Very modern hotel room TV didn't work Powerful aircon The best was the bed and the food. Food is very good (I had dinner not breakfast )

Check in and check out is disgusting It takes a while only 1 receptionist available When checking out there was 1 guest who was checking in who took so long when we we’re about 4 waiting with only 1 receptionist Plse don’t be mean add others when I was checking in it was the same  If your planning to check out and your in a hurry better leave early or you will be late

È un soggiorno confortevole nel cuore di Dar es salaam ! Vai a Joshua in front desk che ti farà sentire molto benvenuto e anche offrire aggiornamenti, e benvenuto gratis vino e frutta Tanzania! Grita anche a Khadijah il nostro cibo di custodia che ha fatto tutto sicuramente è in ordine all'arrivo. Molto apprezzato! La camera è classica, pulita e agile! L'hotel è in buona posizione a pochi passi dal terminale della ferrata. Il personale è estremamente amichevole! Per favore rimane qui.

Ho visitato recentemente questo hotel e il ristorante dell'hotel e ho avuto una buona esperienza, quando mi hanno offerto un check-in precoce. Il servizio era buono e il cameriere, Seif, era molto attento e amichevole.

Lovely hotel. Enjoyed the stay. Beautiful views from the hotel. some of the things in the room could do with updating and I only say that to make this an excellent hotel.

To be fair, this hotel scores average because it is not a family friendly place Apart from having a swimming pool, there is absolutely nothing and nowhere for children. I was travelling with mine, so it was not the most comfortable experience. We travelled and stayed over new year's eve, so perhaps that was the reason for much of the discomfort, but without going into too much unnecessary detail, it was noisy, extremely hot in the corridors, lots of mosquitoes ( my 6YO was bitten ), no nets, outdated bathroom, weak plumbing, shower takes a little while to heat up in the evening, just generally poor, and not what I expected from a 4 star rated hotel. Staff were generally really pleasant, except for the one lady at breakfast who seemed totally unimpressed to have to engage with guests, but still insisted on doing so, then incorrectly served a dish to our table and proceeded to get snappy with us over HER mistake. Unprofessional and distasteful. Gym is small, outdated, equipment well used and not fully functional. Restaurant curry very tasty, huge dessert portions, breakfast spread sufficient, but coffee not hot, and had to wait for a chef from the kitchen to make scrambled eggs that took a good 20mins! This hotel is not a place to expect luxury or exceptional comfort, but if a bed and a place to be close to banking and service centres is what you require, this place will serve it's purpose. Pool is a good size, very clean, and night view from the pool deck is pretty.

We meet the manager when we check out.he is so nice and thoughtful to tell us we can get into the reception room to wait our taxi and even get us a drink. Even though the hotel is not that good as we excepted, but the service is amazing make us feel at home.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Nothing to complain. It was very clean, breakfast was excellent. Will come back when I am in Dar Es Salaam.

The Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Service was good. The TVs don’t have much to watch, just 7 channels and not smart.

Congratulazioni con il servizio, il personale era gentile e utile ... La prima colazione è scesa e i pasti per servizio in camera erano ragionevolmente prezzi ...I particolarmente amato i loro rulli primavera, samosa e tè masala!
