A stunning oasis in the heart of Bikaneer. Beautifully furnished rooms and common areas. Exceptional service from the staff. Restaurants provide delicious food and drinks. Breakfast especially good.

Stayed 2 nights and call couple times for different reasons and in the reception they say they will send someone and no body showed up to fix internet or to bring extra towel. The place is very clean and it has good breakfast. The spa advertised it's not working now. The picture is 400mts away from hotel(most see)

Extremely happy with the service, location and the room cleanliness. Staff is super welcoming, from the front guard, reception team to buggy driver, all are friendly and helpful. Had really great meals in Pangat. Overall I'm really happy with my stay in this hotel.

Grande hotel, molto veloce servizio di manutenzione. Il personale del ristorante era molto attento. Una grande esperienza generale. Ho un commento negativo: il personale del front desk è stato discriminatorio nei confronti dei membri dell'oro rispetto ai membri del diamante, quindi vi consiglio di addestrarli meglio per evitare un comportamento così inaccettabile in futuro.

La proprietà fantastica, aperta nel 2025, è un po' lontana dal lago, ma davvero fantastica per rimanere. Benvenuta con un Tilak sulla fronte (rito indiano) e una bevanda benvenuta - colpi di succo d'arancia. I membri del personale erano molto utili, ma si sentiva che qualcosa mancava. Grazie alla stagione delle nozze, ci voleva un po' più, ma valeva la pena. Le camere sono spaziose e belle, ma la nostra stanza era sporca e il letto doveva essere cambiato perché non era pulito - aveva segni di maglia e capelli sul letto. La colazione era sorprendente, il ristorante sul piano superiore aveva un servizio sorprendente e i principianti erano grandi, il pollo Biryani non era ben fatto e doveva essere rimandato. La piscina è piccola ma sul tetto, quindi vale la pena.

requested for early check in and twin bed room but waited for 45 mins at the reception as room was not ready even at 1 pm and at last they jusr seperated the king bed into two parts and make it twin bed with a gap of hardly 2 inches

Il mio soggiorno all'Hotel e Resorts Jaisalmer per tre notti non è stato meno di notevole, rendendo davvero una esperienza di standout a Jaisalmer. Il mio soggiorno è stato particolarmente ricordato dall'ospitalità straordinaria di Kumar e della sua squadra dedicata, tra cui Surajpal, che ha mostrato un'incongrua temperamentalità e professionalità. Il nostro guidatore, il signor Bharat Singh, ha inoltre assicurato che le nostre esperienze di viaggio intorno a Jaisalmer fossero confortevoli e piacevoli; i loro sforzi collettivi hanno notevolmente migliorato la qualità del nostro soggiorno, lasciandoci un'impressione indebolibile.

Less than other 5* I visited the last 10d. Tip policy everywhere＞ this is not service if you have the stress of carrying cash everywhere. Spa is not a spa but a paid service for massage (which are good) Swimming pool not deep at all 1+ meter Breakfast and food are very expensive compare to other hotels. Spent about 100€ in 2 days

Grande vantaggio costo. Attenzione molto cordiale e gentile, siamo stati molto ben accolti, dipendenti disponibili per aiutarci tutto il tempo, davvero molto ben addestrato. Camera con ta***ho super buono. Hotel ben bello e ben curato.
