Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Kumamoto, Giappone

Beautiful hotel with Mountain Views. The hotel looks spectacular and is very clean. The room is very spacious. Location is perfect as it shares the same building as the mall. You can use the lift which brings you directly to the mall. The mall has shops like Uniqlo, ABC Mart and many more, including a food court with various food options. There are 3 washing machines in both the male & female public onsen area, however it is pretty difficult to get a chance to wash your clothes. The hotel seems like a popular wedding venue, however it does not disrupt the stay as the guests do not seem to linger in the lobby at all. There's a Nescafé coffee machine which you can help yourself to outside the public onsen, along with Kumamoto's fresh spring water tap for drinking. For parking, please avoid the carpark infront of the mall as it is expensive. If you're facing the mall, the hotel's carpark is at the left side basement of the mall. The hotel provides a discounted price at off-peak periods. It's best to leave your hotel before 12 noon. It is paid parking and there's a ticket machine at the basement entrance of the hotel. The hotel location is perfect as it is also very close to a station.

Ryokan stupendo! Gli onsen presenti nella struttura e le camere sono fantastiche, lo staff parla inglese ed é molto disponibile e cordiale. Hanno addirittura adattato la cena e la colazione alle nostre esigenze alimentari (vegetariani). Anche la posizione é molto centrale nel cuore del paese, offrono il deposito bagagli e un transfer alla fermata dell'autobus. Nel complesso un'esperienza indimenticabile!

I was pleasantly surprised by how great this stay was! The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is excellent—close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Small room but totally functional for a night stay. New hotel in the middle of city, walking distance from malls. Only downside is lack of on-site parking though there is nearby parking at the mall, which is 5 mins walk away. Get your parking ticket stamped at hotel to get a discount for overnight parking at the mall. Parking instructions and directions in pictures.

Dopo la colazione, il personale ha pulito le sedie e il tavolo, siamo molto felici e colpiti dall'amore e dalla dedizione!! Anche la colazione è abbastanza buona, mia figlia ha apprezzato i sottaceti salati (credo che si chiami così) Il servizio è davvero buono e l'hotel è vicino al ristorante TonKatsu, il cui cibo è semplicemente incredibile e delizioso, e vicino al terminal degli autobus

Abbiamo guidato all'hotel per una notte di soggiorno vicino alla montagna di Aso. La vista è bella, e possiamo catturare il sole alle 18:00 dopo l'arrivo. Abbiamo scelto di godere il onsen prima di cena buffet. Abbiamo fatto la cosa giusta, come dopo il cibo, ci fame. Forniscono una gamma di pesci sashimi, cavallo sashimi, sushi, noodles, bbq, piatti caldi. Tutto quello che puoi bere per me giaia! Ci sono rami liberi al 9:30-10:30 e ho avuto una tazza di rami specialmente fatti prima del letto. Il buffet è anche il punto, abbiamo avuto un stomaco completo prima di andare in altre località intorno a Aso l'altro giorno. Molto bene, buon servizio! E ci sono souvenir di Kumamoto per l'acquisto di ultimo minuto!

Per quanto abbiamo pagato, è stato un ottimo posto per stare e una fantastica esperienza! 1. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera di Kumamon e era così bello! era il tema di Kuamamon e aveva un gigantesco Kuamamon plushie che ci ha tenuti compagni durante il nostro soggiorno. 2. C'era un gentiluomo che lavorava nel parco auto che uscì dalla strada per aiutarci. Per esempio, camminava/ correva i centinaia di metri per mostrarci il modo per arrivare al parco auto più vicino che potevamo parcheggiare. Ho lasciato anche il mio caffè in giardino dopo avermi accolto, ma l'ha visto e ha ricordato che ero io che teneva il caffè, e ha avuto il personale dell'hotel per tenerlo per me. Quando mi vide nel lobby dopo, mi disse immediatamente che il mio caffè era stato tenuto per me. Ero molto colpito perché non doveva farlo. Purtroppo, non l'ho visto prima di lasciare o avrei avuto il suo nome. 3. Carte postali gratuite che il personale dell'hotel avrebbe postato per voi! È stato bello riceverla poche settimane dopo il viaggio; ha riportato qualche buona memoria! Si consiglia di rimanere al Mitsui Garden Kumamoto se hai la possibilità!

Nice cosy hotel. Very clean and easy to check in. Convenience store just across the road. 5 mins drive to a major shopping mall. Has a small stove to cook and kitchen. But really small and dark though. Otherwise room is very cosy and fits four of us well. Bathroom is clean and nice. Washer in the room too. I can jog to kumamoto castle which is nearby. Great location and great hotel.

Centro della città di Kumamoto, a circa 15 minuti dalla stazione Kumamoto via tram. Molto conveniente, molto vicino alla strada degli shopping con molte opzioni alimentari. L' hotel è dotato di piscina pubbliche dove possiamo immergersi e rilassarsi . La stanza è spaziosa.

my stay at the onset in Hanashoan was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived. we were welcome with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The onset itself was modern, new beautifully maintained -peaceful, serene and perfect place to relax and unwind. the traditional atmosphere, combined with the breathtaking natural surroundings, created a truly authentic and unforgettable experience.  the impeccable service provided by the staff. able to converse in English and mandarin. They were attentive, kind, and was ready to help and always assist with a smile. their professionalism and genuine care made this trip incredibly special. I am deeply grateful for their hospitaltiy and would highly recommend this onset to anyone seeking a relaxing and culturally rich getaway.
