UUtente ospiteThe hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things.
The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨.
One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel.
The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

UUtente ospiteVery nice hotel just near a tram and metro access have a nice view and spa and a awesome gym !!
However be careful the road is quite noisy so prefer a room with ocean view. And it was quite cold during our stay the night and there was no option to turn on the heat.
Those two points were a bit disappointing due to the price of the hotel but else it was good

UUtente ospiteIt is my 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. It is good and practical to explore Leiden and get to Schiphol airport. Rooms are big enough for two persons. This time we stayed on the 11th floor. It is more cumbersome to get there as you have to change elevators, but the room was more spacious. The newly renovated reception looks good.

UUtente ospiteL'ospitalità e la cordialità del personale è stata più che buona. A volte ci voleva molto tempo prima che le bevande venissero portate sulla terrazza!
Il pasto serale non era niente di speciale. All'antipasto mancavano degli elementi e la portata principale era tiepida. La cameriera è super gentile, non le vedi più così spesso.
Le camere sono pulite e ordinate. I materassi hanno bisogno di essere sostituiti perché eravamo afflosciati l'uno verso l'altro. Colazione a dieci con una matita! Ma anche questo è possibile per quasi 28 euro a persona, ma con musica dal vivo al pianoforte.
Tutto sommato, ritornerei sicuramente ma non cenare di nuovo perché ci sono molti punti di ristoro di qualità nelle vicinanze!

UUtente ospiteThe Hotel is located in a quiet area, not front line to the sea though, partial sea view only.
The breakfast is fine with a fair choice of cold and warm food, rooms are comfortable with a balcony, good shower.
The cleaning of the room could be improved, north European standards of cleaning.
The negative note was that there were some refurbishment works going on while our stay causing noises and early start instead of a long lay.
I would still return for my next stay as the location was good, staff fairly friendly.

ZZIYABiz ailecek kaldık. Çok nezih bir otel. Belki konumu araçsız ters gelebilir. Lakin doğanın içinde tertemiz bir yer. Personel ilgili, oda temiz, banyo ferah, ütü masası ve ütü mevcut, dolabı oldukça yeterli. Biz sevdik sizlere de tavsiye ederiz.

UUtente ospiteGoede, correcte ontvangst. Kamer op eerste verdieping. Geen lift. Voor ons niet erg maar kan voor mensen een bezwaar zijn. Kamer netjes. Mooi gerenoveerde badkamer met...... toiletpot op seniorenhoogte! Dat komt nog niet veel voor in hotels! Meer verlichting in de badkamer zou wel beter zijn. Ontbijt was goed . Lunch hapje voldoende; de boerentosti was geroosterd brood met koude ham en kaas ertussen?!?! Jammer dat we in de avond de auto niet meer konden parkeren op het eigen terrein. Een plaats verderop aan de doorgaande weg moeten zoeken. Geheel goed verblijf. Leuke locatie. Goed startpunt voor leuke fietstochten.

TTaosubingbing好評幾乎所有：房間、衞生、早餐！停車場有點緊張 步行去市區主要景點有一點遠 但是也可以搭乘Tram1就可以到達 很棒的酒店！
