Cloud 7 Hotel has an elegant, modern vibe that’s perfect for relaxing or business travel. Yazan’s service was exceptional—he ensured we had everything we needed and even checked back later to offer more assistance. It’s rare to find staff this dedicated, and Yazan made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. Cloud 7 exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely loved the stay at Luxotel. From the moment you srrive till you leave, you’re taken care of by a pleasant group of staff. The rooms are clean and nice and words can’t express how unreal the place is. Secluded and you don’t get wifi in the room which keeps you away from the busy life. The food at the restaurant is amazing with a vast array of delectable foods. I thoroughly enjoy the stay. Also, please arrange the 4 hour tour for 70 JOD with the hotel. We had a sunset tour and it was by far the best thing I’ve done today. Loved the stay and the staff and so thankful for making the stay unreal.

Good value hotel in Jordan I have stayed in 5 hotels during 11 days of trip in Jordan. This is the best one !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All of the staffs are so friendly and nice. The restaurant staff is helpful and considerate . On the second day morning, she remembered my breakfast preference 😨, even the details. There’s an Italian restaurant right near the hotel. You can enjoy discount yet there were cakes,drinks and shisha. The room is so comfortable and new. I love the design. The night view is so lovely and magnificent. The amenity are good , it’s way better than Movenpick hotel. This hotel offers Dead Sea products for the guests. You can have free drinks from the fridge as well.

Mi dispiace...è stata una delusione che purtroppo ha rovinato la tanto aspettata notte nel Wadi Rum. Unica nota stonata in un viaggio stupendo in Giordania. Eravamo un piccolo gruppo e in ben 5 tende (luxurious) le lenzuola non erano state cambiate. Erano chiaramente stropicciate, con macchie di vario genere e capelli. Su richiesta sono state cambiate, ma senza nessuna parola di scusa e con aria piuttosto scocciata. In generale le tende sono davvero poco curate e manca la pulizia. Mi dispiace perché in tante recensioni avevo letto che il personale è gentile e sorridente...nulla di tutto ciò. Peccato...manca proprio il senso dell'accoglienza. Anche all'interno del ristorante...sembra di mangiare in una mensa. Nulla a che vedere con una cena se pur semplice, ma tipica. E...un'altra nota...vedere bruciare polistirolo (e sentire il forte odore) nella buca dove più tardi hanno poi fatto cuocere il piatto tipico ”sotto terra” non è stata proprio una bella cosa. Peccato.

Ho soggiornato tre notti in questo hotel alla fine del mio viaggio in Giordania. L’hotel è a misura d’uomo con accesso diretto alla spiaggia privata. La struttura è relativamente nuova, la stanza pulita e moderna, i lettini di spiaggia e piscina nuovi e comodi. Piscina molto ampia e profonda, con zona per i bambini dedicata. Il personale gentilissimo e il cibo vario e molto curato. È stato un soggiorno davvero rilassante con uno splendido scorcio sul Mar Rosso. Dimenticavo, la barriera è proprio davanti all’hotel, accessibile sia da spiaggia che dal pontile. Il personale e il diving sono sempre pronti ad aiutare e fornire informazioni e sono molto attenti alla salvaguardia della barriera. Super consigliato!!

Un hotel davvero molto bello (esteticamente simile ad un piccolo villaggio turistico), con piscine situate su vari livelli e svariati bar disposti in punti strategici all'interno della struttura. Le stanze sono abbastanza grandi e pulite, dotate di balconi con sedie. I bagni sono spaziosi e dotati di kit di benvenuto. La spiaggia dista poche centinaia di metri, quindi si può scegliere tra mare e piscina. La colazione è fantastica, con ampia offerta di cibi dolci e salati (ad es. in un angolo della sala colazione c'è un cuoco che prepara pancake live). Il personale è gentile e disponibile.

Great terrace and hotel. Nice big rooms with great views over the bay of Aqaba. Breakfast was basic for European standards but good. They have covered parking for the car. Also they have partnership with saraya beach club near Al menara hotel where we went for one day to relax. Would stay again.

Quello che rende speciale questo hotel è sicuramente la cordialità e la gentilezza del personale. L'addetto alla reception ci ha aiutato a prenotare l'ingresso al Berenice club e un tour in barca con snorkeling sulla barriera corallina. La posizione è buona, in 4 minuti in auto si raggiunge il centro di Aqaba e il porto turistico. La colazione è ottima, in particolare le fette di pane con la marmellata di fichi. Breve aneddoto: mio papà ha perso gli occhiali da sole e l'addetto alla reception, guardando le telecamere, è riuscito a trovarli.

We spent 7 nights in Dweik Hotel 3 at the end of December with my family: 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We were very satisfied with everything. We had 2 interconnected rooms, the rooms were cleaned and new towels were given every day. The rooms are spacious and the beds are big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the scrambled eggs and omlettes are made according to your taste right in front of your eyes. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Ragheb, the manager, who was of great help for us in everything: with the transport to and from the airport, the trip to Wadi Rum (including the jeep-tour and the best-ever supper in the middle of Wadi Rum!) and the trip to the amazing Petra. Ragheb gave great ideas and practical suggestions whatever issues we asked him about (for example where to buy delicious dates or spices). The hotel has a private beach, where a shuttle bus can take you right from the hotel. Ragheb also suggested further programs to us, definitely you can turn to him with any questions you might have. I contacted him weeks before our trip and he always answered quickly. The location of the hotel is perfect: restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, the sea is within walking distance. Jordan is very unique, Jordanian people are very friendly. We would definitely like to go back:) Thank you:)

Stayed here on two occasions in a standard room. Overall, the service at front desk was good, in the restaurant it was non-existent and the price was low. I did not like the room – it was very small, worn-out and in dire need of refurbishment, and the bed was ridiculously low. It was a non-smoking room – with an ashtray in it. The bathroom was seriously tiny and not for the infirm. It was obvious that some of the toiletries in the bathroom had been partly used by the previous occupant – not acceptable, even for a budget hotel. The breakfast was not very good. I learnt that they made omelettes for you – after I had eaten my breakfast. There was no sign or menu to tell me this and the attendants did not bother to tell me. In fact, they did not even bother to say “Good morning”. Even the things that should be hot, like the tea and “hot” milk were not hot. There were some positives. The service at the front desk was good as was the location. For the price paid, I would say the hotel is acceptable but they could easily improve. Would I go back? Possibly, if I was alone and for one night but not if I was with family.
