Hotel a 5 stelle in Massachusetts, Stati Uniti d'America

L'intero vecchio, i capelli in camera da letto sono stati collocati sulla parete, non sono stati puliti.Il parcheggio di Valet e la ricetta hanno detto lo stesso che non hanno detto, finché non sono impaziente di aspettare e chiamare di nuovo, nessuno ha risposto. 11:15 chiamare per il servizio di bagaglio e per prendere il servizio di bagaglio. Alle 11:30 chiamare di nuovo. Qualcuno è venuto a prendere il bagaglio e poi il personale che ha preso il bagaglio ha detto di prendere il furgone. Sono andato all'hotel 11:45.Credo che Ritz sia bastata.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect. However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel. When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help. Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed. From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish. A request of a kettle took 30 mins. We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

Non è buono, ho deciso due volte

Ottimo hotel. Ho soggiornato a Las Vegas per un po' di volte e questa è la mia prima volta a provare la Boston, sicuramente vive fino alla sua reputazione. Molto consigliata-grande posizione, hotel pulito e grande servizio.

Il colazione è grande. Il personale è molto bello. La posizione è molto buona resterà ancora!

Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel.

L'hotel è vicino alla piazza Harvard, il trasporto è conveniente.L'hotel è progettato caldamente e pieno di spiriti umani.Il servizio è attento.Anche se il tempo di soggiorno è stato ritardato a causa della pulizia della stanza, il regalo che l'hotel ha poi dato e la colazione gratuita il giorno successivo, sento ancora l'onore dell'hotel.

The administrative works from 8am to 6pm so make sure to contact them during this time. The location is super pretty, with landscape to the harbor and a secured neighborhood. Huge room, each has a terrace. The female staffs were very friendly and supportive.

Proprio a Boston Park.Andare anche vicino alla Cina.L'hotel è molto basso, ma basso, e la piccola stanza di pasticceria per piano è molto intima, ma non c'è un bagno caldo e non può essere bagnata.Puoi comprare un po'di caffè caldo nel bar del lobby, ma c'è un limite di tempo, la stanza è molto piccola.Questa stagione è anche costosa
