Hotel a 5 stelle in Provincia di al-Sharqiyya, Arabia Saudita

We are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .    We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night !    They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room. It is unfair !!     So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view. Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.  We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room.   In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.    I am not satisfied for this matter.

un tale hotel e servizio, l'unico commento che abbiamo una riunione aziendale che ha coordinato tra l'hotel e la nostra azienda . e abbiamo un ospite extra quindi è stato così stressante che hanno chiesto di pagare per le spese in tempo, quando a volte non abbiamo Basta con i contanti o limiti della nostra carta di credito personale che devono aver bisogno di andare via per ottenere pre-authorizzazione o pagamenti online per agevolare questo processo, soprattutto siamo al fine settimana. 

Expecting more from Grand Hyatt but this may not up to the usual Hyatt standard But the staff make the difference, they are friendly and attentive Room can improve better like proactively make up the room without asking for it, automatically refill more water but they deliver it quickly when asking for it, super efficient

Grande posto grande posizione ho avuto una stanza con vista, solo una cosa preferirei fare un club per bambini

The hotel a bit old but our room was big, comfortable and very clean. Food was a great ! A nice surprise was a Michelin star chef at the restaurant.

Un bel hotel con un vecchio cilindro nel centro, le camere vuote intorno a lui, nessuna camera in camera, una bella, vecchia moda, rinnovata e la fungina è diversa, ma una casa o una torta vecchia moda, un arancia, un arancia. Non mi piaceva il fungo, anche se non è buono, è molto freddo, e molto cooperativo, molto al di là del confine, per il parcheggio, c'è una posizione speciale lontano dal sole, non lo darò cinque stelle.

In generale, buono, soddisfatto.Principalmente è il miglior hotel qui. Non molto lontano dai punti di attrazione vicini. Se vengo all'oasi, è fortemente raccomandato.La colazione è molto ricco e deliziosa

I servizi dell'hotel sono fantastici e distintivi 🇶🇦 Grazie a tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel dalla ricezione e l'igiene e Dana Lobby. Ciò che Dio vuole fare è trattare le situazioni umane elegante, rispettose, preziose, cercare di soddisfare i clienti il più possibile, soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti come vuole e fornire i detenuti. Dio li paga bene e li dà mille sani 🙏🏼
