Hotel 4 stelle a Contea di Changsha

Ottimo hotel rispetto al prezzo. Buona posizione. C'è aeroporto pick up e disattivare servizio gratuito. Bella personale. Camera era comoda, tempestiva e pulita. Ci sono molte uscite elettriche. Il colazione è meglio di altri hotel. Molto raccomandato.

Molto conveniente se arrivate tardi a mezzanotte. Vicino all'aeroporto e forniscono una navetta gratuita all'hotel. Belle persone e l'hotel è nuovamente aperto. Tutto è perfetto.

Molto buon support staff , Friendly, breakfast and room cleaning service very nice , vicino al centro commerciale e stazione metropolitana - ambiente internazionale, servizio generale è eccellente- staff are incredible

The room is well-designed with high-quality materials and features such as electronic curtains and heated toilet. But what really stands out even more is the quality of service. The staff were helpful even though I did not speak Chinese. Communication is mostly done through Wechat. Management frequently checks with guests to make sure everything is alright. Even when the robot is too busy to make delivery to your room, the staff is willing in its place. I can see why this hotel deserves its excellent rating.

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

Pulizia: La camera era pulita, ordinata e spaziosa. La doccia era potente, potente e molto comoda! Servizi: L'ascensore era veloce e anche i servizi in camera erano nuovissimi.
