e caffè. La prossima volta che visito Kep, sarei sicuramente rimasto qui.

Немного в стороне от центрального оживления, но в пешей доступности есть и спортзал и рынок. Просторные апартаменты окруженные природой.
