Hotel a 5 stelle in Capo Occidentale, Sud Africa

The hotel is in best location to see table mountain and visit Cape Town. Our room on the 14. Floor is so big and luxury. The personal in Taj hotel are all so friendly and helpful, they try their best to satisfy the guests. The food and wine are fantastic!

My recent stay at Pullman Cape Town was overall very pleasant. The hotel itself is modern, well-maintained, and conveniently located in the heart of the city. The lounge area is a real highlight stylish, comfortable, and offering an excellent selection of wines that showcase some great South African labels. It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring the city. The front desk and reception staff were outstanding friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout the stay. However, this high standard of service doesn’t quite carry through to the restaurants. Service there can be inconsistent, with some staff being great while others seem a bit disengaged. Breakfast was the most underwhelming part quite average with a limited selection, especially compared to the overall standard of the hotel. It’s functional but not memorable. On the plus side, the property offers free parking, which is a big advantage in central Cape Town, though it’s worth noting there’s no valet service. Overall, Pullman Cape Town delivers a comfortable and upscale stay with great hospitality at the front desk, an elegant lounge, and excellent wines just don’t expect the same polish at breakfast.

В восторге от отеля! - другими словами и не скажешь. Очень комфортный и большой номер с видом на океан, кухня с продуктами, всё очень удобно. Расположен через дорогу от пляжа. Милые девушки на ресепшн - помогли вызвать такси, а так как у меня не было наличных, только карта, то помогли провести платеж через отель. А потом ещё и донесли мой чемодан до такси и погрузили его, таксист даже из машины не вышел. Не ожидала такого от убера в ЮАР... Видимо там так принято.

La stanza è molto bella, e'la casa più soddisfatta di questa volta.La finestra è la tavola davanti alla finestra. E'molto bella, non ha detto niente di sole, tramonto e vista notturna.Voglio vivere nella storia della favola. Il servizio è molto buono!Non so perché qualcuno ha detto che la valutazione non è buona!!Una ragazza viaggia da sola, non oso andare al centro della città, il manager dell'hotel ha camminato con me alla stazione e mi ha aiutato a fare foto tutto il viaggio.Siamo diventati un buon amico. L'intero hotel rivela la bellezza della vecchia carta, dal corridoio all'atrio e al porto del cortile posteriore.Penso che sia molto meglio di una notte vicino a 1w, e la vista della casa è molto guanciata. La colazione di auto-supporto è anche fantastica!!E'troppo per me la auto-supporto.E'troppo adatto a questo tipo di testa di riproduzione.Mi piace mangiare un muscolo di maiale, ma il giorno dopo e'diverso dal grado di cibo, e poi ho fatto un po'di cucina per me. C'è un bel pranzo sotto, il chef/proprietario è una signora, e i piatti hanno un sacco di interpretazioni culturali, e'molto buono.C'è un piatto per ospitare Michelle Obama.E'molto sorpreso che qui sia anche il femminismo. Dopo molti giorni, questo è uno dei miei hotel preferiti della vita.

Ho preso mia sorella in questo viaggio a Capetown. Tutto è stato fantastico. Il servizio era di prima classe, dalla concierge che ci aiutava con locali per esplorare , ai ristoranti in vista. Mi dispiaceva di avere i capelli sul pavimento della camera da bagno quando mi sono recata.

La posizione è buona. Veramente vicino al v e al fianco idrico. Il servizio è stato straordinario e il colazione è stato fantastico.

Lovely stay at Pepperclub - recommended. We chose to celebrate a big milestone in South Africa to create some very special memories. We toured from Joburg, through Nambiti to Durban and then onto Cape Town, and we booked Pepperclub to have a pampered end to our trip. The location is great, near Bo Kaap, local markets and safe to walk around. We had no problem getting where we needed to go. The hotel is very clean including the communal areas, gym and of course the rooms. However, housekeeping was more 4* - simple requests like extra blankets needed to be chased, and the turndown of the room happened every day but was inconsistent (sometimes the bathroom was cleaned and restocked, sometimes not). Similarly, the service was inconsistent even through the reception/concierge was always well staffed - Godfrey always greeted us enthusiastically, and there was another duty manager that was very diligent and followed-up well. However, when Godfrey was not on shift the welcome was more muted, and the staff on reception weren't exactly warm and not always efficient. Restaurant staff were always very warm and friendly. Breakfast was great - with good selection of buffet and a la carte options served swiftly. Lunch options were good too, and room service was efficient. Spa was excellent with very good massages and treatments. The Gym is good, though a little small, and for clarity the pool is not heated (but is beautiful). We didn't get a chance to try the private Odeon cinema, but they only had older movies not the newer ones found at public Odeon cinemas. Great views of Table Mountain and Lions Head from the rooms. The hotel were able to grant our special requests of early check-in, inter-leading rooms and they dressed the room and provided cake and bubbly to celebrate our anniversary - lovely touches. You won't regret your stay, but you may not be compelled to stay again.
