Hotel a 4 stelle in Ontario, Canada

PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it. CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors. SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams. ****** is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that. If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal. Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

Room is spaciously and location is convenient. Gas station is just a few steps away with Tim Horton where one can get coffee and bkft

Beautiful hotel! Loved the room and the layout. The bathroom and the room itself were both a decent size. Hotel reception check in was a breeze and very professional. Happy to stay here again should the need arise.

L'hotel è un po' vecchio, ma le strutture sono ok. La donna delle pulizie è molto gentile. La velocità di Internet è nella media. È un po' scomoda senza un forno a microonde. Sebbene l'hotel sia situato nel centro di Markham, è comunque lontano dal quartiere degli affari dei ristoranti cinesi. Sarà molto comodo se hai un'auto.

Ho scelto questo hotel per una vacanza in famiglia ed è stata un'esperienza fantastica alloggiare al 35° piano. . . La stanza offre una vista sulle cascate Kamei, con arcobaleni durante il giorno e luci colorate di notte. La sorpresa più inaspettata è il cielo terso e l'alba perduta da tempo. . . Puoi alzarti presto e guardarlo comodamente in hotel. È una vita così bella! ! Anche i servizi della camera sono molto buoni. La suite ha 2 letti extra-large da 1,83 metri, molto comodi per dormire... Anche la piscina e la palestra dell'hotel sono buone!

This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) I found the room extremely smelly and dank. The toilet didn’t flush well. The sheets were clean! Construction noise outside my room was incredibly loud at 7am!

La stanza era confortevole, ma l'hotel era un posto per noi. In primo luogo, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti per un check-in con un bambino nelle nostre braccia la notte, perché c'era solo un ricevitore che lavorava anche come cassiere in un negozio all'hotel e ha appena dato la priorità alle persone che lasciavano il negozio invece di quella che avevano fatto. Il pensiero di unire un ricevitore e un cassiere è una buona idea, non mi è mai stato detto. La piscina era un'altra giù. L'abbiamo prenotato per il diapositiva, ma nella piscina abbiamo imparato che la nostra figlia di quasi cinque anni è troppo piccola per il diapositiva. Noi ci siamo offerti di poter andare con lei, ma non era consentito, ci siamo lamentati e letteralmente non si è proposto nulla come soluzione, neanche una scusa. I poster per i diapositivi sono molto fuorvianti e quando la prenotazione non vi era alcuna informazione chiaramente visibile che vi fossero tali restrizioni per il diapositivo, che è così ansioso di pubblicità. In generale, questo è stato il peggiore soggiorno che abbiamo avuto per un po' a causa del servizio incredibilmente scarso.

Ho avuto un soggiorno molto divertente. L'hotel è molto bello e ha molti luoghi dove si può prendere le vostre foto. Asciugamani puliti, gel da doccia, champagne e condizionatore e tutto fornito. Puoi fare il tuo tè o il caffè lì. L'illuminazione del bagno è davvero molto buona. Il cibo fornito era molto nutriente e le pareti sono abbastanza spesso, quindi è probabile che non si otterrà disturbo acustico
