Always have been an impressive one here.... Generally facility is tip top on point. But the service from staff seems to be degraded over time.
My last visit in 2024 was much better where staff were more professional and on time.
Asked for several things and they always kept me waiting and never came back. A staff was even still promoting the hotel asking for review on spot in the restaurant.
I would not appreciate it this way.... A lot of things can be done better on this.
The rest clean room and okish location. No complain on those it was still on point and good.
Keep up the good maintenance... and pushing up some service skills for the team. I will still come agian :)
Radisson generally are still good as of my personal opinion.

Rimasto a Marriott per un giorno e è stato fantastico. Posizione, pulizia, servizi erano tutti al massimo le norme di Marriott, servizio da parte del personale può essere migliorato il modo in cui gestiscono le domande degli ospiti. Il resto era al massimo.

Excellent service and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you at anytime. I stayed 2 nights. You get a phone call to remind you that breakfast will be closing at a certain time. Choice of breakfast. Staff are there if you need help. They bring the beverages & water to the table. On next visit to Jamnagar I would like to come to the Sayaji's. Thank you.

The Courtyard by Marriott is truly a class apart. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a sense of luxury and sophistication. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
The service at the hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Western and local options. I would have liked to see a few more local specialties, but overall I was very satisfied with the spread.
Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Ssamuel eelGenerally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay.
I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that
But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do...
No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk....
Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too.
They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here.
Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating.
Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

Gli aspetti unici del design e le modifiche culturali integrate nei dettagli più piccoli sono stati davvero impressionanti.Abbiamo avuto una visita memorabile e consiglierei molto questa proprietà a chiunque cercasse un’esperienza di patrimonio boutique.
Lavorando per 30 anni in top luxury hotel properties in N.A. , e in Asia, riconosco questa proprietà come una destinazione speciale.
La squadra era amichevole, impegnativa e utile.
