Hotel a 5 stelle in Prefettura di Nagano, Giappone

È stato un'esperienza fantastica di soggiornare in questo hotel! Molto bella vista e il personale sono molto gentile e disposto a rispondere a molte domande. L'area esterna è molto grande che possiamo prendere biciclette con bambini. Ci sono anche bambini in campo da gioco all'aperto che possono passare tutto il giorno lì. 

La settima volta che sono venuto in Giappone, il leggero disastro è ancora la prima volta. La San Juana è un hotel che ho sempre sentito. L'11° semestre è anche perché ho visto una stanza nella 4a sera a Trip.com per decidere di venire in Giappone. Ho vissuto due notti di Fufu e di essere tranquillo, una notte di Star Wild, una notte di Prince Village, Dal contesto dell'hotel, deve essere la prima fila di San Juan.E'verde con gli occhi e la guancia.Tutti dicono che questa è una piccola guancia. Abbiamo passato cinque guanciali prima, e ci sento davvero come se ci fosse una simile.La selezione delle guanciali è estremamente integrata con la natura, e ora la scena iniziale è meglio. E'un po'solo peccato che non abbia prenotato la casa dell'acqua questa volta, devi sperimentarla dopo.

Very nice place, feel good ambiance, big and well arranged room and bath. Delicious food , and accommodating staffs. Will come stay in my next trip to Karuizawa.

Staying at Shoho in Matsumoto was an unforgettable experience that truly deserves five stars. Nestled amidst the serene landscapes of Nagano Prefecture, this hotel seamlessly blends traditional Japanese elegance with modern luxury. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were enveloped by a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room was a perfect sanctuary—spacious, meticulously clean, and adorned with subtle touches of Japanese artistry. The panoramic views of the Japanese Alps from our window were nothing short of breathtaking, especially when the mountains were bathed in the soft glow of sunrise. The traditional tatami flooring and comfortable futon bedding provided an authentic experience without sacrificing comfort. One of the standout features of Shoho is its exceptional onsen facilities. Soaking in the natural hot springs while gazing at the picturesque scenery was incredibly rejuvenating. The rotenburo (outdoor bath) offered a tranquil escape where the stresses of daily life simply melted away. The hotel's attention to detail extended to these spaces, with beautifully crafted woodwork and stone elements enhancing the overall atmosphere. Culinary delights awaited us at every meal. The kaiseki dinner was a masterpiece—a multi-course feast that highlighted seasonal and local ingredients. Each dish was artfully presented and demonstrated a profound respect for Japanese culinary traditions. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, offering a wide array of both Japanese and Western options to suit all palates. The staff at Shoho went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Their genuine hospitality was evident in every interaction, from assisting with our luggage to offering insightful recommendations on local attractions. Despite any language barriers, their kindness and professionalism shone through. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the rich cultural heritage of Matsumoto. We were just a short drive from the iconic Matsumoto Castle, one of Japan's most beautiful original castles. Strolling through the historic Nakamachi Street with its classic white-walled storehouses turned boutique shops and cafes was a delightful way to spend an afternoon. In addition to its proximity to cultural sites, Shoho serves as a great base for nature enthusiasts. The nearby Kamikochi Valley offers stunning hiking trails that showcase the unspoiled beauty of the Japanese Alps. Returning to the comfort of the hotel after a day of exploration was something we looked forward to, especially knowing a soothing onsen soak awaited us. In summary, Shoho encapsulates the essence of Japanese hospitality. Every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully curated to provide comfort, relaxation, and cultural enrichment. We left feeling deeply refreshed and with a greater appreciation for the wonders of Matsumoto. Shoho is more than just a place to stay—it's an experience that lingers long after you've departed. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic and luxurious retreat in Japan.

La stanza è molto grande e pulita, l'isolamento sonoro dell'edificio è molto buono, la camera da letto è molto lussuosa e il bagno è molto comodo.Il letto è morbido e duro, e la gente non vuole uscire.Il ristorante italiano al primo piano è una tavola molto buona, il gusto è eccezionale e il piacere è eccezionale. Il servizio di prima classe, la consegna cordiale, il minibar gratuito è ricco di contenuti e un grande viaggio.

La differenza di servizio è buona, la differenza di altri ristoranti.Non solo con colazione, pomeriggio e acqua potabile possono essere bevuti in qualsiasi momento.L'auto in parco è un pirata speciale, non aspettare l'autobus.

Service was in general good. Most staff can speak English and were very helpful.  We booked their teppanyaki restaurant but due to a member being sick, we cancelled it one day ahead.  However, we were then being told that there is a 50% charge which was not explained to us when we made the booking.  After some back and forth, they finally agreed to waive it.  Appreciated that but it was a hassle.  The apartment is nice and juices and water were included in the fridge.  There's no onsen nor swimming pool nor a gym in the hotel.  Breakfast was good with lots of varieties.  Location is excellent within walking distance to the Main Street in Echoland where most restaurants are.  Hotel provides shuttle buses to Happo One and Hakuba 47.  

Le Grand Karuizawa Hotel & Resort is a perfect place for great views, relaxation and luxury retreat. We stayed on the top of the resort where the view of the Asama Mountain is breathtaking. The room is spacious but cozy. The dinners were very good. We stayed two nights (half board), the two fine-dining French dinners with local ingredients we had were superb. The courses served at the dinners didn’t have any repeat. I will definitely come here again for other seasons.

Vivo in una stanza di stile giapponese e occidentale rinnovata, accanto al lago del settimo piano.Ci sono due letti singoli sul giaciglio di mais, e vicino alla finestra c'è una tavola e un cappello in forma quadrata. Questo è un vecchio decoro in tutto il mondo. Anche se non usi il bagno nella tua stanza, è meglio non vederlo.Non lo uso, ma è un bagno di gioia e tempo.Ci sono molte famiglie con bambini, quindi se hai una famiglia con bambini difficile da viaggiare, potrebbe essere buono. Siamo una coppia di mezza età, quindi non e'tutto a posto.La prossima volta, mangio tranquillamente in una stanza tranquilla, e l'hotel è una stanza da letto che non correrà intorno ai bambini.Non ci siamo lasciati senza un'attenta verifica, quindi non e'di aiuto. L'hotel stesso impiega attivamente stranieri, disabili e locali, penso che stiamo studiando il menu del buffet.Hai vinto da solo in un hotel vicino al lago bianco?
