Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Nagano, Giappone

The rooms (just regular guests rooms, not even the premium ones) were very spacious and comfortable given their price. The warm atmosphere was very healing and I loved being able to bathe in hot springs after a tiring day of snowsports! Although the hotel seemed quiet from the outside, we saw many guests staying inside and it was a pretty lively atmosphere, which is something I like. The landscape is quite lovely too. Although there was little natural snow, the slopes were still fine to ski on due to their artificial snow machines. The slopes were very beginner-friendly as well, however, as they get more frequently used through the day, they tend to become really icy and difficult to ski on. Overall, I had a great time! It was a shame that there wasn’t snowy weather to match.

⭐Had a really great stay at Twin Line Hotel Karuizawa! The location is convenient and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely designed — very comfortable bed too. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and pleasant. Would definitely come back next time I’m in Karuizawa.

At first, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but everything changed when I arrived. We traveled to Karuizawa via Shinkansen, and just a five-minute walk from the JR Station, there’s a shuttle bus stop inside the shopping plaza. The hotel staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth. Although the carpet in the room has seen many winters, it added to the cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the lobby offered free coffee and soft drinks, along with a large, charming stove to keep you warm on snowy days. The ski resort is just around the corner, with rental shops, a ski academy, and ski lifts all in the same area, making it very convenient. If you’re looking to recharge your energy surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place.

This is a perfect spot in Nagano if you want to take a break before heading to other parts such as Hakuba for skiing . It is literally right at the station and connected via MIDORI where you can buy groceries and with lots of restaurants. Due to fight delay, we arrived late at night at around 10pm. MIDORI shops were all closed but ht path to hotel still open and we can still find plenty of cafes nearby. It has reserved Alpico bus to Hakuba right at hotel or you may go to the regular bus stop at bus station 26 for higher frequency of bus service. Will definitely stay here again if we need to stop over at Nagano. Though the hotel is not new, it’s spacious and clean enough for a comfortable stay .

Il cibo per la colazione di auto-supporto è soddisfacente, il posto è molto grande e facile da scegliere.1/2 Quindi c'è un nuovo anno di cucina e un comportamento pulito. Il servizio di cena in camera privata richiede tempo, e le guide della stanza sono sbagliate, ma è il nuovo anno che posso sorridere perché posso trasmettere il lavoro duro del personale. Mi sento come se fossi più attraente di prima per attrarre i membri della mia famiglia, e sono rinascita come un'immagine giovane e luminosa in generale.

Pros - 1. Hotel apartment is 15 mins by walk from karuizawa station, still walkable. Hotel does not provide any shuttle bus 2. Room is spacious and it is equipped with microwave, stove & fridge. It does not come with any kitchen ware though and need to request the items you need clearly. It is hard to communicate as the staffs do not speak English well 3. It is 3 mins by walk away from a big supermarket and McDonald, very convenient if you like to cook and buy something to eat on your own Cons 1. Facilities are old, WiFi was down few times during our stay 2. Staffs are not professional and do not speak English well. It is so difficult to communicate with the receptionist as most of male staffs do not speak English (female is better). They provide false information and don’t understand their hotel facilities well 3. During our stay, roof top is under repair so the whole room is surrounded by shed frame, we are unable to open the balcony door at all as the view is all blocked 4. Carpet & sofa are quite dirty In short, I recommend this hotel if you are staying with a big group and want to cook your own dinner. But I will not stay here again due to the poor staff experiences.

L'ambiente generale dell'hotel e l'ambiente circostante sono particolarmente bello. È molto bello e vicino sulla strada da hotel a business street. La prima volta che la camera giapponese è stata fissata, la sensazione è buona. Il mais può far sì che il personale dell'hotel si sbrighi. La struttura dell'hotel è molto elegante, Non è molto vicino alla stazione JR e non è molto lontano l'hotel può essere trasferito, ma il bus è in servizio il giorno lavorativo.

Il traffico è molto buono. Ci manda sempre fuori dalla porta dell'hotel quando parti. Il servizio è buono. Ci sono ciliegie per la colazione. Un hotel storico, ci sono molti libri da leggere al primo piano.Il divano della stanza è molto comodo. Gli ospiti sono principalmente ospiti locali giapponesi e una minoranza di ospiti europei e americani.
