Stati Uniti d'America: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Georgia

Vivo qui per sette giorni, in generale, è buona igiene pulita, il servizio non è il migliore, la colazione è molto semplice.Più di mille hotel per notte, se si può mangiare una colazione molto ricca in Cina, ma qui, mangiare la stessa colazione semplice per sette giorni consecutivi, è un po'insostenibile.

Queste camere ordinate da Trip.com devono evitare il terzo piano, entrare in una partita chiamata fumo. Gli immediati richiedono un cambio di stanza. La reception ha detto che molti in questo piano sono 😅. L'hotel ha un piccolo treno vicino all'aeroporto, più bagagli o pioggia fino al giorno piovoso, non è molto conveniente.

Tiene conexión gratuita con el aeropuerto. Desde las llegadas de internacional hay autobús gratuito hasta la terminal de vuelos domésticos, donde coges el traslado hasta este hotel. El personal es muy agradable y te ayudan en lo que necesites. El único punto peor es que las habitaciones están descuidadas y necesitan mantenimiento.

È stata una piacevole esperienza, dove era gentile e cordiale. Bella atmosfera, personale dove eccezionale, soprattutto il personale Anya che era sorprendente,un risparmio di vita e amichevole. Ma non sono soddisfatto del servizio di colazione buffet.

This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

Bem localizado, proximo ao aeroporto e restaurantes proximos. Quartos de bom tamanho e camas confortaveis..muito confortaveis.Estacionamento amplo.

Shuttle gratuito all'aeroporto e da e verso l'aeroporto. camera un po' piccola per la norma americana.

 Very close to  ATL airport.  Hotel has an airport shuttle leaving hotel every half hour for example 6, 6:30, 7, etc and picking up at airport approx. every 15 minutes after for example 6:15, 6:45, 7:15 etc.  Used the shuttle van both ways on flights in and out, made it easy if you use ATL airport - my biggest reason for this hotel.  Easy check in.  Clean room.  OK TV and channels, etc.  Large breakfast seating area with coffee and drinks all the time, and free breakfast starting at 6 am.  Good Mexican Food place right Nextdoor.  Not upscale, but solid , clean and a pretty good value.  I would not take a long vacation here, but a  good option for going in and out of airport and a quick stay.

I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay. The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful. I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot.
