Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Ehime, Giappone

Ho usato molte volte. ⭐︎ 5 non può camminare da una stazione di ricezione più vicina, ma questo è un hotel comodo.(Io sto sempre camminando, perché non sono lontano dall'autobus) Ho sempre vissuto il programma di colazione, ma sono molto soddisfatto, ho sempre mangiato troppo.Questa volta c'è un gruppo di ospiti, quindi mi ha detto di solito a partire dalle sette, ma può iniziare dalle sei e mezzo, quindi posso mangiare comodamente. Da questa volta, posso vedere la bella vista del ponte Kurrushima Kaikyo.

A hotel that gives a 5 star feel. Warm welcoming from the moment we reach till we leave the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good too. Located within walking distance from the train station and shopping street. Overall was a wonderful experience.

The location is excellent! It's right in the middle of the two big transport hubs - JR Matsuyama station and Matsuyama City station. Both stations are 15 mins walk away, or you can take the tram to reach both of them, the tram stop is right next to the hotel. And there are convenient stores just at the corner. Food in the hotel restaurant is good, room is clean. The only thing which is not so satisfied is the internet wireless connection is not very stable. Overall I'm very happy with my stays.

Il parcheggio è disponibile al costo di 1200 yen, presso un parcheggio multipiano automatico situato proprio accanto all'hotel. Il personale, cordiale e disponibile, è pronto ad assistervi con il parcheggio. Basta semplicemente parcheggiare l'auto nell'apposito spazio e loro si occuperanno del resto, trasportandola automaticamente al piano superiore. Inoltre, la tariffa del parcheggio include l'accesso illimitato, quindi non dovrete preoccuparvi di pagare più volte quando uscite a cena o esplorate la zona. Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli e non presentano alcun difetto. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

The overall environment was great. However, there’s one thing I’m extremely dissatisfied with—the walls! The wall between my room and the next is incredibly thin, and it even shakes. I have no idea what kind of ******* is staying next door, but around 12:30 a.m., they suddenly started banging on the wall multiple times. My bed is right up against that wall, and it shook violently three or four times, waking me up in shock. After that, about every hour, they kept hitting the wall again, making it shake like it was during an earthquake. I honestly never expected a hotel room at ANA to have walls of such poor quality! Even now, thinking back to that night still frightens me. 全体的な環境はとても良かったです。ただ、一つだけどうしても納得できない点があります——それは壁です！私の部屋と隣の部屋の壁が非常に薄く、揺れるほどです。隣の部屋にど*****泊まっているのかわかりませんが、夜中の12時半ごろ、急に何度も壁を叩き始めました。私のベッドはその壁にくっついているため、壁が激しく揺れ、3〜4回ほどで目が覚めてしまいました。その後も1時間おきくらいに壁を叩かれ、まるで地震のように壁が歪むような感覚でした！まさかANAのホテルの壁がこんなにひどいとは思ってもみませんでした。今でもあの夜のことを思い出すと、怖くなります。

2주전인 25년 12월9일부터 13일까지 4일을 숙박했는데, 둘째(10일)날 오전에 방열쇠를 분실(사진 첨부. 방에서 나와서 엘리베이터 타기전 복도에서 분실됨. 지금 생각해도 도저히 이해가 되지 않음.)해서 바로 프론트에 분실사실을 알렸고, 열쇠가 찿아지면 다행이고, 못 찾으면 스페어키 제공을 부탁하고 외출후 돌아왔지만 못찾았다고 함. 스페어키는 제공받지 못함. 아시다시피 칸데오호텔은 방키가 엘리베이터 내에서도 필요해서 항상 각자 하나씩 가지고 다녀야 함.. 결국 분실한 키는 퇴실하는 날까지 찾지 못했고, 호텔측은 스페어키는 여분이 없다고 제공을 하지 못함. 그외 다른 대안도 제시하지 못 함. 이렇듯 불편한 여행기간을 지내고 퇴실하는 13일. 키 분실에 따른 배상을 11,000엔 지불했습니다 그 이외에는 불편한 점은 없었습니다. 위치도 좋고, 대욕장도 깔끔하고.. 칸데오호텔 이용하시는 분들.. 방키 관리 잘 하시기 바랍니다.

Non c'è alcuna indicazione per il parcheggio dell'hotel. Non ci sono cartelli e non riusciamo a trovare informazioni nemmeno sul loro sito web. A quanto pare il parcheggio si trova presso il ristorante Takashimaya. Il problema è: come faccio a scaricare i miei tre bagagli? Non è facile, soprattutto perché abbiamo dei bambini con noi. Direzione dell'hotel: per favore, mettete un cartello ben visibile proprio di fronte all'hotel, così non dovremo fare tanti giri! Non c'è acqua: per favore, fornite dell'acqua, non acqua bianca (non sapevamo che la loro acqua bianca fosse una bevanda tonica).
