The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the quality linens and the range of pillows available. The bathroom was modern with a powerful shower and plenty of toiletries. The only minor downside was the view – I had a room overlooking the parking lot, but that didn’t detract from the overall comfort of the stay.

Il villaggio di Kona è solo il migliore! Quando siamo arrivati, siamo stati presi in una tour di auto del resort dal campanello Shanen, che ci ha lasciati a “Hale 1” - uno solo di due ali di eredità. Al nostro primo servizio di turndown, il personale di custodia ha lasciato una raccolta completa di 7 magneti frigoriferi. Il servizio eccellente continuava all’attività di lanciare Kilo Kai, dove un giorno Cam ci ha portati fuori su una spedizione privata di snorkeling e il giorno successivo “Pu mi ha portato fuori canoe paddling e mi ha messo su un pannello di paddle. Abbiamo assistito al pranzo delle radici dell'isola la notte della nostra arrivo - il cibo era eccellente e tutti siamo stati seduti in una tavola, così le interazioni con gli altri ospiti erano facili e piacevoli. I membri del personale Jose e Daniela ci hanno accompagnati, come se ci avessero accolti a casa, e ci siamo recati per celebrare il compleanno di mia moglie, e quando siamo arrivati in camera tardi quella notte, hanno lasciato per noi una bottiglia di champagne e una mini torta di compleanno. Le piscine e i ristoranti sul sito erano grandi.

Consider it a happy little accident. I had missed my flight home because of the Pearl Harbor Memorial Day Parade and was stuck an extra day on Oahu. I looked to see what was the cheapest hotel room available and the Ka La’i popped up which surprised me. Booked the room quick because the Honolulu Marathon was the following day and almost every hotel was sold out. I got an ocean view suite with a King bed as my room and loved it. Bathroom was amazing, bed was super comfortable and overall the suite was spacious. Although it had a kitchen it didn’t have a dedicated dining table, even a small one. Only thing in the sitting area was a glass coffee table that was long enough for my needs of just a late night pizza dinner. Staff was helpful and even as I was checking out, I casually asked if I could tour the Penthouse suite because I had always wanted to book it. The 2 front desk workers escorted me to the Penthouse and gave me a little tour. It was impressive. Definitely would stay there again soon.

Great staff—always willing to help. The lobby is really nice, with a beautiful aquarium and comfortable seating areas. The room is smaller compared to Hilton Hawaiian Village, but we loved the clean décor. Our balcony had an ocean view, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Il Four Seasons Hotel è davvero all'altezza della sua reputazione. Il servizio in generale è molto buono, anche la disposizione delle camere è ottima. Soprattutto la piscina è davvero impressionante. Tuttavia, ritengo che il servizio per i turisti stranieri possa essere più dettagliato.

Splendido hotel nel cuore di Waikiki Beach! Piscine meravigliose, accesso diretto alla spiaggia e ai centri commerciali. Assicuratevi di prenotare una camera con vista sull'oceano: la vista dal balcone è incredibile.

The hotel itself, rooms and location are absolutely top notch! And the top restaurant and bar food was super nice and tasty! Views are stunning. However, our checkin experince was the worst I have ever seen in any hotel ever. I booked a room at 9am for the same day and up until 8:30 PM we could not check in. Nothing was offered to us by the receptionist, not even a free drink or water at the bar or so while we waited with our luggage and watched people eat in the booked out restaurants. This checkin experience was not worthy of a hotel in that price range and class and initially spoiled the 5 night stay we had.

Per esempio, per un soggiorno di vacanza, è necessario pagare un prezzo di 37$ al giorno e 35$ al giorno per parcheggiare la tua auto. Per quattro notti abbiamo finito di pagare quasi 400 dollari al check-out solo per le tasse e le tasse, eccetto che ci siamo davvero divertiti. La posizione è molto buona a una bella spiaggia dove si può noleggiare attrezzi da snorkeling (gratuito) e nuotare con pesce e tartaruga! Inoltre offre molte attività complementari e un buon (anche se non sorprendente) buffet colazione. In tutto ci siamo sentiti molto rilassati e ci ritroveremmo.

Well it’s just time for a renovation at the Grand Wailea. All the little slides to connect each pool are closed. The Grotto spa is closed. Phone in the room didn’t work and keys stopped working on the first day for the door. With that said it’s still a nice place and can still have plenty of fun. If you haven’t been in a year or more, you will probably be disappointed. We normally go every year for at least one day and it’s slowly declining. The attached pic is considered ocean view just for reference.

It’s not a bad hotel. But it’s far from extraordinary and simply put: not worth the price. For USD 1300+ per night without anything I neither like roaches in the bathroom nor bird poo on me within minutes sitting in their lounge. After all I came to a hotel - not a zoo… And I dislike humid smell and limited fan-steering for the AC as well. So honestly said - I would not go again
