Hotel a 3 stelle in Prefettura di Shimane, Giappone

Matsue Excel Hotel Tokyu was our 5th hotel in this journey, and honestly, it set the bar pretty high. The location was hard to beat — right opposite Matsue Station, and it could be easily reached through an underpass, which was especially helpful when travelling with big luggage or during bad weather. One big surprise for us was the check-in experience. We arrived at the hotel at around 11.30am, fully expecting to leave our luggage and return later, but we were told that our room was already ready and we could occupy it immediately instead of waiting until the usual 3pm check-in time. It also seemed that they upgraded our booking to a Standard Double Room, which made the experience even better. Two thumbs up for this hotel. Even though we had booked a Standard Single Room, the space genuinely surprised us. The room came with a queen bed and was more than comfortable for two of us. We were able to fully open our large suitcases without feeling cramped — something that is not always guaranteed in Japanese hotels. The room layout was practical and well thought out, with a proper TV console and work desk with a chair, a single sofa with a small table, an air purifier, and a fridge. The TV model was a bit outdated, though it did not affect our stay. The bathroom was also spacious, with a proper bathtub that allowed us to stretch our legs comfortably after long days out. The bed was very comfy, and they provided two pillows for each of us, which made our sleep even better. Amenities and bottled water were provided at the lobby area, which we found convenient. We paid around SGD159 (JPY19,000) for two nights, and it was excellent value. Overall, it was one of the best hotels in this journey, and we would gladly stay here again.

Non sono attento all'ultimo giorno del viaggio. Ho perso la mia energia di azione nel negozio di accompagnamento vicino all'agenzia di Xiaochuan. È tardi per tornare all'hotel. Devo prendere l'aereo di nuovo il giorno dopo, Non c'è tempo per tornare a cercare. Mia sorella è buona a chiedere al personale dell'hotel di contattare il personale del negozio di giochi l'altro giorno per trovarlo e per favore aiutarlo a mandarlo a casa degli amici di Tokyo. È vicino alla vita notturna di Matsue.È un peccato che non ci sia un bagno grande. La posizione è ok. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti vicino. E'buono per bere.

This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

Un hotel conveniente. C'è una primavera artificiale nel seminterrato che si chiude alle 1:00. Buona per le persone che hanno un lungo giorno di giornata. Il letto è pulito ma un po'giallo. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e buono, ci ha lasciato conservare il bagaglio per due notti mentre siamo lontani e torneranno a rimanere la terza notte.

Very good value. Double room is spacious for two people. Bathroom is also spacious. Room, lobby, and public bath are clean. Very close to the Matsue station (less than ten minutes walking). Convenient and would return again. It wasn't super cheap when we booked, but it's definitely a case of getting what you pay for.

We stayed for three days and the hotel was beautiful. Very spacious, all of the amenities and such a relaxing hot spring tub. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and different each day, with local foods. The ladies who worked at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful and so nice. The front desk people were accommodating and easily aided us with any questions we had. Such a wonderful day and such a pleasure to meet James, the owner. It is really a lovely hotel.

Se ti piace una stanza di stile giapponese, questa è una buona scelta per te. Non abbiamo ricevuto la vista del Lakeview come abbiamo controllato tardi, ma abbiamo provato il loro bagno pubblico (per l'uomo solo) Cerchiamo di acquistare colazione sul sito, ma è completamente prenotato così meglio con il colazione insieme quando si prenota. La posizione è molto vicina alla città del castello.

it’s my fav dormy inn so far. literally 30 steps from JR station and bus/taxi stops, while the station has souvenir shop, convenience store/atm, locker, a resto. room with separate sink, second door blocking outside sound, a tiny stool for eating, plus their signature top-floor public bath. outside the hotel some trees where birds gather every evening. if they can clean the air-con more frequently i’d be even happier.

A differenza dell'hotel, questa è una casa unica, quindi ho avuto paura di quale tipo di casa entrerò all'inizio, ma sono felice di ricevere un'e-mail e sapere come usarla.E'molto pieno, ma puoi vedere la corda e la sporcizia originale 々 ovunque. Temo il rumore dell'auto perché sta affrontando la strada, ma la posizione è buona perché è vicino alla stazione di soffitto.Il letto è molto comodo e il letto è molto comodo.C'è una lavatrice che può essere molto utile seccare all'interno. Ci sono quattro letti, quindi penso che quando ci sono molti, mi sento molto più economico dell'hotel.
