Staff eccellente, alla reception sempre personale super efficiente e professionale, così come il personale di sala colazioni e ristorante. Camere forse un pò datate per la parte della doccia e servizi, così come la moquette dei corridoi da cambiare. Prezzi del ristorante elevati per portate spesso indicate come congelate e per le porzioni davvero minime. ( olive 7€).
Tuttavia si dorme benissimo e ben insonorizzato seppure molto vicino all'aeroporto. Comodo il parcheggio interno e la vicinanza a tutte le maggiori strade di comunicazione . Pur sempre il mio preferito.

È una fantastica esperienza a causa del bellissimo personale di questo bellissimo hotel , la posizione è grande , molto conveniente per andare da qualsiasi parte a piedi , il più importante è la ricezione è così gentile e utile , Il personale è molto buono , ma anche la decorazione della stanza è meravigliosa , molto pulita e confortevole , ho trascorso le mie due notti felice , grande !

Ромина хозяйка всегда на связи и быстро решает возникающие вопросы.Советую взять завтрак-персонально накрывают на стол и очень изыскано сервируют.

隔音非常非常差，隔壁開水龍頭聲音都巨大，臨街底一晚上基本沒睡着覺，睡眠質量差的一定要自帶耳塞。房間內有蚊子，沒有驅蚊設備，沒有Wi-Fi，用了兩天流量開熱點，並且地理環境特別特別遠，除非自駕不要考慮定這裏，附近超市飯店什麼都沒有打車到naxos市中心每一趟基本20-30歐。

La casa è in un buon ambiente, proprio come nella foto, è un B&B, situato di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria e alla strada degli autobus, molto adatto per viaggiare, puoi registrarti online

UUtente ospiteLa colazione è molto buona, la vista è molto bella se vivi in un piano alto, ed è davvero molto vicino a Bella Island.Dopo che la funivia scende dalla montagna, ci vogliono solo 2 minuti per arrivarci a piedi.
Per andare in stazione potete fissare un appuntamento con la reception per prendere un taxi, impiega 5 minuti a persona per 10 euro.
La cosa più senza parole è che abbiamo accettato di avere una piscina, ma abbiamo detto direttamente che le informazioni sul sito web erano sbagliate!

AAurora PietrosantiIo e la mia compagna ci siamo voluti regalare un viaggio in Sicilia, tappe Palermo, Agrigento e Catania. Ad Agrigento era impossibile non andar a vedere la Valle dei Templi, allora abbiamo scelto questo hotel, siamo rimasti entusiasti su tutti i punti, la struttura è eccellente ma forse le persone che ci lavorano lo sono di più, gentilissime ed estremamente cordiali. Hanno saputo rispondere con competenza a qualsiasi domanda e poi la cena, che dire, ottima, non mi immaginavo che il ristorante di un hotel fosse così!
La cura nelle pietanze servite è sicuramente da 10, hanno un cuoco o cuoca oltre ogni aspettativa, ripeto non solo nel cucinare, ma nel servire, nel consigliare, nel raccontare e spiegare le pietanze, il tutto non si limitava a degli ottimi cibi ma era condito anche da quel sapere che i gentilissimi camerieri hanno saputo raccontare a dei semplici commensali.

We booked Mia Terra expecting a hotel — but it turned out to be more of a one-man bed and breakfast. From the start, nothing went smoothly. We had decided to take up the host’s offer of an airport shuttle (not cheap), as one of us only had one evening in Palermo and every minute counted. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late, and when we finally reached the property, no one was there to check us in, causing yet another delay — even though the host had personally arranged our transport and knew our arrival time. The host then offered excuses that didn’t line up with the shuttle driver’s story (which btw, the driver didn’t even know our destination — we had to guide him — and only accepted cash, which we weren’t told in advance.)
Check-in was confusing and disorganized. Despite several text messages from the host to confirm our room setup (which should have been clear from the booking), he had still assigned the wrong rooms and once again found excuses, incorrectly blaming the booking platform. When we asked him to fix it, he was reluctant but eventually agreed — behaving as if he were doing us a favor — though he did offer free breakfast as compensation, which we didn’t need.
Since there is no staff at the property. The host promised to respond to messages “within minutes,” yet replies often took hours. The whole experience felt like a single person trying to run a hotel alone — and it shows.
To be fair, the rooms were clean and comfortable, although in one of them, the shower faced the bedroom through a glass wall, so you had to shower in the dark for privacy.
Overall, the service and professionalism fell far short of hotel standards. If you’re expecting the reliability of an actual hotel, look elsewhere.

Ho avuto un soggiorno piuttosto spiacevole presso gli *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* a Trapani.
Innanzitutto, la situazione del parcheggio è molto ingannevole. Viene pubblicizzato come ”parcheggio gratuito vicino alla struttura”, ma in realtà all'arrivo vi verrà consegnato un biglietto da visita con il nome di un parcheggio situato a 3 km di distanza, in una zona industriale oltre il porto. Offrono un servizio navetta gratuito da e per il parcheggio, ma preparatevi ad aspettare. Anche se concordate l'orario di ritiro, probabilmente dovrete chiamare e chiedere ”Dove siete?” quando sarà il momento.
Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento in sé, purtroppo, era tutt'altro che accogliente. L'edificio non riceve quasi mai luce solare, quindi l'ambiente è buio e freddo. Di notte congelavo sotto una coperta sottilissima. La finestra del bagno si apre sulle scale comuni, quindi si sentono le persone che entrano ed escono, e persino i rumori provenienti dai bagni vicini, il che non è proprio piacevole.
La posizione è centrale, ma questo significa anche molto rumore proveniente dalla strada. C'è un bar proprio sotto le finestre. Sono stato fortunato perché era un giorno feriale e chiudevano verso le 23:00, ma non senza il rumore dei cassonetti e delle persiane sbattute. Le conversazioni delle persone al piano di sotto si sentono facilmente all'interno della stanza.
A dire il vero, l'appartamento era pulito, che è probabilmente l'unica nota positiva che posso menzionare.
In sintesi, se soggiornate a Trapani solo per un giorno o due, vi consiglio di prenotare un hotel, qualcosa di più accogliente e meglio gestito. E a meno che non viaggiate senza auto e abbiate intenzione di trascorrere tutto il tempo in centro città, questo posto potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore. Per me, è stata un'esperienza complessivamente deludente.

We loved it from the very first minute that we walked in! 🥰
It has a very playful and colorful ambience and lots of light! We were welcomed super friendly by Giovanna, had a very nice chat, and were helped with the parking that turned out to be quite convenient and almost right in front of the Hotel entrance with the use of an App that Giovanna recommended us to download. Giovanna also gave us a great recommendation for dining which we followed the next day and were very happy with.
Our room was beautiful and super clean as was the bathroom (sorry no pics) and the view from the balcony was as you can see on picture #2 & 3.
The tree on the left was fantastic! 🌳
And on the left side behind the tree there was a Café that had the best coffee granita we had during our stay on Sicily! 😋
We spent two nights at La Chicca. The breakfast place was super stylish - you can see on the picture, and the breakfast itself was simple, yet very typical for a Sicilian breakfast and completely satisfying. Definitely made us happy as well! I like it when there are fruits and eggs and yoghurt as well ...
After the first night, we took the ferry to Lipari, one of the Eolian Islands. It was an amazing day! In the evening, after a delicious dinner at Ristorante Panzakina - Giovanna's recommendation - we returned to the hotel, had a fun and long evening chat with lovely Giovanna, and were invited to have a Grappa together ... A perfect day! Actually, two perfect days at La Chicca in Milazzo on Sicily! ❤️
We are quite positive that we will return ...

CClaire MThis hotel was kinda still in baby shoes, only seven rooms were ready for guests, but it was extremely nice! Very inviting entrance area, nice breakfast place, comfy room, practical bathroom, ... Everything was super new, super clean, the towels smelled goooooood, ... We also had a parking place outside in the courtyard (sorry, again forgot the pix 🙃)
Even a bubbly welcome mini bottle 🍾 with a pop! was waiting for us in the fridge and two champagne glasses 🥂 on the table!
But I must say, the best was Alberto, the owner!!! He amazed us! He was super SUUUUPER kind and so warm-hearted and helpful ... Unbelievable! He sent us a list via WhatsApp of the most important things to see in the area, how to get there, where to eat, where to park in case the car was needed to get somewhere (which was useful the next day when we went to discover the Valley of Temples) ... The list was very well-prepared, everything was thought of, and we used it right away to choose our dinner place and the place for our ice cream 🍨 afterwards ... Alberto even had a Spotify list of more than 87 hours of music for the guests to enjoy! What a grand idea! And good music taste ... 🎶
Next morning, it was the breakfast that took our breaths - all kinds of Sicilian specialties arranged beautifully and with love (here I did not forget to take pictures!) - it was very delicious and we wished to have had space for more food ... 😂
I can very warmly recommend this hotel! Really! I think, we'll be back!!! ❤️

UUtente ospiteCheck-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password.
The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work.
The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen.
Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day.
I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels.
5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel.
The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon.
