Hotel a 5 stelle in Capo Occidentale, Sud Africa

Disappointing — Not the Taj Experience I Expected I stayed one night at Taj Cape Town and, having stayed, worked, and studied at other Taj properties worldwide, I left feeling that this hotel does not deliver the signature “Taj” experience. Location: Excellent — centrally located and convenient for business and sightseeing. Rooms: Very good. The guest room was well-appointed, comfortable, and met the standard I expect from a five-star property. No complaints on accommodations. Food & Beverage: Below expectations for a Taj. The breakfast buffet was serviceable but average — acceptable for a quick meal, but nothing memorable in terms of variety, presentation, or quality. The on-site Asian restaurant is extremely small (about five tables) and suffers from poor ventilation: the exhaust does not appear to function adequately, so the space quickly fills with an oily cooking smell that lingers and detracts from the dining experience. The food itself was below the quality I would expect from a Taj-branded restaurant. Service & Brand Feel: This is where the hotel most noticeably misses the mark. While staff were professional, the overall atmosphere lacked the warm, polished service and attention to detail that distinguishes other Taj properties I have experienced. It felt more like a standard city hotel operating under the Taj name rather than a hotel delivering the full Taj brand promise. Value: Concerning. The hotel charges approximately INR 2,000 per day for parking — a steep add-on that should be clearly communicated up front and factored into the overall value proposition. Summary: The location and rooms are strong points, but the average breakfast, a small and poorly ventilated Asian restaurant, and an overall absence of the characteristic Taj hospitality leave this property short of expectations. If you are seeking the classic Taj experience, this particular hotel may not meet that standard.

L'hotel a 5 stelle Pepperclub offre tutto ciò che rende la vita più piacevole. Situato nel centro città, è facilmente raggiungibile dal lungomare grazie al servizio navetta gratuito. Il servizio è stato eccellente e l'ho utilizzato quotidianamente. Il mio studio di lusso ha reso il mio soggiorno molto confortevole. Purtroppo, l'ampia terrazza non era arredata e di fronte c'era un grande cantiere. Ciononostante, offriva una vista diretta sull'imponente Lionshead e su Signal Hill. La colazione a buffet offriva un'ampia scelta per tutti i gusti. Il personale è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile.

Il Westin, Capo Town, è un vecchio hotel, ma continua a mantenere la sua presenza, la sua qualità e un certo livello elevato in Capo Town. Abbiamo occupato una stanza di gestione e abbiamo anche avuto accesso al club di gestione sul 19° piano. La stanza era molto bella, con buona letto di legno, letto di alta qualità. Ciò detto, abbiamo dovuto presentare una denuncia sulla natura di fretta di come la nostra camera è stata pulita il secondo giorno del nostro soggiorno. Il letto non è stato fatto correttamente, il pavimento del tetto non era pulito, e il bagno era mezzo pulito. Non è buono per un hotel 5-star. Dopo aver denunciato, il custode ha modificato la norma e il livello di pulizia è stato elevato al livello più alto per la durata del nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo ordinato anche cibo dal servizio in camera e la metà di quello che abbiamo ordinato non è stato portato - ci hanno dato qualcosa di diverso, ma dopo 45 minuti di attesa che l'ordine originale fosse portato a noi, abbiamo accettato con riluttanza l'ordine sbagliato, Mangiate il cibo e poi presentate le nostre denunce più tardi. Il buffet del colazione era buono, ma non c'erano grandi selezioni di carne fredda nella sezione della carne fredda. È davvero necessario migliorare su questo. Infine, la prestazione di servizi complessivi da parte di alcuni dipendenti richiede un miglioramento significativo. In generale, ci siamo divertiti nel Westin e ci ritorneremo certamente quando ci accingiamo a visitare la città del Capo.

Room: spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room was on the highest floor and it was quiet. If you’re traveling with an elderly, just be cautious as the shower floor is extremely slippery. One downside is that water pressure and temperature is not very stable. Location: situated in the heart of CBD, it’s a fairly safe area. Parking available for hotel guests and shuttle available to V&A Waterfront Staff: Front desk and lobby staff are friendly and welcoming. Security at the hotel and parking were also very friendly and helpful. Most staff at the restaurant were not as friendly (most but still a few staff was friendly and helpful and provided great service) Staff often forget guests’ drink orders as 2 days in a row, we did not get our tea during breakfast. I also ordered a cappuccino while waiting in front or the coffee machine however I was forgotten as well. I was better off making my own coffee. Breakfast: They served standard American style breakfast with selection of fruits, pastries and salads. Their hashbrowns were my favourites! If only the food can be a little different everyday, we stayed there for 4 days and had the same food everyday. Overall, we enjoyed our stay room but restaurant staffs’ service and attitude can be improved.

La Sanbona Wildlife Reserve è una delle sue.Il nostro conducente ci ha preso da Capo Town e ci ha preso circa due ore e mezza per raggiungere la porta di Sanbona. Dalle porte alle nostre tende di lusso, c'era un altro 90 minuti di guida in un dessert expansionario - 62.000 ettari Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di vedere Lionesses, Cheetah, Giraffi, Hippos, Rhinos, Baboons, Elefanti, ecc. This stay was absolutely magnificent from arrival to departure, upgraded as we arrived at the hotel. The staff, incredible! Always doing more than asked, going out of their way to assist in making plans, arranging transport or just providing extra information. Shout out to Claudia, who was patient and articulate. She stopped her work in order to attend to me at all times. Shout out to Dewald, humorous, witty and exquisitely piquant. Always up for a conversation amd willing to make anything amd everything more convenient for the guests. Rennia and Alice, ebullient and light-hearted, i felt the care and meticulous nature of their work through all they did, and the smiles they provided, thank you! The entire staff, quite warm and accommodating! Clean room, aesthetically modern and quaint. 100% recommended, convenient location for all your needs!

La stanza è molto bella, e'la casa più soddisfatta di questa volta.La finestra è la tavola davanti alla finestra. E'molto bella, non ha detto niente di sole, tramonto e vista notturna.Voglio vivere nella storia della favola. Il servizio è molto buono!Non so perché qualcuno ha detto che la valutazione non è buona!!Una ragazza viaggia da sola, non oso andare al centro della città, il manager dell'hotel ha camminato con me alla stazione e mi ha aiutato a fare foto tutto il viaggio.Siamo diventati un buon amico. L'intero hotel rivela la bellezza della vecchia carta, dal corridoio all'atrio e al porto del cortile posteriore.Penso che sia molto meglio di una notte vicino a 1w, e la vista della casa è molto guanciata. La colazione di auto-supporto è anche fantastica!!E'troppo per me la auto-supporto.E'troppo adatto a questo tipo di testa di riproduzione.Mi piace mangiare un muscolo di maiale, ma il giorno dopo e'diverso dal grado di cibo, e poi ho fatto un po'di cucina per me. C'è un bel pranzo sotto, il chef/proprietario è una signora, e i piatti hanno un sacco di interpretazioni culturali, e'molto buono.C'è un piatto per ospitare Michelle Obama.E'molto sorpreso che qui sia anche il femminismo. Dopo molti giorni, questo è uno dei miei hotel preferiti della vita.

Il colazione dell'hotel era molto buono. La vista era davvero ispirante. La stanza aveva un grande caffè disponibile. Il personale era super utile e amichevole. Il manager degli occhi di Brown era davvero paziente con mia nonna e davvero professionale. Il carico era un po'di problema, perché in mezzo alla notte il generatore si è spostato e Gran non poteva farlo entrare nel bagno nel buio. Per il prezzo, direi che era ragionevole, ma si possono migliorare le luci di piccolo aiuto sulle scale. La piscina è riscaldata e guarda le stelle che sono spaventose di vedere. In generale, consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel.

So good we are staying longer! Apart from the obvious draw of the fantastic golf course onsite the hotel and spa are a real treasure. Breakfast is to a very high standard. Rooms are spacious but the real bonus is the spa and facilities. Unlike other hotels on the garden route with high costs and limited availability the range of treatments on offer is excellent, staff work hard to fit you in and they are very reasonably priced too. Reception staff are very helpful and ensure you are aware of all the local walks and things to do. I’d definitely stay again…. We are already staying longer than originally planned.
