FFamily from OzUn paradiso nella foresta pluviale. Ho adorato l'ospitalità. La posizione, l'accessibilità e i servizi erano incredibili. Solo un paio di punti in più da includere: il wifi era intermittente e la TV era piuttosto vecchia e senza opzioni. Avremmo potuto aggiornarla e dare agli ospiti opzioni per connettersi tramite i loro dispositivi. Anche le prese USB per la ricarica potrebbero essere migliori perché abbiamo avuto problemi a caricare i nostri telefoni. Ma a parte questo è un posto fantastico e mi piacerebbe tornarci. Grazie Berjaya. La passeggiata nella natura è fantastica e abbiamo potuto avvistare un sacco di scimmie, scoiattoli, lucertole e pipistrelli della frutta

GGab1990My wife booked us a stay here for my birthday, and the experience was awesome. Clean room, excellent service, and stunning views. The hotel has a very nice pool and the location made everything very convenient. A convenience store and many affordable restaurants nearby.

Il bene:
- Servizi eccellenti per i bambini. Piscina grande, piscina piccola, piscina per bambini, spiaggia pulita, parco giochi, miniclub... mio figlio non voleva andarsene
- Camera grande con vista straordinaria. Prendete la camera con vista sull'oceano e non ve ne pentirete.
- Enorme varietà di colazione.
- Personale amichevole.
- Il cibo del ristorante è buono e non così costoso per un hotel.
Il cattivo: (in generale, sono fantastici! Ma i punti fastidiosi di seguito)
- Servizio molto lento. Mi ci sono voluti 45 minuti per effettuare il check-in. In generale, il personale non è dei più efficienti.
- Pulizie di base. Per il prezzo, mi aspetto che le pulizie non si limitino a pulire, ma anche a riordinare e mantenere la stanza. L'asciugamano non era piegato, i vestiti erano rimasti sul pavimento, la mia tazza di pasta sul pavimento non era stata ripulita.
La posizione è così così perché non è così vicino a nessun posto. Se prendi un'auto a noleggio, è facile. In caso contrario, anche Grab funziona.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo trascorso 5 giorni al Four Seasons Langkawi. La struttura è piuttosto vecchia (18 anni) ma in ottime condizioni. I dipendenti hanno investito il tempo COVID per una ristrutturazione completa.
Ci sono 2 piscine...una per famiglie (con bambini) e una PISCINA TRANQUILLA per adulti..davvero tranquilla e divertente.
Scegliamo un appartamento superiore con vista sul mare. Potremmo vedere il mare e parte della giungla. Pieno di uccelli, scoiattoli e scimmie. Una full immersion nella natura. La struttura dispone di 3 ristoranti e un lounge bar. Cibo molto buono e prezzi ragionevoli prezzi.Ma il vero punto che fa la differenza e fornisce un ”miglio in più” a questo resort sono le persone.
Tutti super gentili. Sorridenti e allegri. Un vero soggiorno a 5 stelle in un posto fantastico. Altamente raccomandato.
Era la mia terza volta a Langkawi e la prima volta in FOUR SEASONS, tornerò sicuramente

TTravel Minds• Heart •EyesWe recently spent 4 days and 3 nights at St. Regis Langkawi, and while the overall experience was pleasant, there were areas that could definitely be improved, especially considering the premium price point.
Butler Service:
While St. Regis is known for its signature butler service, our experience left us underwhelmed. We only met the butler in person twice throughout the stay, and even during check-out, no assistance was provided. It didn’t feel like a true “butler service” experience at all. Perhaps the hotel should reassess how they define and deliver this service to meet guest expectations.
Valet Parking & Buggy Service:
On a positive note, the valet and buggy services were excellent—efficient, friendly, and professional. The team handling this part of the hospitality really stood out.
Breakfast:
The breakfast spread was decent but honestly did not justify the price we paid. Some items were disappointing—like the congee, which was served cold, and the pre-fried noodles, which were dry and lacked flavor. Additionally, if you are vegetarian, I would strongly recommend informing the hotel in advance during your booking. Otherwise, you might be better off opting for a no-breakfast package, as the vegetarian selection is quite limited.
Room & Housekeeping:
The room itself was very comfortable, and the turn-down service each evening was well-executed, adding a nice touch to the overall stay.
Overall Impression:
St. Regis Langkawi offers a beautiful environment, comfortable accommodation, and standout valet/buggy services. However, for a luxury resort, the butler service didn’t meet expectations, and the food & beverage offerings, especially breakfast, could use significant improvement. With some adjustments in these key areas, the experience could truly match the brand’s luxury reputation.

L'ambiente della colazione e il catering sono entrambi buoni. Il frutto che vale la pena consigliare è la papaya.
Lo stile architettonico in stile malese è stato inaugurato nel 1989. Sebbene sia molto antico, si trova vicino al mare. Puoi passeggiare sulla spiaggia mentre il sole tramonta, accompagnato dalla dolce brezza marina, ed è a soli dieci minuti di distanza dall'aeroporto. Vale la pena passare una notte in spiaggia!

UUtente ospiteHad a wonderful stay in the hotel. Staffs are very nice, attentive and respond to all our needs. Went to celebrate my partner’s birthday, the staffs helped by preparing surprise for us. The bed is comfortable, food is good, view is superb. Will definitely come back again.

UUtente anonimoOverall I had a very nice stay here, their staffs were very helpful and attentive. The resort is a bit secluded but understandable since they have private beach. Remember to arrange ur transportation like renting a car earlier. The Grab price from resorts to other locations are very expensive. And I don’t suggest renting motorcycles coz at night the road that lead to the resort is very dark and eerie I must say haha. The beach was clean, our room was so big and we can turn the tv to our bedside haha! Lotsss of electric plugs. Movies options was a lot. Facilities are also a lot. Bath tub has bath salt okayy yall! The swimming pool near their cafe is a bit scary though coz it’s really deep like head level deep with no life guard on duty. The price of their foods & drinks were definitely on the higher price side. But we didn’t mind coz there was a night market on Friday just 9mins from the resort. The downside is the rooms that are not ocean view don’t have an elevator so it can be tiring to go up and down. They have quite a lot of breakfast options, but the taste are only so so. But i did enjoy my stay here! 🩷

DD-KSGreat experience in Datai Langkawi. The best resort hotel in Langkawi or in Malaysia i would say. Nice atmosphere if you like to be in a quiet and serene place. Great food and great hospitality. A special shoutout to Hafizam for the guest attending service and Gaurav from the The Dining. Also to the Botanists Ms Ezy. Will come back for sure!
