Non c'erano molti ristoranti vicino, quindi spesso abbiamo cenato all'hotel. Il personale dell'hotel era molto gentile. Le porte devono essere state sottili, perché le conversazioni in sala sono state molto udibili.

My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

I will start this by saying this hotel is amazing and I think anyone visiting Mumbai should stay here. I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive. So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect. The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful. The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles. The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job. Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

Così basso hotel standard . Solo una ragazza era disponibile quando ho controllato era circa 21:00 . Era tutto confuso con la prenotazione . Quando ho detto che volevo vedere entrambe le camere . Che ho prenotato . Non era sicura se qualcuno dentro o no . Non c'era differenza tra club e premio, quindi perché le tariffe sono elevate. Telecom non lavorava dovevo chiamare per un dato numero. Ho detto alla signora di mandare qualcuno che non ha chiesto nessuno. Ho dovuto fare 4 5 chiamate. Infine, il ricevitore mi ha chiamato per indicare la chiamata damam .... Per il servizio in camera.Comune *** si trova in ospite business.y non dovrebbe dare questo tipo di risposte . Il secondo giorno al colazione c'era una signora con tanta atteggiamento.Non ha mai dato la maledizione che ospite viene e non ha voluto.Solo roaming e mostrando atteggiamento, il personale del ristorante era molto gentile anche al vivo dosa contro ragazza era così buono. La cena era ok. Vorrei suggerire se davvero vuoi gestire il tuo business dovrai ottenere il tuo forte di base.Il cliente avrà così tante altre opzioni. L'hotel deve cercare il cliente in modo che il cliente non vada da nessuna parte E fidati dell'esecutivo Yogi succhi in ospitalità

Avevo un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole, l'atmosfera era invitante e le camere erano confortevoli, anche se ci sono sicuramente spazio per il miglioramento sia nelle camere che nelle esperienze di cena. Il miglioramento della decorazione e delle strutture nelle camere, **** con la diversificazione delle opzioni di menu nei ristoranti, potrebbe aumentare significativamente l'esperienza complessiva.

We had stayed at Hotel Sai Jashan previously, and our experience was so good that we chose to stay here again. The hotel continues to maintain excellent cleanliness standards, and the hospitality of the staff is truly commendable. Everyone is courteous, helpful, and makes guests feel welcome throughout their stay. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless. We highly recommend Hotel Sai Jashan to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Hotel Heritage a Mumbai offre un piacevole soggiorno con ospitalità calda, camere pulite e confortevoli, e una posizione centrale perfetta. Un grande valore per soldi molto consigliato!

Sono rimasto solo per una notte mentre passavo per Pune per l'affare, quindi non potevo sperimentare colazione e strutture (nessun tempo). In generale, penso che l'hotel sia convenientemente situato nel centro della città, la dimensione delle camere è media e il bagno ha tutte le attrezzature che potresti avere bisogno per il vostro soggiorno. Un buon valore per l'opzione di denaro! L'unica cosa che mi ha colpito è che il telaio è stato trovato in camera un po' sporco con alcuni cibi disgustosi da (supposizione) ospiti precedenti, per il resto il bagno e il resto della camera sembravano essere decentemente puliti. Gli altri colleghi non hanno avuto la stessa esperienza, quindi deve essere stato un piccolo incidente e non la loro norma.

Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.

The hotel is located very close to the international airport, which is convenient. However, on the day I visited, there was a road blockage which was not shown on Google Maps. My driver asked me to get down and walk, which I declined, and instead we had to take a 2.5 km detour to reach the lobby. The staff explained that this was due to government work and that even they had to commute the same way. At the front desk, service felt a bit cold. For example, guests are asked to collect their own welcome drink, which is fine, but not something I’ve experienced at other Mumbai properties. I also tried calling the restaurant and service desk multiple times for dinner, but no one picked up. On the positive side, they did offer me a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. Overall, cleanliness was good and the hotel is decent if you just need a convenient stay while transiting through the international airport. For leisure purposes, however, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.
