Hotel sul mare. Sala colazione all’aperto tipo gazebo con vista spettacolare su scogli e mare. Colazione buonissima. Giardino interno che porta agli scogli cui si accede dalle camere al piano 1.

Soggiornata in questa struttura per due giorni! Tutto perfetto! Dal mangiare , alle camere spaziose (superior) al servizio in spiaggia! Ottima anche la pizza ( con forno elettrico) servita sul terrazzo con vista mare.. Tengo a precisare che sono rimasta sorpresa dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, nessuno escluso, cosa non scontata.

La posizione è a metà strada sulla montagna, comoda per raggiungere a piedi diverse attrazioni. Ci sono molti ospiti. La camera la prima notte era un po' umida. Dopo aver contattato la reception, il giorno dopo è stata assegnata una nuova camera. Sono molto soddisfatto. Grazie al personale della reception, molto gentile. Consiglio questo hotel. La foto mostra la vista dall'esterno del ristorante.

Struttura sempre ricca di fascino e storia. Vale sempre la pena soggiornare in questo hotel se si viene in visita a Siracusa. La colazione meriterebbe un po' più di attenzione.

La posizione per i punti di interesse, lo staff e la struttura eccellenti. All’inizio, colpa del navigatore, é stato difficile trovare la struttura ma lo staff che ne è consapevole aiuta in tutti o modi. Consiglio di contattare l’hotel prima di arrivare oppure di non inserire subito la via ma inserire prima via Kennedy. Ottimo anche il ristorante, con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Nice hotel, clean n easy to park the car. Just right in front of the hotel. The room n bathroom Is spacious and my room is facing the sea. The receptionist is fast with check in. And speak fluent English. The breakfast is exquisite, a lot of choice and the patisserie is amazing. Molto buono! The owner also friendly.. Highly recommended.

L'hotel è molto bello, moderno, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, con piscina esterna e interna (presente idromassaggio e centro benessere) e palestra. La nostra camera era molto più grande delle camere che si trovano solitamente (sembrava una suite!) e anche il letto era extra size. Si dorme da favola e la pulizia è davvero impeccabile.
L'unica cosa migliorabile è la colazione: la scelta potrebbe essere più ampia. La struttura è isolata quindi è necessario avere un mezzo proprio per spostarsi.
Nel complesso, molto meglio delle attese, più simile ad un 5 stelle che ad un 4.

AAurora PietrosantiIo e la mia compagna ci siamo voluti regalare un viaggio in Sicilia, tappe Palermo, Agrigento e Catania. Ad Agrigento era impossibile non andar a vedere la Valle dei Templi, allora abbiamo scelto questo hotel, siamo rimasti entusiasti su tutti i punti, la struttura è eccellente ma forse le persone che ci lavorano lo sono di più, gentilissime ed estremamente cordiali. Hanno saputo rispondere con competenza a qualsiasi domanda e poi la cena, che dire, ottima, non mi immaginavo che il ristorante di un hotel fosse così!
La cura nelle pietanze servite è sicuramente da 10, hanno un cuoco o cuoca oltre ogni aspettativa, ripeto non solo nel cucinare, ma nel servire, nel consigliare, nel raccontare e spiegare le pietanze, il tutto non si limitava a degli ottimi cibi ma era condito anche da quel sapere che i gentilissimi camerieri hanno saputo raccontare a dei semplici commensali.

We booked Mia Terra expecting a hotel — but it turned out to be more of a one-man bed and breakfast. From the start, nothing went smoothly. We had decided to take up the host’s offer of an airport shuttle (not cheap), as one of us only had one evening in Palermo and every minute counted. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late, and when we finally reached the property, no one was there to check us in, causing yet another delay — even though the host had personally arranged our transport and knew our arrival time. The host then offered excuses that didn’t line up with the shuttle driver’s story (which btw, the driver didn’t even know our destination — we had to guide him — and only accepted cash, which we weren’t told in advance.)
Check-in was confusing and disorganized. Despite several text messages from the host to confirm our room setup (which should have been clear from the booking), he had still assigned the wrong rooms and once again found excuses, incorrectly blaming the booking platform. When we asked him to fix it, he was reluctant but eventually agreed — behaving as if he were doing us a favor — though he did offer free breakfast as compensation, which we didn’t need.
Since there is no staff at the property. The host promised to respond to messages “within minutes,” yet replies often took hours. The whole experience felt like a single person trying to run a hotel alone — and it shows.
To be fair, the rooms were clean and comfortable, although in one of them, the shower faced the bedroom through a glass wall, so you had to shower in the dark for privacy.
Overall, the service and professionalism fell far short of hotel standards. If you’re expecting the reliability of an actual hotel, look elsewhere.

CClaire MLa Chicca Palace Hotel was a wonderful experience!
We loved it from the very first minute that we walked in! 🥰
It has a very playful and colorful ambience and lots of light! We were welcomed super friendly by Giovanna, had a very nice chat, and were helped with the parking that turned out to be quite convenient and almost right in front of the Hotel entrance with the use of an App that Giovanna recommended us to download. Giovanna also gave us a great recommendation for dining which we followed the next day and were very happy with.
Our room was beautiful and super clean as was the bathroom (sorry no pics) and the view from the balcony was as you can see on picture #2 & 3.
The tree on the left was fantastic! 🌳
And on the left side behind the tree there was a Café that had the best coffee granita we had during our stay on Sicily! 😋
We spent two nights at La Chicca. The breakfast place was super stylish - you can see on the picture, and the breakfast itself was simple, yet very typical for a Sicilian breakfast and completely satisfying. Definitely made us happy as well! I like it when there are fruits and eggs and yoghurt as well ...
After the first night, we took the ferry to Lipari, one of the Eolian Islands. It was an amazing day! In the evening, after a delicious dinner at Ristorante Panzakina - Giovanna's recommendation - we returned to the hotel, had a fun and long evening chat with lovely Giovanna, and were invited to have a Grappa together ... A perfect day! Actually, two perfect days at La Chicca in Milazzo on Sicily! ❤️

CClaire MThis hotel was kinda still in baby shoes, only seven rooms were ready for guests, but it was extremely nice! Very inviting entrance area, nice breakfast place, comfy room, practical bathroom, ... Everything was super new, super clean, the towels smelled goooooood, ... We also had a parking place outside in the courtyard (sorry, again forgot the pix 🙃)
Even a bubbly welcome mini bottle 🍾 with a pop! was waiting for us in the fridge and two champagne glasses 🥂 on the table!
But I must say, the best was Alberto, the owner!!! He amazed us! He was super SUUUUPER kind and so warm-hearted and helpful ... Unbelievable! He sent us a list via WhatsApp of the most important things to see in the area, how to get there, where to eat, where to park in case the car was needed to get somewhere (which was useful the next day when we went to discover the Valley of Temples) ... The list was very well-prepared, everything was thought of, and we used it right away to choose our dinner place and the place for our ice cream 🍨 afterwards ... Alberto even had a Spotify list of more than 87 hours of music for the guests to enjoy! What a grand idea! And good music taste ... 🎶
Next morning, it was the breakfast that took our breaths - all kinds of Sicilian specialties arranged beautifully and with love (here I did not forget to take pictures!) - it was very delicious and we wished to have had space for more food ... 😂
I can very warmly recommend this hotel! Really! I think, we'll be back!!! ❤️

UUtente ospiteCheck-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password.
The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work.
The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen.
Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day.
I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels.
5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel.
The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon.

Innanzitutto, questo è il posto più pulito che abbia mai visto nel mio viaggio. Ogni mattina ti chiedono se vuoi una pulizia quando ti portano la colazione. Il bagno/doccia è moderno e uguale alla foto. Il sapone per il corpo, lo shampoo, il balsamo erano siciliani, molto gentili da parte loro. Lo spazio pubblico era così bello, avevano un balcone, quindi sarebbe stato fantastico scattare foto per Instagram.
In secondo luogo, la colazione. Incredibilmente buona. Puoi scegliere 2 cose da circa 15 tipi di piatti come panini o yogurt o frutta. Per le bevande puoi sceglierne 1 da circa 15 tipi come cappuccino o cioccolata calda. Hanno una scelta di latte come latte d'avena e latte di mandorle che è incredibile a questo prezzo. Per la crema spalmabile, puoi sceglierne 2 da circa 10 tipi come miele o Nutella o burro di mandorle o molti gusti di marmellata. Per un dessert, puoi scegliere una torta da 2 o 3 tipi che hanno quel giorno. Puoi scegliere dove vuoi mangiare, nella sala o nello spazio pubblico.
In terzo luogo, il personale è stato molto più gentile e amichevole della media della Sicilia.
