Hotel a 5 stelle in Gujarat, India

My stay at Taj Skyline was truly wonderful and memorable. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff were outstanding from the moment I arrived. Every team member was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering great comfort and beautiful views. The ambience of the hotel reflects true Taj-class luxury. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the dining experience was excellent in every way. Special appreciation to the staff for their prompt service and attention to detail, which made my stay smooth and relaxing. Taj Skyline truly lives up to the legacy of the Taj brand. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. Looking forward to visiting again!

La struttura è in una grande posizione e molto conveniente per viaggiare intorno. Il servizio del personale era gentile e standard. La stanza e le strutture erano pulite e adeguate al prezzo. Il cibo era decente e piacevole. In generale, è stato un soggiorno prezioso per il prezzo pagato.”

Il nostro soggiorno a Taj Gandhinagar è stato un'esperienza mista. Anche se il cibo era decente, non si è reso particolarmente difficile. Il problema più grande che abbiamo affrontato è stato l'elettricità, che ha causato frequenti disturbi di potenza, che hanno causato il condizionamento dell'aria a disattivare più volte durante la notte. Pertanto, per svegliarci almeno cinque volte, abbiamo dovuto cambiarlo, rendendo molto difficile ottenere un sonno tranquillo, e per un hotel di questo calibro, ci aspettavamo un'esperienza molto più semplice in termini di servizi di base.

A great stay at ITC Narmada! All the staff were friendly and pleasant to chat with. The room was spacious with a great view. The breakfast at Adalaj Pavillion was excellent, with a special mention to the Masala Dosa. The buffet had a lot of options including Indian and Western as well as Live Dosa and Egg stations. I had the Club lounge access included as well and there was afternoon snacks (avocado sandwich, various sweet options) and later in the evening a variety of non alcoholic cocktails (ie from virgin mojito to pina colada etc) and some tasty bites (such as chilli paneer, which was super tasty). Overall, a great stay and if in Ahmedabad, would recommend checking this hotel out!

Hotel bello, ben posizionato per la strada della corda di montagna Girnar & Fort Junagadh. La sala da pranzo cavernosa con buon buffet. La pulizia delle aree pubbliche potrebbe essere un po'piu'

In fondo alle aspettative.. letti molto piccoli.. sono grasso e se mi muovo, cadrà.. scarsa luce in camera. Piccola camera. Credo che fossero venduti fuori e quindi mi hanno dato una delle camere supplementari che tutti i 5 hotel a stelle hanno (molto più piccole in dimensione)

Amazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here. But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention: 1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition. 2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt. You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.

La struttura è molto attraente, l'atmosfera è molto vivace, il personale è molto amichevole e più utile, il personale è molto carino e la prima impressione del resort è tutto sull'hotel. Era pulito, elegante, accogliente con un servizio eccellente dove abbiamo cenato. La cena era buona e il grande valore per soldi e servizio era attento ed efficiente. La stanza stessa era ben attrezzata e confortevole. Ero molto contento del mio soggiorno. Spero di essere di nuovo per una visita più lunga in futuro.
