Hotel a 3 stelle in Uttarakhand, India

I was wonderfull stay breakfast was awesome and Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was quite cooperative.

This was the fifth hotel I stayed in, in this current trip to India, and it was by bfar the least satisfactory. Truth be told, it was the cheapest, too, but I did not choose it solely for the price; it had a lot of great reviews. The day I arrived I was chocked, because it looked run down: paint coming off the bedroom walls, stained walls and floors on the bathroom, stained towels and bed sheets. I believe the towels and bed sheets were clean, but they looked dirty from the stains. Most serious hotels would have discarded them. In fact, this hotel feels more like a hostel (a run-down hostel). I couldn't believe that it had so many positive reviews on Trip.com. Lots of people giving it a ten! Crazy! And very suspicious! I should have read the negative reviews more carefully, because all the warning signs were there. Anyway, I can't in good conscience reccomend this hotel, and I feel bad for the staff, because they were friendly enough. The owners should make major investments in renovation. Finally, I shouldn't forget to mention that the bedroom had a door window, but with no view, except for the wall of the building next door. So, no view and no sunshine getting into the room. The location is good, as far as the attractions are concerned, but the hotel street is very noisy. If you go, ask for a room away from the front.

We stayed in the resort and had excellent experience. All the staff were very helpful. The location of the resort is next to corbett park, giving a very serene and natural environment. I would like to thank specially mr. Kapil, who guided us very well and made our stay memorable. Overall very comfortable stay and experience

Siamo rimasti all'Hotel Spellmount durante il nostro viaggio di famiglia a Kausani, e ci ha davvero messo un'immagine. Le viste panoramiche dei piccoli Trishul, Nanda Devi e Panchachuli dal balcone della stanza erano semplicemente incantevoli, il tipo di vista che ti fa riposare e solo prendere tutto. Le camere erano pulite, ben mantenute e confortevolmente calde per il tempo della stazione di montagna. Ciò che era davvero fuori era il personale. Tutti erano veramente caldi, attenti e sempre disposti a camminare per un chilometro extra. Ci hanno aiutato con fantastiche raccomandazioni locali che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, hanno anche camere interconnesse per le famiglie, e questo è stato un colpo per mia figlia. La posizione è ideale, tranquilla e lontana dalla bussola principale, ma abbastanza vicina per esplorare i giardini di tè e le visione di Kausani. Le mattine qui, con una tazza di tè e il panorama montagnoso ininterrotto, valgono la pena di tutto il viaggio. Abbiamo viaggiato come famiglia multigenerazionale, tra cui genitori anziani e un bambino giovane, e l'hotel lo rende confortevole per tutti. Se stai cercando una serena porta Kumaon con vista incredibile e ospitalità, Spellmount è una scelta eccellente.

Incredible service and hospitality. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My room was bright and clean and comfortable. I needed a quiet room and the manager, Manglesh, was incredibly accommodating. Every day he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast is great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The servers were all friendly and helpful especially Aman who was great at remembering my order.  I also had lunch at the restaurant and the customer service was just incredible. Aman and the manager took really great care of me.  The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping were also wonderfully helpful. (As a woman traveling alone, I am always quite pleased when there is a woman who can help me too. Many thanks to Kiran for her cheerful service.) The GM was available too and kindly willing to helpu if I needed anything.  It is a great hotel with a great location (right next to Parmarth Ashram and very near the Beatles ashram) and the staff make the experience truly wonderful.

my stay was exceptional 😀 love the setup of this cottage. it's right in the lap of nature and if offers breathtaking views. anyone looking for a quite time in the serenity can book this place and it won't disappoint you. kudos to the staff members they were extremely helpful and made my stay comfortable. 5 star to the service guy. definitely looking forward to stay in future . cheers

Situato nelle vicinanze della stazione Haridwar, che consente un facile accesso a tutti i sistemi di trasporto e vicino al mercato, tuttavia, mancavano le strutture di base per i servizi igienici che dovevano essere disponibili sul de***d. Quando si chiede lo stesso, il partecipante e il ricevitore dice: ”Gli ospiti in tutte e tre le camere sono della stessa famiglia, quindi si può condividere i bagni disponibili”. Shocking. La mattina dopo, il tempo di aspettare per pagare il conto per cena era anche così terribile come il loro comportamento.

A Peaceful Stay with Stunning Views We stayed at Hotel Azul Ganga for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is in a great location, close to the action yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The highlight for us was the beautiful rooftop view—perfect for soaking in the serene vibes of Rishikesh. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious options that set us up for the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Rishikesh. Highly recommended!
