Hotel a 4 stelle in Grand Est, Francia

L'hotel è fantastico, sia la posizione che il design delle camere soddisfano ogni mia aspettativa, solo il rumore del frigo in camera era così fastidioso che non riuscivo a dormire senza tappi per le orecchie. Il primo giorno, i receptionist non erano molto pazienti, ho chiesto informazioni sul parcheggio e l'uomo al telefono non è stato affatto d'aiuto.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Un hotel di grande successo, pulito e vicino al centro città. La stazione ferroviaria è a soli 5-10 minuti dal centro e dal centro commerciale. È un piacere soggiornarci. È pulito. È un hotel molto attento al cliente, con possibilità di cucinare in camera, se lo si desidera.

Stato al Holiday Inn Reims – City Centre per un viaggio d'affari e l'esperienza ha superato le aspettative in tutto il tavolo. La posizione è invincibile, proprio nel centro della città e a pochi passi da attrazioni chiave e case di champagne. La stanza era improvvisamente pulita e ben mantenuta, con un comfortabile sistema che funziona perfettamente per il riposo e la produttività. Il servizio era costantemente professionale, efficiente e veramente accogliente, rendendo il soggiorno insondabile. Le strutture sono ben pensate e tutto corre senza frecce. In generale, questa proprietà offre un forte valore con un senso di premio, rendendolo una scelta facile per i viaggiatori di business che cercano fiducia con un toccato di stile. Sarebbe sicuramente tornato.

La stanza è stata grande e confortevole per un paio di persone, con una stanza sufficiente per aprire due bagagli sul pavimento. Ci sorprendeva anche un sacchetto di buoni di cucina locale (ciocolata, biscotti e miele) in un sacchetto di toto riutilizzabile.

Pro: Aperto di recente, vicino all'università e al centro città, in posizione strategica dietro un grande centro commerciale e con un tram proprio fuori. Contro: 1. La reception è informale, composta solo da una piccola scrivania. 2. Il check-in richiede un numero di carta di credito, un nome e un codice CVV, il che aumenta il rischio di frode. Quella notte non ho dormito bene e ho bloccato immediatamente la mia carta di credito. 3. Il piumone era molto stropicciato. Non sono sicuro che tornerei in questo hotel.

Very spacious room . Love the hotel location. Hidden away from the busy streets. Breakfast is not too bad. The river cruise is just located infront of the hotel. The Notre-Dame cathedral is just minutes of walk away . Many museums around us. Many lovely restaurants and shopping streets just minutes away. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Situato in posizione strategica, proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria e a un negozio di noleggio biciclette, l'hotel offre comodi servizi di deposito bagagli. Il personale della reception è stato cordiale. La camera era confortevole, anche se sarebbe stata meglio con l'aria condizionata. Fortunatamente, la gentile signora delle pulizie ha fatto del suo meglio per trovarmi un ventilatore.

Dit hotel is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een tussenstop, Bij aankomst toont het hotel van buitenaf een verwaarloosde indruk ,maar binnen is dat zeker niet het geval, wij hadden een familiekamer en we hebben in Frankrijk nog nooit zo een grote kamer gehad ,de kamer is zeer groot en mooi ,alleen spijtig dat de gordijnen een armoedige uitstraling hebben en niet erg verduisterend zijn  Restaurant is een aanrader  Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 

L'ambiente, la posizione e il servizio sono tutti molto buoni. È adatto a chi arriva in auto, con due supermercati super grandi proprio fuori. C'è anche un supermercato asiatico nelle vicinanze e il parcheggio è molto spazioso. Il servizio di lavanderia costa 10 euro.
