Hotel a 5 stelle in Rajasthan, India

Ho avuto qualche problema di pulizia con il mio tubo da bagno quando sono arrivato, ma il personale ha reagito rapidamente e ha mandato i custodi per organizzare la questione, nonostante fosse 1:00 quando sono arrivato. Avrei dovuto avere una stanza esecutiva con vista sulla gamma di Aravelli, ma l'unica vista che avevo era sull'hotel vicino. Otherwise OK.

Grande vantaggio costo. Attenzione molto cordiale e gentile, siamo stati molto ben accolti, dipendenti disponibili per aiutarci tutto il tempo, davvero molto ben addestrato. Camera con ta***ho super buono. Hotel ben bello e ben curato.

Il mio soggiorno recente a Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar è stato davvero eccezionale! La proprietà è incredibile eleganti interni, ambiente tranquillo e ospite di classe mondiale. Un grido speciale a Janhvi e Anjali per il loro servizio caldo e attento, essi andarono di sopra e di là per assicurarsi che ogni dettaglio fosse perfetto. L’accento della mia visita era il cibo; le creature del capo Anshu erano assolutamente deliziose, bellissime e piene di sapore. Grazie all'intera squadra per aver reso la mia permanenza così memorabile. Non posso aspettare di visitare di nuovo!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful - it’s a nineteenth century mansion, elegantly restored in a calm setting with lots of courtyards and flowers. The pool area is also lovely. We visited with our four children and had two adjoining rooms which were very nicely decorated and spacious. You can walk out of the hotel to a local area which is busy and interesting. We walked to the flower market (20 mins) first thing in the morning and it was amazing to see all the flowers. The hotel offers to accompany the walk for £25 per person, which we thought was a bit excessive. We arranged for a guide to show us around the key sights - we did this through the hotel for approximately £50 for five hours and it was good. There are lots of extras offered on a board in the hotel - the walk, yoga and other activities, but be aware that these are extra costs, as is the welcome drink and rooftop happy hour. The staff were decent and the restaurant produces wonderful breakfasts, as well as other meals both Indian and western if you want them. A very enjoyable experience - we recommend highly.

Personale di ricezione (Manju), molto cordiale, non accogliente, non ospitante, ecc. In sostanza molto cattiva rappresentanza dell'organizzazione per cui lavora. La ricezione data dal membro del desk front ci ha poi lasciato l'hotel! Il personale F&B era bellissimo e il cibo era buono.

I recently stayed at The Ummed Hotel in Jodhpur, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with elegant decor that truly reflected the royal charm of Rajasthan. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. Every detail in the room felt well thought out, from the cozy bed to the tasteful furnishings. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jodhpur who wants a blend of luxury and comfort.

I had arranged a birthday party and the arrangement were excellent. It was well organised and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They executed the whole event very well and the food was superb in taste and quality. The fresh fruit cake was the cherry on the top. Thanks Royal Orchid for a great party.
