Dove iniziare con questo? Prima ho chiesto di annullare, perché veniva sotto con i sintomi di COVID. Ramada Telford non sembrava preoccuparsi di questo, però, la richiesta è stata rifiutata (nessuna offerta di un altro soggiorno, o rimborso parziale, niente). Mi sentivo meglio, e deciso di viaggiare. Nel check-in (e nel sito web, foto attaccato) non mi è stato detto niente sulla piscina che era fuori servizio. Mi sembrava. Non c'era alcuna offerta di rimborso completo o parziale. Niente. Fortunatamente, il viaggio è entrato con una buona volontà. Parla a alcune persone (in appresso denominate) per posta elettronica e basicamente dicendo ”non possono fare nulla” e ”è colpa del viaggio” che il sito web non rifletteva che la loro piscina fosse fuori uso dal dicembre. I stayed here with 2 others for 2 nights to attend an event. It was perfect for our needs. Very nice room that was exceptionally clean and a fantastic walk-in shower. Having lots of parking and being near lots of shops and restaurants was very helpful. It was very easy to walk to places I needed to be. Breakfast was good! Nothing exceptional but the continental selection did the job and despite limited hot food I could still make myself some nice bacon sandwiches. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Very affordable and would definitely stay again!

I only booked for one night to break our journey to North Wales from London, so my expectations were not that high, I just wanted a bed for the night. The location was within walking distance from Shrewsbury station, down a small alley off the main shopping street. I didn't realise it would get quite noisy, and there was actually a band playing in the pub the night of our stay - our room was directly above it! So we went to bed late! For some this could've been a disaster, but saw the funny side and at least the band were playing songs I liked, and I travelled with ear plugs so did manage to get to sleep. The room was well equipped, comfortable & clean besides this. I had booked breakfast but due to not realising what time it would start from and having to be on an early train, actually couldn't stay for it. To compensate the lady who checked us in kindly offered to make us lunch instead, so we had some sandwiches, nuts, crisps and snacks from the bar to take with us, which I appreciated, as I was travelling with my young son.

A lovely hotel plenty of history staff is really nice. Breakfast was excellent. If we needed any information where to go to or how to get there the staff told us I would book there again hopefully next year.

It is a brilliant experience. The hostel is near the museum and also Victoria Village. Be aware of the check-in time in Winter as it is an hour later than the closure of the nearest by museum.

Stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration locally and so glad we did, the room was wonderfully located with beautiful views over Dale-End park and the river Severn. It was booked room only due to commitments so couldn’t comment on the food but the staff were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend this hotel.

Abbiamo chiesto una stanza tranquilla e ne abbiamo dato uno all'avanguardia sulla strada principale, che era tutto, ma tranquilla, la stanza non viveva fino alle foto e aveva bisogno di un lavoro, ma era ragionevolmente preziosa e servibile. Non abbiamo mangiato qui, ma le nostre bevande la prima notte erano quasi 12 sterline per un grande gin e un pint, che era con un 10% di sconto mentre restavamo lì. I coni non erano sufficienti per giustificare una denuncia, ma non ci rimanderemmo qui.

Purtroppo ho scoperto dei morsi di milbenbisse in Kenthall la prima notte. Non c'era nessun risarcimento. Ho dovuto aggiornare il livello successivo in Main Hall per non avere più il problema. La direzione non mi ha incontrato, anche se sembra che i morsi di milza siano stati visibili sulla schiena e sul braccio. Purtroppo, non ho valutato bene la purezza di Kenthall. Nella nuova stanza della Halle principale ho ricevuto una stanza incredibile con bagno, ferro da arco e un'occhiata incredibile al giardino. L'aggiornamento era stato ricompensato. Quello che non mi è sembrato buono era che le lampade nel cassetto di vestiti portatili erano tutte vuote dalla batteria e nessuno ha scambiato le batterie. Inoltre non c'era aria condizionata. Tornerei ancora. Vorrei dire il benvenuto alle camicie e ai lampadine di Kenthall. A proposito, mi aspetto ancora la fattura per l'aggiornamento.

Le cose sono molto buone e economiche, la stanza è molto grande e le strutture sono complete.E'anche possibile spruzzare i vestiti.
