Pod Times Square è perfetto se sei da solo, ottima posizione, la camera era essenziale ma pulita, pulita ogni giorno, asciugamani puliti, asciugacapelli e TV. L'albergo è molto buono! La posizione è comoda, situato a Flushing, il quartiere cinese di New York, vicinissimo alla stazione di Flushing della linea 7 della metropolitana di New York, raggiungibile a piedi! Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino all'hotel, soprattutto cinesi, per soddisfare ogni tipo di esigenza alimentare! Sebbene la colazione dell'hotel non presenti molte varietà, ha già soddisfatto tutti i tipi di esigenze alimentari e nutrizionali! L'hotel dispone di un bus navetta da e per l'aeroporto LaGuardia di New York: una volta arrivato in aeroporto, basta chiamare per fissare un appuntamento per il ritiro! Un hotel molto consigliato!

Hotel molto bello. Avevamo la camera all'ultimo piano con una bellissima vista dal bagno. Ci sono camere pure con bagno condiviso. C'è anche una grande terrazza panoramica. Le camere sono un po' piccole, ma per una coppia andava bene essendo sempre fuori per visitare la città. Al piano terra c'è un bar per fare colazione che non è compresa nel prezzo. Accanto con accesso diretto c'è un pub. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizie tutti i giorni. Zona tranquilla e vicino al centro, in 10 minuti a piedi sei a Rockfeller o sulla 5 strada. Metro vicina. Vi saranno addebitati dei costi tipo tassa di soggiorno sulla carta oltre al prezzo già pagato.

La posizione è molto buona, lontana dal Grande Impero Merci, la metropolitana è alla porta dell'hotel. L'hotel è nella zona di Ktown, il cibo asiatico e il supermercato H Mart sono vicino a Star Roobus. E'adeguato per vivere a New York liberamente. Lo spazio della stanza è grande, le due grandi scatole possono essere posizionate liberamente, In particolare, 🈶️ microonde in camera, è conveniente riconfezionare la stanza o fare colazione autonoma.La sicurezza della zona dell'hotel è ancora possibile.

Posizione molto noce accanto all'aeroporto, navetta gratuita per portarti all'aeroporto

Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. L'addetto alla reception è stato molto accogliente e mi ha permesso di registrarmi come membro del Marriott. Ho fatto il check-in con qualche ora di anticipo e ho potuto anche fare il check-out più tardi (grazie!). molto meglio dell'ultima volta, e la camera e il bagno erano molto più grandi. Soggiornare in questo hotel l'ultimo giorno del nostro viaggio ci ha fatto risparmiare molto tempo grazie alla sua buona posizione e ai comodi trasporti. Anche la colazione all'americana è ok. Il check-in, il check-out e il deposito bagagli sono comodi e veloci.

Clean, modern and comfortable no-frills hotel. Great Chelsea location with convenient access to Penn Station, subway (#1 train) at corner, and walking distance to so much. Reasonable rate for a room with a panoramic city view. Friendly staff. Perfect for a short stay. Even got daily maid service on a 2 night stay.

Ho soggiornato una notte per lavoro e ho trovato il personale molto gentile. Le camere sono un po' datate, ma sono servite allo scopo. La mia camera puzzava di prodotti per la pulizia (in senso positivo) all'ingresso. Buona posizione nel distretto finanziario con opzioni di trasporto, cibo e bev tutt'intorno. Facile passeggiata per il commercio mondiale. La costruzione ha fatto vibrare la stanza al mattino.

Ho prenotato per mio figlio e i suoi compagni di classe. L'hotel è situato nel centro di Brooklyn. La posizione è ottima, è circondato dalla metropolitana ed è comodo per lo shopping. La stanza è compatta, ben attrezzata e ragionevolmente pulita. È molto vicino al Tandon College della New York. È molto conveniente per gli studenti soggiornare temporaneamente prima di iscriversi. Il prezzo è ragionevole rispetto a stanze simili.

L’unica nota negativa: chissà perché le pulizie (cioè rifare il letto e cambiare asciugamani) le fanno a giorni alterni e non sperare tolgano la polvere. Se richiedi alla reception, metti il cartello alla porta, chiedi alla cameriera del piano non è affatto certo che la “ripuliscano “… insisti e almeno prendi gli asciugamani nuovi. Il prezzo della colazione mi sembra onesto se però mangi parecchio. Altrimenti fuori un cornetto lo paghi circa 4dollari.

L'impianto è in fase di rinnovamento. La posizione è vicino all'aeroporto così bello se il volo e trascorre solo una notte a Buffalo. La stanza dell'hotel era un po' sporca quando ho presentato una denuncia l'hotel era grande e alloggiare con un servizio clienti eccellente mi hanno ricevuto da Kevin e Brooke. Ricevere i soldi da trip.com è stata un'esperienza diversa. Nonostante le mie domande, prenoterei di nuovo con l'hotel, ma non prenoterò di nuovo attraverso trip.com. Il loro servizio clienti è orribile e non hanno un numero da chiamare ...tutto deve comunicare tramite chat o email.

Hotel vicinissimo all'aeroporto, max 5 minuti dai terminal. Dispone di parcheggio gratuito e di un ottimo servizio colazione con vari prodotti e a costo inferiore rispetto ad altri hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato nel nostro viaggio negli USA. Ambiente ”vivace e giovanile”. Mi è piaciuto molto.

Viviamo quasi 2 ore di distanza, e siamo rimasti a Sleep Inn & Suites, in modo che la nostra famiglia di 4 possa ottenere un po' di sonno extra prima di un volo mattinale di BUF. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza e un parcheggio, che ci ha consentito di lasciare la nostra auto nel parcheggio dell'hotel per un onere pari alla metà di quello che avremmo pagato per parcheggiarlo all'aeroporto. La nostra camera (standard, 2 letti doppi) non era affascinante, e la doccia era molto piccola, ma era pulita, comoda e tranquilla, e tutto era in buona ordine di lavoro. In particolare, le offerte di colazione erano state presentate abbastanza presto per avere un delizioso pasto prima di partire, e il nostro conducente di navetta all'aeroporto non avrebbe potuto essere più felice o utile. Quando siamo tornati più di una settimana dopo, tardi alla notte, la navetta è arrivata per prendere il nostro aereo entro pochi minuti dalla nostra chiamata.Abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza, abbiamo già prenotato un soggiorno per la notte prima del prossimo viaggio di famiglia!

La stanza è pulita, molto tranquilla!La colazione 7.99 Inoltre, un'altra cameriera più anziana del servizio di colazione è in genere atteggiamento buono, gli altri sono buoni!L'hotel ha molti posti di prelievo fuori, e camminare verso il ristorante esterno è anche più facile da mangiare.

The room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable bed. I stayed on the 2nd floor and although you can hear people walking quite loudly on the floor above, it was still a pleasurable stay. Breakfast was great, and the attendant was incredibly kind and friendly!! Great staff.

Ideale per chi perde l'aereo a Buffalo, altrimenti trovate un altro albergo. Ho soggiornato 2 notti con 2 camere. Le camere sono oneste ma molto rumorose. Tra i motori dell'aria condizionata, il decollo dei aerei e i vicini delle camere accanto non saprei dire quale era peggio. Il personale è una banda di ragazzini incompetenti e inutili. La mia camera non è mai stata pulita e i letti non sono stati rifatti in entrambi le camere per 2 giorni. Scandaloso

Tutto il resto può, la posizione è molto vicina all'aeroporto. Ci sono centinaia di metri vicini di un ristorante americano. Le strutture sono anche complete, cioè quasi igienico.

Un ottimo ubicazione per la nostra portata commerciale annuale. Vicino a molti shopping e ristoranti. Puli spaziose stanza, personale amichevole e parcheggio grande. L'hotel è vicino al centro commerciale e ristoranti in modo da poter camminare a quasi tutto.

Comfortabile per viaggiare, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, non lontano dalla piazza del tempo, conveniente ovunque

Stayed here on March 16th. We were in town to attend the Journey concert. At approximately 5:30am, the fire alarm went off. It was a loud screeching alarm. We were advised over an intercom to evacuate the property. It was rainy and cold and we waited outside for over an hour. We were finally advised to go back to our rooms. After getting back to sleep, we were again awakened by the smoke alarm at 10:00am. We weren't going to go stand outside again, so we gathered our belongings and left the hotel. I sent an email to Marriott customer service asking for a partial refund or some Marriott points for our inconvenience. As of this date (March 29th), I have not heard back from them. I've been a Marriott customer for many years. Very disappointed in their poor customer service!

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. I’m a loyal Hilton guest but this was my first time staying at this particular hotel. Staff were super friendly throughout my stay and my room was large, airy and very clean, though the floor of my bathroom was a tad sticky and the lighting in the room is poor unless you turn on all the lights… I slept like a baby on both nights — it was super quiet at night (though you can hear people in their rooms as you walk down the corridors), the bed was suuuuuper comfortable and the room temperature just right! I still remain surprised at the lack of recycling efforts in guest rooms (a downfall of most Hiltons, unfortunately) and I was also surprised at the lack of toiletries provided in the bathroom (see photo).……..and the shower was in a very strange position — you had to squeeze in next to the toilet in order to open the sliding door and turn on the tap, else go fully into the shower from the other end and get wet whilst you turn it on. Very poor engineering! All this aside, my stay was overall a good one — and I’d no doubt stay here again — but there were two things that didn’t fly well with me (two things that may be fine for others!) 1. They have a VERY small gym — small especially for the size of the hotel. When I tried to use it on the first morning of my stay (around 6.15am) it was already “packed” and only one treadmill was working. I ended up leaving as there simply wasn’t any room for another person. There’s also no water or water fountain in the gym (I asked reception about where I could fill my bottle and they said they didn’t have anywhere to do this — so make sure you take a full bottle into the gym with you!), there’s no hand sanitizer, and there were no gym towels on the second morning of my stay. As someone who chooses their hotel based in part on access to a decent fitness center, this was a disappointing part of my stay. 2. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on the first floor — I’m very grateful I was staying on the 4th floor!

This hotel must have been recently renovated, as it's the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever been at.. TBH, it was nicer and more comfy than an Omni in VA. This hotel had outlets and USB charging everywhere, the classic HI pillow selection was great; not the trendy oversized poof pillows that are everywhere. The shower was fantastic; shampoo, conditioner and body was in large pumps (good to see they're environmentally conscious) The A/C was incredible (went down to 60) the curtains were fabulous, parking might be a little tricky, but that's the only negative I experienced. Water bottle filling station in the lobby, nice gym.. GREAT place, don't hesitate.

I booked this hotel for a wedding I was attending this weekend (9.15-9.17) as they reserved a room block. TRASHY and doesn't resemble a Marriott property at all. * Leah at the front desk wasn't paying attention to what she was doing so the 3 keys she issued for a 4th floor room didn't work because IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. She also assumed because my aunt (mother of the groom) and I were talking, that we had already checked in. There was only one person at the desk before she came to help customers and that person was helping my aunt. -- * The condition of the hotel of was subpar. Burnt out sections of carpet by the elevators. Things looked dirty and dingy. *The room had visible stains on the couch and curtains. The ac vent was also broken. -- *ISSUES: Fire alarm went off at 117am Saturday morning 9.16 - the morning of the wedding. It was blaring for over 30 mins. People were just standing around in the hallway, not knowing what was going on. We rushed out and someone said that a guest was smoking in their room and it was a false alarm but the alarm itself continued blaring. If it was a real fire, we'd all be dead. It then went off again near 2am - the fire department was on site and they had the fire truck on and making noise which we could hear in our room, while also talking and laughing among themselves. If it's a false alarm, how about turning the truck off or better yet, realize it's past 2am and people need to sleep? Needless to say, nobody attending the wedding at 11am that day got any rest. We woke up at 7am to start getting ready. Breakfast was subpar. *We come back to the hotel post reception and after party at between 10-11pm and the fire alarm goes off AGAIN right as we walk into our room with dinner. Had to go back out and wait around for an answer as to what was happening which didn't seem to phase the staff as they were behaving extremely nonchalantly. Seems someone was smoking in their room AGAIN. -- * Elevators were down almost the whole weekend and the ice machines were broken on every floor except the first. --- Overall - wouldn't recommend nor stay here ever again. Trashy dirty hotel, more like a motel. Not worth the price per night. Didn't sleep the whole weekend because of idiocy and poor management. I contacted Marriott for a refund on 9.19 - spoke with Cara who sent the request to the hotel. She sent it with the wrong email address so the hotel closed it with no resolution. Spoke with Chantelle on 9.29 who sent another request to the hotel - haven't heard back as yet. Hoping to get a response and refund for this visit because it honestly ruined the weekend and wedding staying here.

I chose this hotel because I was coming from another state to have surgery in a nearby hospital. I could not have chosen a better place to recuperate. The hotel is spotless, quiet, and the bed extremely comfortable. I originally booked two nights but only needed one. I explained the situation to the manager who kindly refunded my account for the second night. Great customer service. It was convenient having the on-site restaurant although the food was just mediocre. However, service at the restaurant was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was for my wedding and we had a large number of rooms booked. I can't say enough about the staff from these hotels. They went above and beyond to make me, my family and my guests feel comfortable. Kerrianne Zeinner was so responsive and professional the entire time. We hosted a breakfast the next morning and her staff really went beyond to help us set up and break down the breakfast room. The breakfast each morning at the resdientce was phenomenal and the accommodations were great. The rooms were clean, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, working appliances, etc. I highly recommend these hotels for your next stay or event or both!
