Hotel a 5 stelle in Catalogna, Spagna

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

Cute little boutique hotel situated in the Gothic area of Barcelona. Location was perfect. Walking distance to major attractions especially Gaudi’s masterpieces. Hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas . Smell of fresh pine leaves filled the lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Rafael and Mariona who helped booked my tickets to Familia Sagrada at the last minute . It was my second time in Ohla and the welcome team came with champagne and chocolates. This nice gesture was really appreciated. O stayed in the Junior suite and the room was clean and well appointed . Only minor issue was the breakfast , while good, was the same everyday. I stayed for 4 days and wished a little variety would be great. Perhaps more Asian food as a lot of the hotel guests seems to be Asians. About the only Asian food was plain rice and miso soup. All in all a close to perfection hotel. A little more pricey but well worth it. Highly recommended.

Recently stayed at this hotel and i can gladly say i have loved it and it is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Location is not city centre but it is about 15-20 min out depending on where you go, i used uber to go everywhere and this cost about 10€ - 20€. I was disappointed because two days before my trip i was made aware that i had to pay a 400€ deposit or a 800€ deposit which was also made unclear on their website. I wish they had made this more clear. To make this clear for everyone else , it is 100€ per night with a credit card and 200€ per night with debit card. At the end of the stay we still had to pay for a 40€ city tax. Considering we already payed alot for this hotel, having to pay a high amount of deposit is ridiculous. They do have a spa, but not included with the hotel so you have to pay an extra 40€ which i also thought it was quite upsetting. Everything else was great and very nicely equipped with everything we needed.

Super mooi nieuw hotel met meerdere zwembaden. Aardig personeel en uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Wij waren hier voor 3 dagen in oktober maar zijn zeker van plan terug te komen in de zomer!

L'hotel è molto bello, grandioso e con il piano principale che si affaccia sul mare. Il personale della reception è molto professionale ed entusiasta. C'è una receptionist di nome Maria che ci ha accolto ed è stata molto paziente. Poiché non parliamo lingue straniere e siamo anziani, possiamo utilizzare solo software di comunicazione e traduzione. È stata molto paziente e ci ha guidato poco a poco, il che ci ha fatto capire che il personale dell'hotel è di alta qualità e che l'hotel è degno di essere un cinque stelle. Vorremmo esprimere la nostra gratitudine a Maria, ringraziarla per l'eccellente personale dell'hotel e ringraziarla per il servizio offerto. Barcellona, ​​in Spagna, è un posto che vale la pena visitare.

L'Hotel Monument di Barcellona è un alloggio eccezionale che confonde senza sosta l'architettura storica con le moderne strutture. Questa era la nostra seconda permanenza in questa bella proprietà, e mi sono nuovamente rimbalzata dal livello di ospite e di attenzione ai dettagli. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, che permette di camminare facilmente per tutte le attrazioni, ristoranti e bar vinicoli della città. Ha ascoltato attentamente le nostre preferenze personali e ha fornito delle raccomandazioni fantastiche, tra cui un meraviglioso salone di unghie quando mi serviva una manicure. Il ristorante e il bar del vino di Xavi sono stati presentati - abbiamo goduto di alcune delle migliori cucine e vino locali durante il nostro soggiorno, e abbiamo salvato queste raccomandazioni per future visite. L'hotel è incredibile, con una bella fascia storica, completata da camere moderne e ben designate e aree comuni. Dalle letti di lusso alle toilette di alta qualità, ogni aspetto dell'esperienza degli ospiti è attentamente considerato. Consigliare questo hotel a chiunque visiti Barcellona, sia la sua prima o la sua quinta volta in città.

La posizione dell'hotel è solo sorprendente. Per le principali attrazioni della città da 5 a 30 minuti a piedi. Gli spettacoli sono molto deliziosi, crociere freschi. È bello che sul reception sarà sempre tipica e utile. Sarò felice di tornare in questo hotel!

Due dei miei hotel preferiti durante il mio viaggio di due settimane in Portogallo e Spagna (l'altro è in Portogallo)! La posizione è ottima, proprio su Thanksgiving Avenue, in pieno centro, con Gucci e LV proprio sotto! Le camere dell'intero edificio sono molto belle. Abbiamo prenotato una suite e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere trasferiti in una camera con vista sulla strada. Abbiamo bevuto lo champagne fornito dall'hotel al tramonto L'unico rammarico è che l'ultimo piano è decorato, quindi non puoi salire al piano successivo per goderti lo splendido scenario. Consiglierei questo hotel a tutti i miei amici che vengono a Barcellona!

Великолепный персонал гостиницы.Очень отзывчивые и дружелюбные работники! Всегда готовы помочь: с такси, с рекомендациями,с бронированием билетов. Очень хорошие завтраки, встречают и провожают. Единственный момент,о котором могу сказать-это кондиционер в номере,я не смогла с ним подружиться и мне было холодно,спас халат😁😅 Все остальное,а особенно расположение-прекрасно! Очень симпатичный испанский ресторан, который дружелюбно встретил и в 22.00😇

La suite al piano superiore dell'hotel non è grande, ma c'è anche due piccoli piatti!Uno è usato per godere di un bagno caldo e l'altro è adatto per il sole.L'atteggiamento del personale è molto amichevole, ma non ha avuto colazione dell'hotel.
