Hotel a 5 stelle in Gujarat, India

This hotel is really well located and its spanking clean. Food is excellent and breakfast is fantastic! Staff are ultra friendly. ALL our requests were fulfilled, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was big and with plenty of space to store everything! We even met a famous Bollywood singer one evening! There’s a well equipped gym and a swimming pool, hairdresser, and great spa! 😍

Questo affascinante hotel si trova molto vicino all'aeroporto. Il personale è molto caldo e amichevole e prende cura del loro ospite. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose e mi ricordano 5 proprietà stellari dal retro negli anni '90. Un buon posto per ospitare i matrimoni, perché hanno spazio per organizzare tutte le varie funzioni, ecc. L'unico e più grande inconveniente è la struttura dell'hotel. Raccomando davvero ai proprietari/gestione di ospitare un altro ascensore e lobby di scala, poiché il design dell'hotel è tale che le camere sono molto lontane dal lobby principale e diventa un problema per viaggiare da un'altra parte all'altra.

Sono stato accolto e offerto pranzo a causa del ritardo di check-in, anche se non mi sentivo in ritardo. Quindi, eccellente cura proattiva dei clienti. Eccellente cibo e personale in generale e strutture moderne. Le camere sono enormi e molto spaziose e hanno tutto quello che ti serve. Il cuoco ha sempre controllato se il cibo era buono e se avevo bisogno di qualcos'altro ogni giorno. Il personale del tè ha fatto un ottimo tè masla e non potevo aiutare a visitare il ristorante per ottenere solo più di esso. Direi che questo è il miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato e visitato l'India molto spesso. Raccomanderò sicuramente questo hotel e vi resterò molto presto.

Questo hotel è meno di un anno e l'infrastruttura fisica è bella che si trova vicino alla stazione ferroviaria Surat. Tuttavia, ho avuto esperienze che non sono così belle : A) osservava piccoli cacchi in bagno. B) Il personale di manutenzione è destinato a pulire e sanizzare la stanza - tuttavia ho incontrato una terribile esperienza dei pulitori quando sono entrati in g camere con un uomo disgustoso e uomo disgustoso che è così igienico e rovina l'umorismo - e non sembra come la stanza è fresca, ma questo dovrebbe essere migliorato. C) il colazione per le 8 mattine che ho soggiornato aveva lo stesso menu - non molto cambiamenti ogni giorno. E la cutney di cacao sembra essere spolto e gusto spruzzato poche volte durante la mattina BF. D) Il tè di massa indiano (Chai) era così forte che ha provato un'amara amara - che ho provato solo una volta. E) sembra che troppo personale sia nel lobby dell'hotel e nel ristorante, perché si riuniscono intorno a chit-chat piuttosto che a soddisfare le esigenze dell'ospite.

La struttura è molto attraente, l'atmosfera è molto vivace, il personale è molto amichevole e più utile, il personale è molto carino e la prima impressione del resort è tutto sull'hotel. Era pulito, elegante, accogliente con un servizio eccellente dove abbiamo cenato. La cena era buona e il grande valore per soldi e servizio era attento ed efficiente. La stanza stessa era ben attrezzata e confortevole. Ero molto contento del mio soggiorno. Spero di essere di nuovo per una visita più lunga in futuro.

i am from the first oldest guest in this hotel since it started operations . Did not feel very welcome . Room was just ordinary and over priced . same old room earlier i stayed at 5k a year ago and now suddenly it is 10 k +. Never mind the room rates . Had dinner but found the food taste absolutely changed and miserable. The Punjabi ALOO RASSAWALA . JUST IMAGINE WHAT A SHOK IT WAS THAT WE FIND THAAT THEY HAVE ADDED SUGAR IN THE DISH . IT IS A PUNJABI DISH NOT A GUJARATI DISH. The waiter argued with me that it is normal so i asked him if he adds GHEE in Chinese dishes ?? Also we are both 70 years old couple suffering from high diabetes . THE WORST THING IS THAT THEY FORCED US TO PAY FOR THE DISH WE REJECTED . VERY SAD

We had a wonderful stay at Vivanta with our family. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Service across the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—was outstanding and made us feel truly welcome. The amenities were well-maintained, and the food was delicious. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to return.

A great stay at ITC Narmada! All the staff were friendly and pleasant to chat with. The room was spacious with a great view. The breakfast at Adalaj Pavillion was excellent, with a special mention to the Masala Dosa. The buffet had a lot of options including Indian and Western as well as Live Dosa and Egg stations. I had the Club lounge access included as well and there was afternoon snacks (avocado sandwich, various sweet options) and later in the evening a variety of non alcoholic cocktails (ie from virgin mojito to pina colada etc) and some tasty bites (such as chilli paneer, which was super tasty). Overall, a great stay and if in Ahmedabad, would recommend checking this hotel out!

The hotel overall is good, we booked 4 rooms there, however we had a few problems with then that we don’t expect from a 5 star hotel. 1. We reached the hotel at 2:30 PM, 30 minutes past the arrival time and have already conveyed that at 1:30, about our arrival, still they did not had any room prepared and told us it will take and hour. 2. Due to them taking so long we want to Dwarkadhish temple, when we returned back at 6:30 they gave YS twin bed room despite our booking of King Bed and one of the rooms were completely wet that a person might even slip and fall on the floor. 3 Though the staff was cooperative and upgraded 2 rooms to family suit, the rest two were twin bed itself.
