Hotel a 4 stelle in Distretto Meridionale, Israele

Hotel service was extremely bad, i initially booked a room for two adults and was told I nedd to pay the hotel direct for a third adult who was joining us, I was told at reception to book a deluxe room which I did bit upon arriving in the so called deluxe room there were 2 x beds and and 20 minites later, someone came into the room to pull out the sofa bed for the third adult - we ended up paying approx 300gbp for three adualts but only ended up getting 2 beds and a sofa couch - even the woman who came in mentioned we were given the wrong room. The hot water kept going cold during showers and when the fire alarm went off with ALL electricity going off in thw roo. for approx 40 minutes the staff said this was normal and nothing was able to be done. It was more the attitude at reception that made things even worse. This all falls far below of what is expected from the Leonardo group. Needless to say, we wont be staying there again.

The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great ”all-inclusive” service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price The hotel feels very outdated. The room I stayed in had plain, poorly painted walls and overall looked quite old. The bed was especially uncomfortable—it was actually two single beds pushed together, and they kept shifting apart during the night. The third floor, where my room was located, had a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was also in need of serious renovation; everything felt worn and far from modern standards. Given the condition of the facilities, the high price is definitely not justified. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Leonardo Club è stato il perfetto viaggio in Mar Morto! Quando abbiamo dovuto cambiare la nostra stanza a causa dei vicini che fumavano, Tamar l'ha gestita con gentilezza e immediatamente. Shlomit ci ha chiamati più volte per assicurarci che siamo felici. Non abbiamo mai ricevuto l'attenzione che Shlomit ci ha dato da nessun hotel! Shlomit ha anche raccomandato la ”traccia bagnata” a Nachal Bokek. Shlomit ha anche raccomandato un viaggio verso la Forte di Zohar. Che bella e storico luogo! Anche libero. Il cibo era eccellente. La stanza era pulita senza spot. I lavoratori erano piacevoli e gentili. Non potevamo chiedere di più.

The Israeli breakfast was included in the room fee, and was excellent. Indeed, I only needed one other meal for the rest of the day, The servioce people were excellent. I used the laundry service which was prompt and efficient. The rooom cleaing service was excellent, by a wonderful Gilipina

!!!מאוד נהנינו מהיומיים במלון !!! השרות אדיב ומהיר (תקלה בטלוויזיה תוקנה תוך 5 דקות...), ארוחות הבוקר מדהימות בשפע המאכלים וכל המנות טעימות ביותר - Signor Presidente, signore. המקלחת לא בנויה טוב (כל שטח הרצפה נרטב לגמרי...) אבל שאר החדר נפלא. ערב התרבות (הופעה של ”הכושים העבריים” היה מלהיב ביותר (רקדנו עד אפיסת כוחות...), אם כי הערב השני היה חלש לעומתו.

去前看評論還很擔心衞生，安全，環境，住了後感覺很好，窗外就是大海很漂亮。打掃也很乾凈。住得很舒服

La camera è bella, il panorama è bello, il colazione è lussuoso, il personale è molto cortese, oltre alla signora che ha iniziato il check-in. (Blonda da ponytail) .Era molto brutta e brusca, mi ha fatto sentire molto inconveniente. Il resto del personale è stato molto utile e gentile.

Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach. Rooms were basic, there was a smell in the hotel which they tried to cover with air freshener but we got used to it. The bathrooms need a little update but was fine for a short stay. The pool was beautiful
