What a wonderful experience we had in Olympia! The only regret is that we only booked for one night.
The hotel is located just off the highway south of the city of Olympia. The room was exceptionally clean and modern, with hot water and complimentary Starbucks freshly roasted coffee.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk provided us with a clear introduction to the hotel and all the necessary assistance we needed.

C'è un letto speciale, l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto tranquillo. La piscina è particolarmente sporca per non nuotare, forse perché il freddo è ancora aperto in giugno. Non riesco a sentire il suono dell'aereo qui a dormire. È molto buono che ci sia frigorifero e microonde nella stanza, perché la base del serbatoio è piena di acqua, quindi non so se puoi bruciare l'acqua, ma puoi anche fornire acqua calda qui. L'igiene è generalmente buona, ma il prezzo è buono

Ci sono 3 TV in totale, uno in soggiorno, 1 in livello 1 camera un'altra TV in livello 2 camera. Ci sono frigorifero con congelatore in cucina. Mi piace il mio soggiorno al residencinn!!

UUtente ospiteThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit.
Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall.
The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.

MMylene WWe booked it for a fun convention. I was disappointed right off the bat. I put both my husband's name and mine on the prepay reservation. They insisted that my husband had to come in to show photo ID so they could confirm it really was us. The kitchenette had no towels or anything to wash with. They said they don't have kitchen towels or cloths. We booked 3 nights, they gave us 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. They said they had a towel shortage. Brought our garbage to the front desk because we didn't know what else to do so they said, put it outside your door and give us a call about it being there. Although, there was no replacement bags in the room. When I went to take a shower, I learned that we had 2 hotel type conditioner bottles and 2 lotion bottles. No shampoo. We only got one mini bar of soap so I used it to wash my hair. The heater in our room didn't work right either. It was either blowing cold or hot when set on Auto. We did try several settings. We froze the first night. Cooked to death second night. Third night just cold but not freezing. I heard the restaurant isn't open yet. I could see things were being worked on but they also seem to have a lack of staff. I don't feel the cost was appropriate for the level of care. I did find 2 of the staff that really did seem to care. One stuck up woman and then lazy ones. Notice the unclean porch. The tore up base of front door.

UUtente ospiteIt was wonderful to have 6 EV charging stations at this motel. Even though it was only 7.3kW/hr, it is free and enough to make a huge difference on travel. I booked this location specifically for the EV charging feature. I used the J1772 charger.
The breakfast was standard continental breakfast and nice to have yogurt and fruit.
The only thing I would do differently is to request a top room floor. We were on the second floor and they do have high ceilings and large rooms, but the party above us was thumping on the floor, ie feet were running. We were in room 201 and I went up to 301 at 1030pm to talk to them. I told them we were getting ready for bed and it was pretty loud as they were right above our room. Although English clearly wasn't their first language, they said ”oh sorry!”. I thought it would start to get more quiet, but lasted until 12:30 am. Honestly, the rooms were dark with the shades closed and if they would have just turned out the lights, there would be absolutely no way anyone could be running around in the dark.
That was the only thing negative was the walls/ceilings might be a little thin, but I guess it depends on your neighbors and again, my request would have been a top floor to avoid this next time.
Beds were very comfortable, check in easy. And again.... Loved EV charging on site. Thank you!

HHappybirdCan’t sleep well for our 4 nights stay because the ambulance was so noisy every night and the car nose too! If you walk from the train station to hotel, you have to walk at least three blocks on every sharp uphills which I don’t like! The washroom was so small special in the toilet and shower tubs! The beds was too soft too! Just like the ever old hotels. Totally not refer to this hotel when its price is almost $300/night!!😜😜

UUtente ospiteI absolutely loved my hotel room. The view was beautiful and it was so close to all the attractions I wanted to see. I walked to pike place market, space needle, the aquarium and more. The only thing that threw me off at check-in was the $375 security deposit they asked for… this should be stated before arrival to atleast give guests a heads up, as a tourist that’s a huge unexpected ask considering you have already paid over £1k for the room. Apart from that my stay was amazing and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. If I come to Seattle again I would definitely stay here again.

CClarkAmberQuesto posto era fantastico. Ho soggiornato in circa 10 hotel/motelli diversi intorno a Bellingham e questo è stato assolutamente il migliore.
Il ragazzo che lavora la notte andò di sopra e di là per aiutare quando il mio ragazzo morto ha chiuso la porta alla nostra stanza e si è addormentato. Era estremamente rinfrescante vedere qualcuno essere proattivo nel aiutare una situazione che non era del tutto loro colpa.
Il colazione era il prossimo livello.Come volevo rimanere un giorno extra per riprendere il colazione, così tante scelte.
Hanno un ristorante/bar che deve essere una buona causa il sabato c'era una quantità decente di persone che avevano una bevanda.
La stanza era HUGE. come doppio o più dimensioni di una stanza normale.
L'unico con era il bagno, la stanza aveva 1 per il bagno e una stanza diversa per la doccia, che non sarebbe troppo cattivo, ma le porte sono porte scivolanti opache che non si chiudono completamente, non hanno un lattice e non chiudono. Ho dovuto collegare qualcosa tra il doccia e la porta, così mia figlia non l'aprirebbe.
Ma tutto il resto ha reso questo hotel un facile libro per la prossima volta abbiamo bisogno di una stanza.
