Hotel a 3 stelle in Sumatra Occidentale, Indonesia

I was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room

Padi Eco Lodge - A Mixed Experience L'alloggio dispone di personale amichevole e camere pulite, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno comodo. Tuttavia, camminare verso l'alloggio dall'area di parcheggio è molto lontano, e il percorso è buio alla notte. Aggiungere le luci stradali migliorerebbe la sicurezza e la comodità. Il caffè si apre alle 8:00, che è tardi per gli ospiti con i tempi di apertura precoci. Un tempo di apertura più precoce, come le 7:00, sarebbe più pratico. Le strutture della camera da bagno erano minimo solo lavato corpo è stato fornito, senza shampoo disponibile. In generale, è un bel posto per soggiornare, ma c'è spazio per migliorare la comodità e le strutture.

Tutto bene tranne per il ricevitore/personale. Non amichevole, devi chiamare molte volte per chiedere ferro. Conseguente di ottenere ma ferro non funziona bene 😅1st giorno check-in, richiedere un letto/tovaglio extra ma niente lasciato al massimo, devi aspettare il giorno successivo. Santika Padang molto meglio di BktTinggi.

The hotel is near to Jam Gadang. About 5 minutes of walking, Breakfast is OK. Service is great. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. A bit of climbing the stairs to get to the reception area.

Hotelnya bagus, tapi sayangnya saya minta 1 bed di kamar superior tapi dikasih kamar yg 2 bed, katanya udh penuh yg 1 bed, tapi gpp lh yaa

It’s just interesting to stay in the old Dutch building, which is a historical building in the centre of the town. If you’re interested in the topic of UNESCO, that’s a must place to visit around Padang area. The hotel itself is just fine. It has nice cafeteria outside where they serve breakfast and you can eat at other times. The biggest issue that I had was sounds coming from outside, the road, and then early morning siren calling for pray. But that’s part of the experience and I was during Ramadan.

Ho un viaggio indietro e indietro a Padang per 21 volte e ripeterò questo hotel sempre. Sempre il miglior servizio!!!

La posizione è eccellente, vicinissima alla spiaggia, proprio di fronte all'hotel. La camera è davvero all'altezza del prezzo di un hotel a 4 stelle. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stato il cuscino: era molto comodo e più morbido rispetto a quelli di altri hotel a 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato. Un solo appunto: Trip.com dovrebbe verificare con l'hotel l'orario effettivo del check-in all'Ocean Beach Hotel Padang in futuro. Detto questo, lo staff di Trip.com è stato molto disponibile nel risolvere l'equivoco.

Padang is a coastal city at the West Coast of Sumatera. The Hotel is clean n consider almost the 1 of the tallest building in Padang. With a Great View from the Roof Top of the Hotel that can see the Whole Padang. There is a small Pool for u to work out and dipping. Other then that there isn't any gym. Breakfast is normal not memorable. The twin bed is small but comfy. The Bathroom is like a capsule Abit small for me. Hotel Staffs are friendly.
