I am a Hilton Honors member and of course this hotel lived up to the Hilton standards. I was greeted by a friendly check in representative. I received a text from another representative welcoming me to the hotel and to let her know if there were any problems.
After I checked out I was sent another text thanking me for staying.

Husband and I recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Seattle and we were glad with the overall experience. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained. The staff provided good service, always courteous and responsive to any requests. We liked that there was a microwave, fridge, iron, and hair dryer in the room, which added to the comfort of our stay. Another nice aspect was the free breakfast, which had a good variety of options.
The hotel's location is a major highlight. It's very close to the airport and they have free shuttle service as well (although we weren't able to use it because we rented a car). It's not too far from the city center, making it easy to explore the main attractions. There are also several good restaurants nearby.
Overall, it's a solid choice for a comfortable and convenient stay if you're on a budget.

C'è un letto speciale, l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto tranquillo. La piscina è particolarmente sporca per non nuotare, forse perché il freddo è ancora aperto in giugno. Non riesco a sentire il suono dell'aereo qui a dormire. È molto buono che ci sia frigorifero e microonde nella stanza, perché la base del serbatoio è piena di acqua, quindi non so se puoi bruciare l'acqua, ma puoi anche fornire acqua calda qui. L'igiene è generalmente buona, ma il prezzo è buono

UUtente ospiteMy flight has been canceled at Seattle airport. I booked this hotel temporarily. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to airport, about half an hour once. Room looks okay but a little bit old. Location is good.

No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

UUtente ospiteThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit.
Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall.
The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.

MMylene WWe booked it for a fun convention. I was disappointed right off the bat. I put both my husband's name and mine on the prepay reservation. They insisted that my husband had to come in to show photo ID so they could confirm it really was us. The kitchenette had no towels or anything to wash with. They said they don't have kitchen towels or cloths. We booked 3 nights, they gave us 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. They said they had a towel shortage. Brought our garbage to the front desk because we didn't know what else to do so they said, put it outside your door and give us a call about it being there. Although, there was no replacement bags in the room. When I went to take a shower, I learned that we had 2 hotel type conditioner bottles and 2 lotion bottles. No shampoo. We only got one mini bar of soap so I used it to wash my hair. The heater in our room didn't work right either. It was either blowing cold or hot when set on Auto. We did try several settings. We froze the first night. Cooked to death second night. Third night just cold but not freezing. I heard the restaurant isn't open yet. I could see things were being worked on but they also seem to have a lack of staff. I don't feel the cost was appropriate for the level of care. I did find 2 of the staff that really did seem to care. One stuck up woman and then lazy ones. Notice the unclean porch. The tore up base of front door.

UUtente ospiteIt was wonderful to have 6 EV charging stations at this motel. Even though it was only 7.3kW/hr, it is free and enough to make a huge difference on travel. I booked this location specifically for the EV charging feature. I used the J1772 charger.
The breakfast was standard continental breakfast and nice to have yogurt and fruit.
The only thing I would do differently is to request a top room floor. We were on the second floor and they do have high ceilings and large rooms, but the party above us was thumping on the floor, ie feet were running. We were in room 201 and I went up to 301 at 1030pm to talk to them. I told them we were getting ready for bed and it was pretty loud as they were right above our room. Although English clearly wasn't their first language, they said ”oh sorry!”. I thought it would start to get more quiet, but lasted until 12:30 am. Honestly, the rooms were dark with the shades closed and if they would have just turned out the lights, there would be absolutely no way anyone could be running around in the dark.
That was the only thing negative was the walls/ceilings might be a little thin, but I guess it depends on your neighbors and again, my request would have been a top floor to avoid this next time.
Beds were very comfortable, check in easy. And again.... Loved EV charging on site. Thank you!

UUtente ospiteIl servizio di bacio aeroportuale può essere disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Non preoccuparti che l'aereo non possa arrivare a mezzanotte. Il personale di stazione di uscita è anche molto paziente nel guidare me a trovare la direzione in cui il bacio è all'aeroporto. La stanza è troppo isolata, ma non ha un impatto molto grande

KKevinQuesto è stato facilmente uno dei migliori esperienze dell'hotel che ho mai avuto, l'hotel oozes stile, è una miscela tra un hotel, bar, libreria, e galleria d'arte. Attenzione, la stanza è probabilmente la dimensione di un piccolo appartamento dello studio NYC, certamente non per le famiglie, ma i single e le coppie lo VOgliano.

JJiti VarmaMy first visit to Seattle and the Executive Pacific Hotel.
The perfect city-centre location, and even better, it’s very easy and cheap to get to from Sea-Tac airport. A direct and very cheap light train link from the airport (follow signs past the Alaskan Airways area) but be prepared for a 15-20 minute walk. About 40 minutes to Symphony, then a 5-minute walk (uphill) to the hotel. Et voila! The Executive Pacific Hotel. Simples!
The hotel was excellent. Exceptionally clean and quiet, and a very comfortable room and bed. Courteous, helpful staff. Good, in-room facilities, coffee/tea maker, fridge, room safe, and complimentary bottled water. Good views over to the inlet. There is a small coffee and breakfast area and a shop next to the reception.
Unfortunately, nothing is perfect. The wifi in the hotel is free, but patchy at best. I was unable to finish my online work. I realise the USA wifi network is not as good as in Europe, but business travellers need the best wifi connection, and not all travellers travel on business expenses. Hotel owners, please take note.
Otherwise, with no other complaint, I would definitely stay at the Executive Pacific Hotel in Seattle again.
