Hotel a 4 stelle in Lancashire, Regno Unito

Prenotato una stanza gemella come me e mio figlio finiva con una doppia. Pagato per colazione ci ha voluto tanto tempo per ottenere il cibo sulle piastre calde che hanno dovuto chiedere cose come pane , bacon , salsaggi chiesi per pasticceria come nessuno lasciato ha detto no e era ancora entro i tempi del colazione . Le docce femminili nelle camere di piscina sono state fredde e devono essere pulite .

Il centro di Dublino è stato un hotel di grande qualità, che ha un'ottima esperienza di esperienza e di esperienza. Il servizio è stato davvero incredibile, ma il personale è andato sopra e oltre per renderci benvenuti. Molto consigliato! ”E il personale di ricezione dove il bar fantastico era un po' costoso, il cibo era brillante.

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations. On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds. Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed. First time using Holiday Inn Good things are Spacious room with great standard Comfortable and clean bed & pillows , and towels ( a big and a small for one person each ) Has kettle and tea/ coffee with treats ( biscuits) Has a hair dryer and an iron with an iron board inside the wardrobe. It has a round table and a sofa chair on top of a worktop table and chair . It has a small gym , a swimming pool and jacuzzi . Can include breakfast and dinner ( has restaurant) and can order to the room ( room service) I only brought bed and breakfast and breakfast is great choices and plenty. Even for gluten free options! Bad things Hotel lift has broken and put me on 3rd floor but I can request the staff to give me on the ground floor ( said last room / no other choice) twin room . It is better to write the request that in the event of lifts are not working to give ground floor or lower floor. Kettle has no sieve ( may be broken before me. ) The sofa chair has a stain before me . Overall very good service and great room and has good facilities.

Colazione buona, solo le uova disponibili erano strapazzate, non si potevano ordinare quelle in camicia. Divano letto molto scomodo, le molle erano molto sporgenti. Non è stato passato l'aspirapolvere sotto. FAO: Addetto alle pulizie: I mobili si muovono! Jack gentile al check-in, il resto del personale ha appena iniziato a ”fare” il suo lavoro. Hotel vicino a Pleasure Beach, a 3 km a piedi dalla Torre. Blackpool molto decadente.

Abbiamo prenotato due camere. Uno era con genitori anziani! La stanza data era una passeggiata equa e era molto lontana dalla zona di accoglienza senza alcuna assistenza solo verbale. Sarebbe stato bello avere avuto qualche assistenza dal personale. Quando siamo arrivati in camera, il buco di gomma era bloccato, così ho chiesto la ricezione per farla riparare, non è successo! Interrogato il personale di ricezione e ha mentito e ha detto che aveva riparato la manutenzione quando nessuno è venuto a guardarla! This is not the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard. Leggendoci sopra il bagno per spruzzare i denti e ogni volta che abbiamo dovuto lavarci le mani dopo aver usato il bagno, abbiamo dovuto usare il bagno. Non sono sicuro di leggere da nessuna parte, ma per usare le strutture di nuoto gli adulti devono pagare 10 sterline.

We had a fantastic experience. The place was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the shared areas, which made our stay super comfortable. The decor was warm and cozy, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. What really stood out was the variety of activities available. The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to recommend things to do in the area.

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Thurnham Hall. The person who checked us in on the Sunday was very pleasant and welcoming. We walked the grounds and they were lovely and very well looked after.The Spa and pool were excellent. Thank you for providing such a lovely hotel for us to stay at and spend time visiting with our Lancashire relatives.

Se sei disabili, puoi lasciare la mia principale entrata, ma non puoi parcheggiare. Non c'è ascensore all'hotel, quindi se è disabile, dovrai chiedere una stanza di pavimento. Non sapevo che non c'era ascensore, quindi hanno dovuto cambiare rapidamente la mia stanza di sopra al pavimento. Lo hanno fatto senza sforzo, nonostante fossero completamente prenotati. La stanza si è scioccata inconfortabile, così ho tenuto la finestra aperta e ho usato un freschiero d'aria. Non c'era nessuna remota per la TV, e quando hanno trovato una remota, la TV non funzionava, hanno portato in un secondo televisore e il manager era un uomo stupendo che mi ha fatto ridere quando ha cercato di risolvere i problemi. La cena era buona.Sono rimasto due giorni.Tornerei.

Prenotato per una notte e a causa delle circostanze, il check-in è terminato per 3 notti consecutive. Purtroppo, non era un viaggio pianificato, non ho avuto un costume da nuoto con me per fare uso delle loro strutture. Il parcheggio è bello e vicino all'hotel. L'intero hotel senza posti e letti è un compleanno che ho mai dormito durante il viaggio. La colazione, le opzioni e anche se il buffet è tutto molto fresco. Personale molto amichevole e niente troppo disturbo. Super il bar serviva cibo fresco fino a tardi, come io controllavo più tardi tutte le notti. If I’m in the area I would gladly stay here again & happy recommend to other travellers 😊
