Hotel eccellente con tutto quello che si dovrebbe aspettare da Wynn. Buona sala da pranzo grande e navette gratis al centro. Rimarrà.

Il mio secondo soggiorno all'hotel in un mese. Veramente impressionato con i servizi dell'hotel da tutti i miei incontri a Newbury Boston. Ho avuto un volo tardi a mezzanotte, quindi ho chiesto un check-out tardi via trip.com comment box. Quando ho acceduto, l'hotel mi ha detto di aver preso nota della mia richiesta sulla prenotazione trip.com e mi ha dato un check-out tardivo. Apprezzare il servizio professionale alla reception! Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel.

This is probably the oldest-looking Ritz Carlton that I have visited. It is just like a normal hotel. The location is great, but everything else just doesn't look like a Ritz-Carlton. You will feel this the moment you get of the car. However, it is Boston and everything is overpriced.

The administrative works from 8am to 6pm so make sure to contact them during this time. The location is super pretty, with landscape to the harbor and a secured neighborhood. Huge room, each has a terrace. The female staffs were very friendly and supportive.
