Hotel a 5 stelle in Voivodato della Masovia, Polonia

La temperatura in camera era troppo alta e l'aria condizionata non funzionava bene, alla fine ci hanno spostato in un'altra camera, che si trovava ai piani alti. La reception non era sempre raggiungibile telefonicamente. Il personale è sempre stato molto cordiale. Il bar della hall era chiuso per ristrutturazione e l'intera hall era in fase di ristrutturazione, quindi l'area d'ingresso non dava l'impressione di essere un InterContinental o un hotel a 5 stelle al momento. Abbiamo ordinato il servizio in camera, che è stato molto carino. Le camere sono grandi e accoglienti, i bagni sono grandi, con doccia e vasca separate, il che è fantastico. La palestra e la spa ai piani alti sono fantastiche.

I stay in Warsaw very frequently and have chosen this hotel around 8 times. Before that, I stayed in many other hotels, so I have a solid basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last stay here. Overall, the hotel is good — stylish design, great location, spacious rooms, and reasonable pricing. However, there are too many recurring issues and small frustrations that significantly impact the experience. Main concerns: 1. Reception attitude The staff is polite but not service-oriented. They simply follow procedures without any willingness to help. It often feels like you are a guest in their space rather than a paying customer. Early check-in? No. Late check-out? No. Anything outside strict rules — always no. 2. Operational atmosphere You constantly encounter staff in elevators (housekeeping, logistics, etc.), which breaks the premium hotel feeling. 3. Room issues (repeated over multiple stays) • Bad smell in the room → had to relocate • No stable hot water (7th floor): water constantly switching between hot and cold. Reported twice — nothing was fixed. On the third attempt, I was told “everything is fine,” which clearly wasn’t true. I stayed three days like this. • Another stay: clogged shower drain. Reported twice — never fixed. 4. Housekeeping behavior • Staff enter the room almost immediately after knocking — no time to respond. • Even when I return to the room, they continue cleaning as if I should wait outside. This is unacceptable. 5. Fitness facilities The biggest downside — there is no proper gym. The “fitness room” is extremely poor and not usable for a serious workout. 6. Lobby There is no proper lobby space, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. 7. Maintenance Small things are frequently broken in rooms — toilet brush holders, soap holders, etc. Individually minor, but collectively very noticeable Conclusion: The hotel has strong fundamentals — design, location, room size, and price. But the accumulation of these recurring issues and lack of service mindset makes the overall experience disappointing. I gave this place multiple chances, but I will likely choose a different hotel for future stays.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione ed è comodo per fare shopping nelle vicinanze. La camera è ampia, pulita, dotata di vasca da bagno, bollitore elettrico e una colazione ricca e varia. Il personale della reception parlava un buon inglese. L'ascensore è davvero veloce 😀

L'hotel si trova nel cuore del centro storico ed è molto carino. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e il personale è molto professionale. L'unico neo è che le camere sono grandi ma dalla forma un po' particolare: bisogna andare sul divano per vedere la TV e la disposizione generale della stanza non è quella di un hotel convenzionale. A parte questo, l'hotel ha il fascino di un boutique hotel d'altri tempi.

Ottima posizione, il parcheggio era davvero costoso, 200 zloty al giorno. Da notare che gli infissi sono un po' datati, così come la facciata dell'edificio (che ricorda l'architettura brutalista dell'URSS).

Sebbene sia pubblicizzato come un hotel a 5 stelle, alcuni piani sono solo a 4 stelle. Ho prenotato aspettandomi un'esperienza a 5 stelle, ma soggiornare in una camera a 4 stelle è inaccettabile. La camera era relativamente spaziosa e i servizi erano accettabili, a parte il fatto che erano un po' datati. Tuttavia, l'illuminazione della stanza era estremamente fioca; non c'erano luci centrali intense. La colazione era piuttosto abbondante. Il bagno aveva una doccia e un acquario, cosa che ho apprezzato molto.

Perfetto per il nostro soggiorno di una notte, in transito e volevamo riposare prima del nostro prossimo volo e la Renaissance superava tutte le nostre aspettative.

A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. L'arredamento dell'hotel ne testimonia la storia e anche la ruggine sullo specchio della camera è una novità assoluta in un hotel a cinque stelle. Il cibo a colazione e nella lounge è buono, con un'ampia scelta. Vale la pena controllare due volte, anche se la risposta positiva è stata data al momento del check-in. Questo potrebbe evitare malintesi e costi aggiuntivi al momento del check-out.

Very quiet and safe, great fitness centre and excellent breakfast. Perfect location next to the central station . The room I stayed already showing it age and  require urgent maintenance services to restore 5⭐️ standard. Example: Torn windows curtain. Bathroom-poorly done repair of tile , and separation of  metal ornament on the marble partition wall next to the bathtub. Also some cleaning staff do not perform their duties properly-lack of consistency, and they should be retained to maintain  repeatable high standard required to 5 ⭐️ hotels

A very elegant hotel in a central, prestigious location. That’s why it is very expensive - other Warsaw hotels offer a better value for money ratio. The room was quite small but comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and with good variety - I recommend potato pancakes with mushrooms. The swimming pool quite small, good steam room and Sauna. The reclined chairs in the sauna resting area could be more comfortable.
