Hotel a {{star}} a Ontario, ({{countryName}})

As I stayed in this hotel in the summer, most hotels were expensive. This was my first time staying in a two-star hotel. The room and the bathroom were very spacious, but I felt lonely at the same time. The shower tap was so high that if someone in a wheelchair needed to use the shower, it's not possible for the person to reach it. The breakfast offers limited choices. Have no idea why some reviews mentioned about delicious breakfast. The coffee and hot chocolate are available at the lobby all day. No laundry service. The matress was well supported. The main downside is engine of the air conditioning was installed in the room next to the window, so it got very noisy in the silent evening

Il servizio navetta e l'autista dall'aeroporto sono stati molto buoni. La reception è stata molto gentile ed efficiente. È stato un vero piacere avere a che fare con loro. Per un take-away il cibo era buono. Fresco e c'era una varietà. La navetta per il ritorno all'aeroporto era affollata, ma il personale ha fatto in modo che funzionasse e ha soddisfatto le esigenze di tutti. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di tutto il personale del Best Western, in particolare della giovane donna alla reception. Molto probabilmente utilizzeremo di nuovo questa struttura quando saremo in zona.

Spacious room with fridge and microwave inside room, with ice machine for quick chill on soft drinks. Facilities are new and in great condition. Good location is another great point for easy access to outlet mall in 15 minutes on road, and just 30 minutes on driving for Ottawa.

Todo correcto en este tipo de hotel de paso, muy nuevo y muy limpio, se necesita coche para llegar al pueblo

What lovely place to stay at. The best price/ quality I’ve seen in a while. The administrator was very attentive, caring, and professional. Clean, quiet, conveniently located. Great place! I’ll definitely stay again

Il servizio è buono e le condizioni di igiene possono anche essere.L'ambiente è comodo e si può vedere il fiume Detroit.

The sheets are clean, bed was comfortable. Check in was fast and service was good. Would have been nice if there was microwave in the room. There was free 24/7 which was great. Overall experience was very pleasant.

The Holiday Inn Express was finished not that long ago, it still has that new building smell. The check in staff was impressive with knowing your name when you were going out , and coming in and taking the time to chat on your  excursions of the day. This Holiday Inn Express used the previous clients favourite restaurants  put on a sheet of paper with ratings and address in town. The morning staff at breakfast were courteous and clean . Making sure all foods were taken care and kept warm where warm was needed, cold when cold was needed. All breads were stocked, with condiments completely stocked. All counters were kept clean, All seats were cleaned after use with tables wiped and floors cleaned. The rooms were very clean and spotless, The beds were fantastic Soft and  warm, Air conditioning in room was awesome and kept comfortable, the washroom exceptionally clean, all towels soft and clean, with an extra set. We had the accessibility suite and had all the amenities for my disability. I would go back to this Holiday Inn whenever we are in the area again. AWESOME !

L'hotel è pulito, nuovo e vicino ai luoghi che devo andare. L'unico punto in basso è che la palestra non è in servizio che le loro informazioni dicono di avere. La piscina è ok. Parcheggio abbastanza buono e 2 caricatori EV non sono sicuri quanto pagare.
