Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

Let’s us start from the beginning of my entrance The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

L'Hyatt Regency Hotel a Riyadh si trova in un'ottima posizione, nel centro della città, vicino al King's Building. Accanto ci sono anche alcuni negozi di lusso, tra cui LV Patek Philippe e Rolex. Anche la sicurezza circostante è molto buona Il servizio dell'hotel è molto cordiale e il bel ragazzo saudita alla reception è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato una camera con un'ottima posizione dalla camera, potevamo goderci la splendida vista del King's Building di notte la vista era semplicemente fantastica! L'hotel ci ha anche regalato delle date!

Un hotel semplice e diretto in avanti. Lobby piccolo, ma funzionale abbastanza. Bella camera decente che posso dormire bene. Il punto buono è che ci è un ristorante 24 ore con servizio in camera 24 ore. L'unica cosa strana è che questo sembra un hotel 4-star, non un hotel 5-star come annunciato.

Retroazione positiva: - Clean. -fashion - Calmati. - semplice -tutto intorno all'hotel Retroazione negativa: - Il valet dell'hotel è sempre nessuno può servirvi finché non aspettate 10-15 min o contattate il receptionista - Il valletto dell'hotel chiuso alle 12:00 - quando prendono la mia macchina, si girano il flasher per più di 15 minuti che consuma la batteria - Il custode si unisce alla stanza senza il mio permesso, anche mi sto girando “non disturbare” e sono ancora nella stanza - Ho prenotato per la stanza standard con terrazza ma il balcone non è stato progettato come le foto significano giardino ( stanza 33 ) Rating complessivo: 7 da 10 Posso visitare di nuovo: forse

Come al solito servizio, la stanza è stata rinnovata e molto consigliabile.La posizione geografica è anche molto buona, situato nel centro della città, e può camminare da ristorante rosso e cinese orientale, tranne che per i costi.

It’s an amazing experience to see how Saudi people hospitality and kind to Chinese . I m driving for 5 hrs Fromm Dubai to Riyadh for an exhibition. It’s too early to check in as there are all rooms occupied. But the duty managers were working hard to arrange a room for me even considering to offer their apartments nearby for my accommodation. I m touched not because of their general but their trust in our Chinese . All perfect !!! Not matter environments , service , equipments but also price reasonable.
