La camera era molto spaziosa e il letto era comodo. molto pulito e tranquillo. comodo letto con disponibilità di cotone solido e morbido. Onsen e palestra sono disponibili anche. asciugatrice per attrezzature sci e stanza da gioco per bambini. servizio è stato molto responsivo e parla inglese La posizione è vicina al centro sciistico, ma molto lontana da qualsiasi altra cosa se non guidate. Il loro autobus per la stazione ferroviaria opera solo 3 volte al giorno al mattino e al pomeriggio. e ci sono solo 2 cibo Ristorante a meno che non si cabini fuori. niente di molto da fare in serata e notte. cibo decente e ambiente. le opzioni per colazione sono le stesse quotidiane ma la varietà era ok.

The cottages were a little out of the way but they are perfect - toasty during winter, spacious with an ensuite bathroom per bedroom, and accessible via the frequent bus service. It’ll be even better if a microwave is provided in the cottage, and if our ski/snowboard fear can be stored in the locker room near the slopes (we arent allowed to do so and have to carry them back to our cottages everyday. We stayed at the premium room at the main building previously and would say each experience is unique, but staying at the main building would be more convenient and staying at the cottage is more special especially during winter.

This is a perfect spot in Nagano if you want to take a break before heading to other parts such as Hakuba for skiing . It is literally right at the station and connected via MIDORI where you can buy groceries and with lots of restaurants. Due to fight delay, we arrived late at night at around 10pm. MIDORI shops were all closed but ht path to hotel still open and we can still find plenty of cafes nearby. It has reserved Alpico bus to Hakuba right at hotel or you may go to the regular bus stop at bus station 26 for higher frequency of bus service. Will definitely stay here again if we need to stop over at Nagano. Though the hotel is not new, it’s spacious and clean enough for a comfortable stay .

Spacious with four bedrooms (1 being tatami room). The location was convenient and Karuizawa is a lovely town. The breakfast was good. Fresh bread and juice etc. Hotpot dinner included meal cuts like bacon not very suitable for shabu shabu) and the pot used was tiny for our group, we had to take turns to boil food. Could be improved.

Super convenient location but note that free parking is not available. Recommended to park at the carpark behind (1min walk away) for 900 for entire night compared to 1200 at the carpark just beside the hotel (but it gets full fast in the evening). Plentiful of amenities provided and late night supper (especially enjoyed this greatly!). Kinda unfortunate they do not have outdoor bath but for the price is understandable. It's already not bad. Massage chair is available but require queuing. Dryer is 100yen per 15mins

La stanza è di dimensioni normali e il materasso è abbastanza comodo. La colazione era molto buona! Le verdure consegnate direttamente dalla fattoria sono freschissime. La sera gli ospiti dell'hotel riceveranno anche spuntini di mezzanotte gratuiti~ Non lontano da JR e vicino alla strada del cibo, è molto comodo mangiare. Matsumoto non è lontano da Hakuba, ma è un peccato che mi sia fermata e non abbia avuto il tempo di fare shopping. Torna la prossima volta! Yyd di riso all'anguilla vicino all'hotel～Shikimi Matsumoto Ekimae～

Room was extremely worth it's pricing with the cleanliness and you could feel the exquisiteness of the hotel from entering through the main doors all the way to your room. Walking distance to multiple interesting areas such as Zenkoji Temple and very pretty eateries around the area. 1 extremely disturbing thing was whereby 1 of the huge mirrors by the make up table was right infront of our beds which made my family and I have a paranoid night stay. Other wise everything was top tier!

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il posto; avere un bagno privato in camera ha migliorato notevolmente il relax e ci ha permesso di apprezzare appieno l'esperienza tradizionale. Per quanto riguarda i servizi, tutto era generalmente buono. Poter utilizzare tutti i bagni del ryokan ha reso l'esperienza più piacevole. La camera era un po' polverosa, ma nel complesso andava bene. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, la cena è stata molto buona, ma vale la pena notare che se si chiede un consiglio, esitano a darne uno perché è al di fuori del loro repertorio abituale. La colazione, dal nostro punto di vista, è stata un po' meno curata; è già apparecchiata sul tavolo e non viene spiegata come avviene a cena. Allo stesso modo, durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo avuto l'impressione che il personale non fosse molto attento agli ospiti e non ci abbia informato su tutti i servizi offerti. Gli yukata possono essere acquistati in hotel per circa 5.000 yen.
