Asked for a room near elevator when we booked ahead online in early evening, but when we got to our room it was as far away from the elevator as possible. Don’t know if that was all that was left at 9:30 when we arrived or what. Didn’t seem very full. Didn’t complain because we didn’t want the hassle of moving our stuff. Also, many Fairfield and Marriott hotels, including this one, now have very low toilets. Might be good for kids, but for older travelers with bad knees who are not otherwise “handicapped,” (which is a sizable part of the travel community) this is a problem as it is hard to get up and down. Taller toilets or routinely putting grab bars in all the bathrooms would make things better.

Ottimo soggiorno. Buon servizio. Il nostro primo viaggio in 15 mesi. L'unico motivo per cui non abbiamo valutato un 5 sulla pulizia, l'hotel era soggetto alle regole del covid, le camere non venivano pulite ogni giorno, quindi non ho potuto valutare questa parte. Cosa sono le monete di viaggio?

Prima di tutto, eravamo in viaggio di bilancio per partecipare a un matrimonio nella zona. Holiday Inn Express aveva buone recensioni e il prezzo era giusto, quindi abbiamo fatto la prenotazione. La proprietà, il servizio e il valore erano stupendo! Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e 5 stelle nella zona di Boston che non erano così bello come questa proprietà. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile, la piscina è stata molto pulita e invitante.

La stanza era grande e ben pulita. Non ci erano molte tovalette, e il segno diceva che cambiavano solo tovalette ogni altra giornata, ma noi rimase solo una notte e siamo stati bene. Il colazione era espansivo e ben preparata. Mi piacerebbe restare qui di nuovo.

JJupiterThis hotel is big one side is super 8 and the other side is the Baymont it's all connected into one big building so it's like a big maze that you have to walk through to get to your rooms or take the elevator I like that there are several different entrants and exits in this building so if you're not parked directly on one side and have to park say in the back you're able to go right out the back check in and check out process was fairly simple very polite for the couple of front desk people that we had dealt with the beds we're big and fairly comfortable so no complaints really in that aspect I like the extra space in our rooms and I really like the cabinetry so you can definitely put your luggage away or if you want to put your clothes in the drawers or closet so that way you don't have your stuff on your way it definitely gives you that option to do so. Each time I've stayed here our rooms came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave and a coffee maker even though we didn't use the coffee maker so I can't really give you a good review on that aspect only as per the fact that there was one located and ours had its own little coffee station type nook in the wall which was cute bathroom was spacious I don't believe the hair dryer worked in one of our rooms or was maybe not even there I'm not sure I can't remember the hotel was fairly clean for the most part I didn't have any issues with any of my rooms didn't see any noticeable damage all in all I'd say this hotel is definitely an 8 out of 10 didn't have a pool and if it did it was definitely not in order I don't think the workout room or anything like that was working either if they did have one so I was just a basic stay sleep and do what you got to do you are in a cul-de-sac so to speak almost like an industrial cul-de-sac but it's a hotel called a sex so you're right off the highway which is a plus and convenient down that called a sac road there are a couple restaurants or eateries nearby so even in walking distance however if you wanted something other than the handful of options that were down in the hotel cul-de-sac you could drive and wouldn't take you more than maybe 7:00 to 12 minutes tops to get to the closest Royal area to be able to go to any gas stations convenience stores or any other eateries so location was definitely a plus for this Hotel! I would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling maybe for business or just need a quick stay they don't have continental breakfast I believe what it's called as a complimentary breakfast where you just get two little choices of juice that tasted a little odd to me or watered down out of a machine I think they gave you like a banana and an orange or something in a fruit basket to choose from a bagel maybe some bread to toast or something or a pastry of some sort and there was two options of cereal I believe so nothing fancy nothing great breakfast really wasn't that fantastic I would recommend that the Baymont and the super 8 since they are joined together should really think about upgrading their breakfast to something a little bit better like the waffle maker you know maybe something hot I better selections and I could turn my review into at least a 9 out of 10 if not a 10 out of 10 because honestly having that breakfast makes the hotel sometimes and being a conjoined Hotel there should be no reason why they can't afford to throw in since they both share the same lobby slash diner area!

UUtente ospiteWas a convenient location and check in was easy. However, there was difficulty with the room keys. I entered the room left my purse and one key in the room went out to my car for luggage - entered at the rear door using the key. However, the key failed to work for my room. Had to go to the desk and have a new set of keys made. This happened again the next day as well, however, that time the on call clerk said it frequently happens when using the rear door. If they know it happens why not fix it or warn the client in advance. This was very stressful.
The room itself was extremely disappointing. It was supposed to sleep 3 adults yet it contained only a queen size bed and a window ledge. No couch, roll away nothing. The sitting area was non existent. Your options were the bed, the window ledge or a straight back wood desk chair. Not at all comfortable. The television was smaller than my computer monitor definately not more than a 24”. Even though all advertisements stated a refrigerator in the room there was not one. Which meant I was unable to keep any cold drinks in my room. The breakfast was an even bigger joke - cold hard boiled eggs were available one day, cold cereal, very limited fruit if you were not there early there was none it was not refilled. Donuts were prepackaged and old. Was not anything available that was at all desirable. I knew there was not a pool or exercise room which I did not expect however, for 100 a night in Delphos, OH I expected more. I had a handicapped room as I have 2 artificial knees and occasionally have difficulity with low toliets and tubs. The room showed handicapped on the exterior door however, the toliet was low and there was not a shower but a tub you had to step into. I spent 3 nights and the only maid service I received was towel replacement - the bed was not made and I do not believe the vaccum was ran. One day I someone had left their pass key in my room along with a roll of wastepaper bags. I took it to the desk and told the clerk I thought #6 would be looking for their keys in the morning. Not a thank or any sense of concern. I entered the lobby at various times of the day and evening and I don't believe I EVER saw anyone sitting at the desk just a sign that read ring bell for service. They were not even in the office directly behind the desk. To say I was disappointed would be putting it mildly I can assure you I will not be returning to this facility or any other Microtel in the future. Stay away it is definetly worth an additional 20-30 to get an indoor pool, hot breakfast, king size bed, comfortable chair as well as an adjustable desk chair with a refrigerator and microwave in your room which you did not get here. Stay in Van Wert at the Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn express.

SSherlanE'stato cominciato molto male come il marketing sulla TV, con la mamma che stava sdraiando i suoi figli in tutto il lotteria dell'hotel. Hanno corretto l'errore e siamo finiti in una suite di cinque letti. Il check-in è alle tre della sera invece di lasciarti scegliere. Il servizio per la stanza è stato molto bello. Grazie.

UUtente ospiteThe location was primo right off Interstate 71, it was very easy to find. Cleanliness was good. I think this was a huge conference center at one time , that has seen better days. There is a large indoor pool, and large restaraunt that was not in use (the restauranut ). The indoor garden space must have been fantastic but is in need of severe care. Large dead plants, extremely hot and humid from the pool I guess. The hotel also appears very dark, I can only guess how much it would cost to air condition and upkeep the place. Service was okay, it was a man who was just okay as compared to the morning person who was happy and upbeat. I did see the man made the huge effort to help with card keys that did not work, etc. The room was fine except for the extremely loud A/C unit. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The toilet ocasionnally continued to run which I manually fixed. Enough towels and such but could have used more bar soap. The TV was one of the easiest to use for me. The advertised continental breakfast consisted of dry cereal for the kids, milk and yogurt in the fridge, weak coffee, apple juice, fresh fruit, and oatmeal to mix yourself. Needed more hot water to use. Also needed a carafe of decaf coffee. The outside had parking spots for hundreds. Kept up area pretty well. Bed was comfortable, and I love the pillows, they were just right. I think all the carpets in the place need steam cleaning, they did not smell but they were very dark. Again, this place needs a big infusion of cash and some personnel need to return to hospitality management school.

Pros: c'era una signora in particolare che lavorava al divano il venerdì sera e sabato sera che era molto amichevole dal momento in cui ci siamo reclutati. La sua atteggiamento positiva, sinceramente, ha contribuito alla nostra mancanza di reclami durante il nostro soggiorno. C'è una bella varietà e non si può battere gratis (bene, potrebbe essere stato incluso nel costo perché non sono sicuro di cosa abbiamo realmente pagato) e un piatto meno per pianificare per la mia famiglia. L'hotel stesso ha un bel carattere e è bellissimo all'inizio. La stanza che eravamo in era molto spaziosa, che era un plus! Non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usare la piscina, ma da quello che potevo vedere sembrava bello.
Cons - Credo che questo diventi un problema con la maggior parte degli hotel, probabilmente a causa di carenze di personale, ma soprattutto la pulizia dell'hotel e della stanza, manca. Egli ci ha portato cose che sappiamo, senza dubbio, non abbiamo portato nella stanza, come i pacchetti di burro, i peli da togliere e un sacco di capelli che non appartenevano a noi. E il tappeto poteva certamente usare un profondo pulito. I bagni erano molto bassi. Il frigo ha lasciato il nostro cibo caldo, ho informato la persona al di fuori del dipartimento quando abbiamo controllato, ma lei non sembrava preoccupata. Non potevamo ottenere il lago fuori (ma so che non è mai garantito, è solo la prima volta che è successo a noi lol)

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Although the parking was not right on the property it was in a covered parking lot within a short walk to the hotel and the cost was included in our stay ! The front lobby looked rather new and was clean and shiny. Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean and accommodating for 2 of us and came with the amenities you would generally expect. We had a king bed and it was comfortable, although the pillows were rather soft and despite both of us having 2 pillows each we could have used 1 or 2 more to be more comfortable.
The included breakfast buffet was well done with a good variety of choices for us as we eat a carnivore diet. The coffee was a good as you would get at Starbucks. I don't know her name but the staff member who kept the buffet full was definitely one of the hardest working individuals I have seen. She was friendly, accommodating and exceptional and the hotel should award her appropriately.
The only negative to our stay was that on the 2nd day of being there we returned later in the day after sightseeing and our room had not been serviced by housekeeping. I called the front desk and the staff person who had checked us in informed me that they had forgotten to tell us that housekeeping is only every other day. Staff member did provide us with additional towels however it would have been nice to have the bed turned down and used towels taken away.

UUtente ospiteLa persona del desk front era più preoccupata per quello che sta accadendo sul suo telefono cellulare, poi mi aspettava come se fosse normale, e poi è entrato e è andato nella mia stanza, e poi è tornato a trovare il mio modulo che ho firmato appena lasciando sul desktop. Era andata fuori a usare il suo telefono diverse volte, quindi quando ho chiamato il desk, nessuno ha risposto. Ho dovuto tornare alla mia auto in affitto prima che la sera fosse finita, quindi non ho dovuto farlo al mattino. Cerco di trovare il ritorno e mi sono persa. Non sapeva nemmeno dove mi trovassi, non poteva lasciarmi all'hotel. E' evidente che il conducente della navetta finalmente suggeriva di prendermi e io la seguo. Questo ha funzionato bene. Mi preoccupa che se avessi avuto un problema con l’aiuto o qualcosa del genere e avessi chiamato il desktop, non ci sarebbe nessuno che rispondesse al telefono, e letteralmente dovessi andare fuori a trovarla una volta che ho capito cosa faceva. La mattina dopo il revisore della notte si è messo molto gentile a garantire che il conducente della navetta sia arrivato in tempo, quindi non sarei in ritardo per andare all'aeroporto. Sembra che ci sia un po' di confusione come circa la coerenza del servizio prestato dal dipendente al cliente. Non sono sicuro che avrei molti familiari che lavorano nella stessa struttura.
