L'hotel sembra grande e in generale bene. Hanno un'app per prenotare il servizio di bugs, ma i tempi sono incoerenti e a volte non rispondono. Il nostro ultimo giorno ho prenotato e cinque bugs sono passati e ho dovuto battere la bandiera il prossimo. Il colazione è un completo disastro e non la più grande varietà. Quando siamo arrivati, andate al ristorante italiano e hanno un buon menu di cocktail, ma il server ha detto che non li fanno in quel ristorante. Ho chiesto perché hanno un menu completo di opzioni e lei ha detto che non lo sapeva. Non c'è nessun accesso vicino alla spiaggia, ma la piscina principale è ok, ma può essere un po' piena. In generale l'aspetto è cinque stelle, ma al meglio 3 sarebbe giusto. Non molto per le coppie di sera, siamo andati al ristorante Matador in strada e è stato sorprendente. Da la prospettiva del costo per l'esperienza, non ripresero' a questo hotel.

This isn’t my first time at the resort, but every visit feels special, thanks to the warm welcome from the caring manager, Thuy, and the ever-friendly receptionist, Phu. Their hospitality truly sets the tone for a relaxing stay. The resort itself is always spot-on clean and maintains its rooms like new. The attention to detail is impressive, from the refreshing drinks provided at the pool area to the delightful chocolates and good night notes left every evening. It's a peaceful, serene spot to unwind and take a break, just a couple of hours from Sai Gon. The food and service are consistently excellent, making every visit enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a place to relax or simply chill, this resort is highly recommended!

Tranquil but very close to the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room itself was exactly as we hoped. Lovely pool. Highly recommend staying here!

Ci è piaciuto stare in questo hotel. Tutto è giusto. Le camere sono abbastanza nuove, pulite e l'accento per noi è stato il loro colazione è stato eccellente! Alti ingredienti di qualità cucinato perfettamente 👌

Un fantastico hotel, un bel personale di lavoro, un ottimo ubicazione nel centro della città, vicino al supermercato e alcuni negozi, la maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche vicino all'hotel, molti ristoranti vicino, e accanto a questo è una bella zona turistica dove molti turisti vengono, e il colazione è diverso e buono.

L'hotel è molto nuovo, il servizio è caldo e la colazione è molto buona. Le strutture sono molto perfette, la piscina è grande, ci sono due corsi d'acqua scivolanti, e un parco di intrattenimento, una sala da ballo, ecc., i bambini adulti si divertiranno molto. Non c'è molta spazzatura sulla spiaggia, ma è molto completo e bellissimo. Il negozio di frutta di mare vicino alla sera, mangia un grande pasto di frutta di mare vicino al mare, è delizioso e rilassante. E'una buona scelta per le vacanze turistiche.

The hotel is beautiful, historic and well maintained. Food and service quality is fantastic. I booked a luxury twin room with high ceilings and plenty of space. Built in 1922 with lush greens and floral garden right in front, antiques and ＞ 2000 pcs of art work. It is giving Bridgeton vibes. Location is perfect yet gives you the tranquil and peace. Eateries, cafes, massages can be found next door too. My little dismay is really the room, it can be refreshed a little to help travellers feel at ease, consider making it warmer and brighter.

I had a pleasant two-night stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I did find a some ants on the desk. The bathroom design could be improved, as it tended to get a bit wet after bathing, creating some inconvenience. Each night, the resort surprised us with local sweet treats, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and charming. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the resort's design; the overgrown trees made it feel a bit gloomy, and there seemed to be a lot of insects and mosquitoes around. The swimming pool was large and warm, making it enjoyable for swimming, and the beach was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the smoothies and butter. However, breakfast service ended at 10:30, and when I arrived around 9:00, there was less food available than before. I liked the crème brûlée, but it wasn’t refilled afterwards. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very attentive during this time; I had to remind them to clear my stack of plates so I could continue eating. Aside from that, the service was generally quite good. I might consider returning if I visit Mui Ne again.

I recently stayed at MerPerle and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, nicely designed, and new and well-maintained. However, one downside was the noise level. My room faced the road, and it was quite noisy. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t provide much soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep at times. If you're planning to stay here, I recommend staying a room that doesn't face the main road.
