Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel staff even remember my coffee order from yesterday. And when I went to the gym the staff offered me to turn on the sauna and steam in advance. I feel so welcomed by every single staff in this hotel.
And it cost only 120 per night includes breakfast and lounge that offer two time slot of snacks day.
Dev and Solu are the best manager and staff I’ve ever met. So friendly and thoughtful.

They tell me they would send a complimentary chocolate for my daughter before i return home. But nobody come. Well perhaps they might be forgeting about that. Too many guest to remember. Overall everything was nice.

In fondo alle aspettative.. letti molto piccoli.. sono grasso e se mi muovo, cadrà.. scarsa luce in camera. Piccola camera. Credo che fossero venduti fuori e quindi mi hanno dato una delle camere supplementari che tutti i 5 hotel a stelle hanno (molto più piccole in dimensione)
Amazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here.
But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention:
1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition.
2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt.
You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.
La struttura è molto attraente, l'atmosfera è molto vivace, il personale è molto amichevole e più utile, il personale è molto carino e la prima impressione del resort è tutto sull'hotel. Era pulito, elegante, accogliente con un servizio eccellente dove abbiamo cenato. La cena era buona e il grande valore per soldi e servizio era attento ed efficiente. La stanza stessa era ben attrezzata e confortevole. Ero molto contento del mio soggiorno. Spero di essere di nuovo per una visita più lunga in futuro.

VVinay BothraThe hotel is under renovation and the entire property (including rooms) smells of toxic paint. There was no information about this renovation on the website while making the booking. The heavy solvent smell gave me a headache and the stay was very unplesant.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is less than year old and the physical infrastructure is nice which is within vicinity of the Surat railways station.
However, I have had experiences which are not so nice :
A) observed small cockroaches in bathroom.
B) Housekeeping staff are meant to clean & sanitize the room - however I encountered disgusting experience of the cleaners upon entering g rooms with a foul & pungent BO left behind which is so unhygienic & spoils the mood - and doesn’t seem like the room has any freshness. This should surely been improved.
C) the breakfast for the 8 mornings that I stayed had the same menu - not much changes each day. And the coconut chutney seems to be spoilt & taste spurt couple of times during morning BF.
D) the Indian masal tea (Chai) was so strong that it tasted utterly bitter - which I tried only once.
E) seems like too many staff in the hotel lobby & in restaurant - as they group around chit-chatting rather than attending to guest’s needs.

Vorrei congratularmi con il personale del front desk per la loro efficienza e il loro calore. I loro manager dovrebbero essere orgogliosi della squadra che hanno costruito. Il personale del ristorante era anche di eccellenza - grande cibo, grande servizio!
Anche se non conosco la maggior parte del personale ( che ci ha servito bene) per nome, i membri del personale specifico che si sono espressi erano;

MMUKESHGUPTAi am from the first oldest guest in this hotel since it started operations . Did not feel very welcome . Room was just ordinary and over priced . same old room earlier i stayed at 5k a year ago and now suddenly it is 10 k +. Never mind the room rates . Had dinner but found the food taste absolutely changed and miserable. The Punjabi ALOO RASSAWALA .
JUST IMAGINE WHAT A SHOK IT WAS THAT WE FIND THAAT THEY HAVE ADDED SUGAR IN THE DISH . IT IS A PUNJABI DISH NOT A GUJARATI DISH. The waiter argued with me that it is normal so i asked him if he adds GHEE in Chinese dishes ?? Also we are both 70 years old couple suffering from high diabetes .
THE WORST THING IS THAT THEY FORCED US TO PAY FOR THE DISH WE REJECTED . VERY SAD

UUtente ospiteThe hotel overall is good, we booked 4 rooms there, however we had a few problems with then that we don’t expect from a 5 star hotel.
1. We reached the hotel at 2:30 PM, 30 minutes past the arrival time and have already conveyed that at 1:30, about our arrival, still they did not had any room prepared and told us it will take and hour.
2. Due to them taking so long we want to Dwarkadhish temple, when we returned back at 6:30 they gave YS twin bed room despite our booking of King Bed and one of the rooms were completely wet that a person might even slip and fall on the floor.
3 Though the staff was cooperative and upgraded 2 rooms to family suit, the rest two were twin bed itself.
