Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Nagano, Giappone

Location: Near to Karuizawa train station (approximately 15 min walk to hotel west) and 10min walk to shopping mall. 5 min shuttle bus to reach ski area. Room: Clean and comfortable. But the bath powder is like toilet detergent scent. Amenities: there is Family mart operates until 11pm in hotel west. Service: Front desk lady can’t really speak English and hard to communicate. The man at cloakroom is unfriendly. Shuttle bus service: Shuttle bus service provided within the shopping area, hotel east and west. However, the instruction is unclear to us. When we queued up for the bus to station, the hotel staff did not inform us the bus was here and to align the bus but just change the next bus arrival timing. Until entire lane of the guests missed the bus. We had to walk all the way to station with our huge luggage. Snow Park: No clear direction or sign board to go snow park from hotel east. The snow park area is kinda small and suitable for young kid (below 7 years old). It is boring for kid above 7 years old.

Spacious rooms with beautiful mountain views. Free parking with a large parking area. The onsen is big and very relaxing. The staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

This second time in this hospitable hotel. While a short distance away from the Karuizawa station, it is quite well located to nearby old town and buses to a number of places of interests. The hotel seems like a boutique hotel. Its decoration has not changed since 2023. The dinning room is redecorated with more seats. It is more like a cozy lounge. At the reception area, one can find an assortment of tea bags with some special infusions. Of course coffee is there as well.

At first, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but everything changed when I arrived. We traveled to Karuizawa via Shinkansen, and just a five-minute walk from the JR Station, there’s a shuttle bus stop inside the shopping plaza. The hotel staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth. Although the carpet in the room has seen many winters, it added to the cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the lobby offered free coffee and soft drinks, along with a large, charming stove to keep you warm on snowy days. The ski resort is just around the corner, with rental shops, a ski academy, and ski lifts all in the same area, making it very convenient. If you’re looking to recharge your energy surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place.

This is a perfect spot in Nagano if you want to take a break before heading to other parts such as Hakuba for skiing . It is literally right at the station and connected via MIDORI where you can buy groceries and with lots of restaurants. Due to fight delay, we arrived late at night at around 10pm. MIDORI shops were all closed but ht path to hotel still open and we can still find plenty of cafes nearby. It has reserved Alpico bus to Hakuba right at hotel or you may go to the regular bus stop at bus station 26 for higher frequency of bus service. Will definitely stay here again if we need to stop over at Nagano. Though the hotel is not new, it’s spacious and clean enough for a comfortable stay .

Ci sono molti gioielli, molto interessanti.La piscina all'aperto è buona.La camera di vestiti è molto piccola. Il cibo per la colazione di auto-supporto è soddisfacente, il posto è molto grande e facile da scegliere.1/2 Quindi c'è un nuovo anno di cucina e un comportamento pulito. Il servizio di cena in camera privata richiede tempo, e le guide della stanza sono sbagliate, ma è il nuovo anno che posso sorridere perché posso trasmettere il lavoro duro del personale. Mi sento come se fossi più attraente di prima per attrarre i membri della mia famiglia, e sono rinascita come un'immagine giovane e luminosa in generale.

Hotel molto decente con buoni servizi dal personale dell'hotel. Venite con onsen & spa, nonché grandi camere e bagni. Meno di 10 minuti di auto dalla stazione Karuizawa, centro sci e Prince Shopping Plaza. L'hotel offre anche servizi di autobus a vela gratuito attraverso e verso la stazione Karuizawa che sono convenientemente accessibili al centro sci (servizi di autobus a vela gratuita al di fuori della stazione Karuizawa) e alla Prince Shopping Plaza (caccia di pietra dalla stazione Karuizawa).

A dated hotel just off the Prince Karuizawa Outlets. Short drive away from the Old Karuizawa Ginza so the location is lovely. The coin laundry was just 2 washers and 2 dryers serving 70 + rooms so the wait can be long.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay in Karuizawa. I will definitely consider returning on my next visit!”

L'ambiente generale dell'hotel e l'ambiente circostante sono particolarmente bello. È molto bello e vicino sulla strada da hotel a business street. La prima volta che la camera giapponese è stata fissata, la sensazione è buona. Il mais può far sì che il personale dell'hotel si sbrighi. La struttura dell'hotel è molto elegante, Non è molto vicino alla stazione JR e non è molto lontano l'hotel può essere trasferito, ma il bus è in servizio il giorno lavorativo.
