Excellent and friendly service! Modern and clean hotel! We highly recommend this hotel. It’s modern and with spacious and clean rooms. And the staff is outstanding. We were very warmly welcomed by the staff and check in went super smooth. We got lots of information and it’s easy to communicate via the hotels WeChat. The staff didn’t speak so much English, but this was not any problem with translating apps and the translate function in WeChat. The staff felt us feel very welcome and they stood out as very professional and service minded. We have travelled a lot and the staff of Huanghe Xiyu hotel made a solid impression. The room was spacious and modern. It was very clean and nice. Good windows which could be opened. It also has mosquito nets. There were plenty water, a couple of complementary soft drinks and drip coffee and tea. Comfortable beds and several choices of pillows. The gym was also good. The breakfast was very good. Nice selections of diffferent items. Tasty and fresh. We enjoyed freshly made noodles and dumplings. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and service minded too. Overall a very good experience which we do recommended.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay (four rooms in two periods) and consider this the premier hotel in Yinchuan. While our family values our time in the lounge, we would appreciate a wider variety of food options to better reflect the hotel's prestige. However, we were disappointed by the lack of coordination regarding our room arrangements. Despite flagging a request for an upgrade in the initial booking and following up via telephone, the staff were unable to provide any details or options—whether paid or complimentary. For a stay involving four rooms over five nights, we expected a more proactive approach to accommodating such requests. Furthermore, as international guests, we found it difficult to locate a contact email, and our previous outreach went unanswered. For a hotel of this caliber, a responsive email channel is essential. It would also be a significant improvement if the concierge proactively managed restaurant bookings; having the staff facilitate local dining reservations would greatly enhance the experience for those of us visiting from abroad.

La decisione fantastica di andare a Yinchuan per il Festival di barca del drago, perché ha il miglior tempo e la città più pulita in Cina. Kempinski in questa città è uno dei migliori. L'hotel è nel centro della città, quindi ci sono molte destinazioni per visitare. Per il mio viaggio, non sono andato nella zona di dune sabbiosa. L'hotel è anche vicino alla crescente 801 Creative Park, Night Market, e a pochi passi dal Museo Ningxia. Molti più locali e tradizionali. Portate un sacchetto d'acquisto. L'hotel ha una vista magnifica sul loro piano principale, delle deliziose opzioni alimentari dal caffè al ristorante tedesco e lobby di caffè/tea. Il personale è bilingue e le aree sono pulite. La colazione era abbondante e varia, e i noodles con manzo erano deliziosi, paragonabili a quelli di Lanzhou. Anche il servizio al ristorante è stato eccellente; una cameriera molto gentile ha persino tagliato dei limoni dalla cucina, preparato due bicchieri di limonata e ce li ha portati personalmente. Tutto era accogliente e piacevole. L'hotel è il biglietto da visita più importante della città; avete contribuito ad accrescere il prestigio di Yinchuan. Grazie.

Uno dei servizi speciali offerti da questo hotel è il servizio di maggiordomo. Il mio maggiordomo Felix è estremamente meticoloso, premuroso e disponibile. Dal mio arrivo alla mia partenza è stato a mia completa disposizione quasi 24 ore su 24. Si è preso cura di tutte le mie esigenze, come le preferenze alimentari, le escursioni e le attività ricreative, e mi ha anche fatto da guida turistica, fornendomi lezioni di storia. Un bonus aggiuntivo davvero eccezionale. Cinque stelle per lui. Al ristorante del Diamond Hotel, anche la cameriera è stata gentilissima. Dato che seguo una dieta particolare, c'era una cameriera che si assicurava sempre che tutto andasse bene per me, mi suggeriva il menu e mi aiutava a fare modifiche. È stata particolarmente attenta, mi dispiace di non averle chiesto il nome, ma era in servizio dal 10 al 13 giugno, durante il mio soggiorno. Abbiamo anche fatto un giro in zattera di pelle di pecora. Il cantante 筏子匠 072 ci ha cantato una canzone durante la gita in barca.

The hotel lobby is huge and the room was clean. Their customer service was also impeccable. The front desk staff had shown that they are so willing to assist you in every way possible, right from the check-in. When my wife was feeling unwell, they brought food up to the room for her. They then gave us complimentary breakfast (I’d booked a non-breakfast room) and even provided us with a free clothes wash and dry service as our WeChat could not be linked to the QR code. The cleaning lady was also kind and was always asking us if we needed more toiletries. I must say that the hotel staff made a huge difference in our hotel stay. Il soggiorno è stato fantastico! La camera era pulita e ordinata, la biancheria da letto morbida e confortevole e i servizi completi. La receptionist è stata entusiasta e professionale e il check-in efficiente e cortese. Ci hanno persino consigliato proattivamente le attrazioni nelle vicinanze. Il personale (Lily Yang) è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. La colazione era abbondante e deliziosa. La posizione è comoda, il che rende facilissimo spostarsi. Sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta. Consigliatissimo!

Ho prenotato una camera con vista sul monte Helan e sul fiume, ma mi hanno assegnato un'altra camera. Mi hanno offerto un'altra camera il giorno dopo, ma sono troppo pigro per cambiare ancora. Ho anche portato due set per la colazione, sto pensando di prenderne uno da asporto perché sono schizzinoso con il cibo, ma non mi lasciano scegliere il cibo che mi piace, finendo per buttarlo nella spazzatura perché non mi piace quello che scelgono. Mi sento così in colpa perché spreco il cibo. Mi sento come se fossi stato truffato.
