Hotel a 3 stelle in Sumatra Occidentale, Indonesia

Attentiveness and politeness of the staffs from all level are great. Breakfast are good. Room are okay but will be better if furniture being refurbish.

Really like the ambiance, location, fluffy bed including the additional bed thick and fluffy bed. I will come back here because the convenience and comfortable. Maybe hotel need to upgrade the curtain, wash the sofa a bit and maintenance the wall. The small improvement need to do the rest all excellent for me.

I was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room

Very unique accommodation but it's quite far from the parking area to the receptionist counter which around 200meter. I need to carry my own luggage from the parking area. No hotel staff entertained or welcome me. This hotel not suitable if you travel with old folks. Some of the architecture was run down. The top room not suitable for many people as the ladder very stiff.

We had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding attractions and enjoy the charm of Bukittinggi. The cleanliness of the hotel was well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking mountain view, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, especially in the mornings. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with beautiful scenery in Bukittinggi.

The hotel is near to Jam Gadang. About 5 minutes of walking, Breakfast is OK. Service is great. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. A bit of climbing the stairs to get to the reception area.

Hotelnya bagus, tapi sayangnya saya minta 1 bed di kamar superior tapi dikasih kamar yg 2 bed, katanya udh penuh yg 1 bed, tapi gpp lh yaa

It’s just interesting to stay in the old Dutch building, which is a historical building in the centre of the town. If you’re interested in the topic of UNESCO, that’s a must place to visit around Padang area. The hotel itself is just fine. It has nice cafeteria outside where they serve breakfast and you can eat at other times. The biggest issue that I had was sounds coming from outside, the road, and then early morning siren calling for pray. But that’s part of the experience and I was during Ramadan.

La stanza è piccola, non molto pulita. Quando entro nella stanza, il pavimento è polvere, la lampada è piena di polvere. Credi più di un anno la lampada non viene svuotato. Il condizionamento dell'aria è povero, regolato a 16 °C, ma non si sente freddo a vecchio. La pressione dell'acqua del bagno è così debole, si sta dormendo in una bassa pressione idrica. Molto non raccomandato!
