L'hotel sembra grande e in generale bene. Hanno un'app per prenotare il servizio di bugs, ma i tempi sono incoerenti e a volte non rispondono. Il nostro ultimo giorno ho prenotato e cinque bugs sono passati e ho dovuto battere la bandiera il prossimo. Il colazione è un completo disastro e non la più grande varietà. Quando siamo arrivati, andate al ristorante italiano e hanno un buon menu di cocktail, ma il server ha detto che non li fanno in quel ristorante. Ho chiesto perché hanno un menu completo di opzioni e lei ha detto che non lo sapeva. Non c'è nessun accesso vicino alla spiaggia, ma la piscina principale è ok, ma può essere un po' piena. In generale l'aspetto è cinque stelle, ma al meglio 3 sarebbe giusto. Non molto per le coppie di sera, siamo andati al ristorante Matador in strada e è stato sorprendente. Da la prospettiva del costo per l'esperienza, non ripresero' a questo hotel.

The most of the staff can't speak English! Very negative attitude for our questions, Gave a wrong info or I don't know! The food was so TERRIBL, we ordered for lunch on 1st day. Pumpkin soup and Pizza - So terrible ! No Hot pepper or no Hot sauce. They brought chilli sauce for the Pho! But one manager was so professional, she gave us all we need plus many helpful tips so we could finish our trip without any further trouble. A huge hotel but very few trained staff! Thanks!

Beautiful setting with different villas designed by different French designers. Lots of well maintained greenery and the spa is to die for.

Molto vicino al mondo Nova. Un autobus gratuito ci ha portati intorno per godere di attività. Abbiamo scelto di visitare lo zoo Safari, non aveva molti animali. Ma era tutto a posto.

Come si aspettava di un hotel 5-star, l'hotel era molto pulito con fantastiche attrazioni, tra cui due tipi di piscina e vista sulla spiaggia. Il colazione ha una vasta e deliziosa diffusione, rendendolo facilmente uno dei punti di vista del resort. le camere erano Molto ben arredata e ben mantenuta. Il servizio era grande e benvenuto, ma noto che siamo arrivati alle 11 e i nostri bagagli sono stati lasciati all'angolo della principale entrata inattesa per la maggior parte del giorno. quando siamo tornati circa le 6:00, sono ancora lì, e dopo l'arrivo, abbiamo aspettato più di 15 minuti e il bagaglio non è stato ancora consegnato fino alla nostra stanza. Quando siamo andati a cena intorno 6.15pm, il bagaglio è rimasto all'ingresso principale che ci ha colpito come insicurezza. mentre era è stato consegnato al momento in cui siamo tornati da cena, era un po' deludente, ma non un commerciante per noi. In generale, si consiglia!!

Great hotel even though the swimming pool and gym are not completed but this does not impact our stay. Jade, the front desk staff whom we interacted most is polite and attentive. She is bright spot of our stay. There is room for improvement. The hotel seems to ignore guests who have checked out and waiting in the lobby for flight as flight time may be few hours later. Hotel should offer drinks (plain water would also be appreciated) or assistance to keep guests who have checked out and waiting for flights happy. End to end services are critical and not just during the stay.

Il mio soggiorno al Edensee Resort è stato un piacevole rifugio nella bellezza della natura, e il meraviglioso panorama e servizio di alto livello hanno creato un'atmosfera tranquilla, rendendola una esperienza memorabile. Nhà mình đi 2 người lớn 1 trẻ em. Tới nơi có welcome drink, trong phòng có thư chào, hoa quả. Không gian nhiều cây xanh, hồ nước nên cảm giác thư giãn, mát mẻ. Có 4 hồ bơi gồm 2 hồ trẻ em nhỏ, 1 hồ oval có bể sục và 1 bể vô cực sát biển rất đẹp. Phòng thiết kế đẹp, rộng rãi, nhiều ánh sáng. Giường rộng, chăn đệm sạch sẽ. Trước khi book mình có đọc đánh giá trên gg và thấy điểm thấp do thái độ nhân viên kém, tuy nhiên khi tới nơi thì mình hài lòng vì dịch vụ và sự đón tiếp của các bạn. Điểm trừ là căn thường không hồ bơi thì sẽ chung vách với phòng bên cạnh nên cách âm kém, nghe rõ tiếng nói chuyện. Khu vực Kê Gà Bay chỉ có 1 resort này, ngoài ra không có hoạt động gì xung quanh, phù hợp nghỉ dưỡng.
