La nuova ubicazione dell'hotel è molto buona, e l'ambiente dell'hotel è anche buono.L'impatto profondo è il condizionamento d'aria e il suono è molto piccolo.L'ordine è con la colazione e la colazione tradizionale.Vale la pena di soggiornare.L'elettricità del parcheggio dell'hotel BTW è rotta, se posso suggerire presto. Non abbiamo bisogno di menzionare tre scale di bagaglio

La posizione è buona, la stanza è grande, il panorama del lago, la stanza da dare è al primo piano, il piano è un po'sotto, il punto alto può essere più bello. Non c'è un serbatoio di riscaldamento, il parcheggio è un'altra tariffa, c'è un serbatoio di Tesla, che è meglio non uscire a caricare in modo speciale. In generale, è una buona scelta giocare a Kingston.

Un hotel molto buono, ma per me è un po' lontano dall'aeroporto.
L'autobus di navetta funziona solo ogni 40 minuti, che è un po' troppo lungo da aspettare se manca la navetta.
Il colazione era molto buono e il prezzo è ragionevole.
Rimarrò in questo hotel in futuro !

Stayed at the DoubleTree Kingston and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast at Cannery Kitchen was excellent. Loved the warm cookie at check-in! Only downside was some hallway noise, but overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Lo spazio della stanza è molto buono, il servizio è anche molto attento e la stanza è aggiornata attivamente.Più di 100 anni di strutture alberghiere sono state molto vecchie condizionate e sono state molto vecchie per isolamento acustico. La posizione è molto buona per la montagna del Congresso.

Wifi non è gratuito e difficile ottenere l'accesso. Inoltre, qualcuno ha aperto la porta senza colpire a circa 10:30-11 mentre siamo ancora in riposo. All'inizio c'era una signora colpito sulla porta e quando l'ho aperto lei ha detto che sarebbe tornata. è stato chiaramente indicato che checkout prima del 12.

Amo la piscina riscaldata e lo sportello. Super pulito, il personale era grande, vicino al RC. Ma la cosa migliore era il super comodo letto. Non credo di aver mai dormito così bene in un hotel prima.

Very Nice Hotel. It provides spa & Kids Playhouse. We spend a whole days to walk around and enjoy the wonderful night. Recommend to stay for 2 nights at least.

Gli ascensori sono spesso molto lenti. Una volta era in servizio e l'addetto alle pulizie ci ha chiesto di prendere un altro ascensore. Questo hotel sta scivolando a causa di una negligenza benigna. Ci soggiorno solo per la posizione.

CCindyTsangI love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

DDavidThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

第一印象是checkin，雖然跟網站上寫的，有地下車庫不符，但接待小哥的溝通，真是很棒：1，升級客房；2，mini吧免費不限量；3，送樓頂酒吧一杯酒；4，暫時車可以停在門口，搬好行李，再送去推薦的附近的停車場，或者45刀valet；5，大堂有張不錯的畫
美中不足的是，施工有噪音，晚上八點後才結束。

UUtente anonimoThe bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great. The room was fairly quiet. The shower controls were modern. The only thing was no trash bags in the trash bins inside the room, and no bottled water included (had to bring my own). The garbage bags they provided after requesting them were too big lol. The cost was fairly expensive for just one night though manageable if splitting the cost with another guest.

NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

Hotel staff very nice, I arrived by uber but my son lost a handbag, so I ran out to see, and a receptionist lady also ran out for help, she is super helpful to help me to contact the driver, even we cannot reach out the driver, and when I checked in the counter, another super nice receptionist lady explained very detail to me for how to contact the drivers again or report police etc, both 2 receptionist ladies are super super nice and helpful and professional.
The last one is the manager and we lost another backpack and wonder it was lost in hotel, he spend long time to look for me and review cctv few times for me, they all are very kind hearted and helpful when you have problems. Really appreciated and touched.
Room was a bit old but everything looks good, room service food also good.

The only complaint I had was there was no tea available in the room, just very good expresso coffee and more device plug ins for usb or usb-c without having to find electrical outlets for blocks. The room we had could have been a little bigger and roomier for the price we paid. It was a long room but accessible to the elevator and ice machine and the flooring is weird and could be plushier. (321) I Like the lights going on automatically under bed when getting up in the night. Had 2 queen beds which are comfortable.
The pool is wonderful and so is the hot tub which is big( can accommodate 10). The cabanas are wonderful amenities. . Like the proximity to fun places, restaurants and bars and stores—-all within the confines of the Hard Rock Hotel.
Important suggestion: because the hotel is attached to other businesses, security is important.
1. Maybe have a gate into the hotel proper with a security guard or paid guests could use room key to get into the hotel from the emporium or other businesses like restaurants.
2. Use room key to work the elevator so no other persons who are not authorized could enter the room floors.
Will definitely stay there again. Appreciated getting late checkout. Reception girls are courteous and very helpful and friendly.
