Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

Estremamente soddisfatto. Questo è il mio secondo soggiorno. Adoro il servizio cordiale e attento; tutti qui hanno un sorriso felice sul volto. Anche la colazione è abbondante e i dessert abbinati al caffè nero al bar al primo piano sono assolutamente deliziosi. C'è anche un centro commerciale nelle vicinanze.

The best hotel ever, perfect location and the stuff are super amazing.

I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. It is conveniently located next to the major subway station so I could travel within town without being stuck in infamous traffic. I had a suite and it was tastefully decorated and had all the modern levels of comfort, including the smart light system and a stand alone tub. Since it was my birthday, I also was given a very delicious complementary cake to celebrate this occasion, along with a basket of fruits and Arabic coffee. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. P.S. One note - I wish they had a concierge because none of the reception employees knew anything about the celebration of the Founding Day, not even the fact that the roads to the hotel were blocked by the police and it took extra 30 mins for the taxi driver to go around.

I have had a few dining experiences at the restaurant on M Floor during breakfasts and dinners in a few occasions. I find the service there overall is good, however, with one exception that I would say that I encountered some discomfort at the egg frying section at breakfast time, at which I have to repeatedly asked for the same service I'd prefer and NOT the way they are used to. I thought I had to explain the same old over and over again when I showed people with high level of respect at all times which I find not nice and necessary in those incidents.

Anche il cibo nell'hotel è delizioso, con una varietà di piatti in grado di soddisfare le esigenze di gusti diversi e far sì che le persone abbiano un retrogusto infinito. Punti positivi: La qualità del servizio dell'hotel è ciò che apprezzo di più. Non solo forniscono servizi di alloggio di base, ma forniscono anche un'esperienza che supera le aspettative. Ad esempio, consigliano piatti in base ai gusti degli ospiti e forniscono anche servizi personalizzati per occasioni speciali. As i am coming from “Dubai” the world class city with the best hospitality levels i would say that this hotel stay was “One of my best staycations ever across the world”. Very high level of quality in service and i am giving this hotel 7 stars. So I difintely recommend this hotel for any couples, family or groups.

The rooms have been refurbished recently but the spa and fitness amenities are very dated and tired. They urgently need to be refurbished too as they don’t offer the comfort and luxury you would expect from Four Seasons. Service was mixed, some of the stuff was very attentive and other was just indifferent, so for us service was again not what we are used to by FS. We would recommend staying here only if you are on business trip because of the location.
