Excellent service and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you at anytime. I stayed 2 nights. You get a phone call to remind you that breakfast will be closing at a certain time. Choice of breakfast. Staff are there if you need help. They bring the beverages & water to the table. On next visit to Jamnagar I would like to come to the Sayaji's. Thank you.

Always have been an impressive one here.... Generally facility is tip top on point. But the service from staff seems to be degraded over time.
My last visit in 2024 was much better where staff were more professional and on time.
Asked for several things and they always kept me waiting and never came back. A staff was even still promoting the hotel asking for review on spot in the restaurant.
I would not appreciate it this way.... A lot of things can be done better on this.
The rest clean room and okish location. No complain on those it was still on point and good.
Keep up the good maintenance... and pushing up some service skills for the team. I will still come agian :)
Radisson generally are still good as of my personal opinion.

Cuando estás más de 4 días alojado en este hotel. Te das cuenta porque de algunas reseñas negativas. El staff no es lento en hacer el check-in o check-out. La cuestión es que los huéspedes vienen en grupos muy grandes al mismo tiempo. Por tanto, colapsan a todos los trabajadores.

The Courtyard by Marriott is truly a class apart. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a sense of luxury and sophistication. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
The service at the hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Western and local options. I would have liked to see a few more local specialties, but overall I was very satisfied with the spread.
Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Localizzazione eccellente, Ashram Road di Amdavad.
La ricezione dell'hotel ha un ottimo profumo, il personale è molto attento e utile.
Il pranzo è ben diffuso con cibo a base di vege e non vege disponibile.
Il personale del ristorante, soprattutto Kriti e il chef, sono stati eccellenti.
La camera è buona, il bagno è pulito e pulito e dispone di sufficienti strutture.
Su un fantastico hotel familiare.
Le tariffe delle camere sono abbastanza ragionevoli per un hotel 5-star, solo rupie 6000/night.

Ssamuel eelGenerally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay.
I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that
But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do...
No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk....
Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too.
They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here.
Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating.
Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

UUtente ospiteEverything was great and my only disappointment was that the room was in a dark corridor with windows into that corridor. We had no light or windows to allow light in. The room itself was well appointed and very large. The staff were amazing and if we were staying longer I would have requested a different room.
